I did a search and found this Nautical Bowl. It was across the street from where I was. I placed an order online for my usual sunrise bowl. I got a dinghy (medium). I usually get a cruiser (large), but I didn't think that I could finish it. It was easy ordering online. I paid and got an estimated time when it would be ready. I drove across the street. Parking was fine. I backed into a spot across from the main entrance and walked in. The space was cute. There were places to take photogenic photos of bowls and drinks. I headed to the pickup area. There was the nicest man taking orders and making everything. He was great helping me get my order, which was in the fridge. He handed a paper bag with handles over to me. I wished him a great day. He reciprocated. I happily headed to my rental vehicle with my goods. I drove to Grand Casino Arena for a Minnesota Wild game. Once I had parked on level 4 of the RiverCentre parking ramp, I took out my bowl of happiness and ate it before heading to the arena. I love this smoothie bowl so much. It is my favourite. It has a layer of blue majik (spirulina, pineapple, mango, and coconut) , followed by a layer of pitaya (dragon fruit). It is topped with granola, sliced bananas and strawberries, and a drizzle of honey. It has enough fruit to satisfy my fruit cravings. I love the granola that gives a textural contrast between the layers of smooth fruit with the sliced fruit. So good! I am glad that I dropped by. I had been looking for a new lunch spot. Something a little healthier and also low sodium and I think I found it. I've tried multiple bowls and they were all good. Filled me up too. They do have a rewards program, so I'm on a free one now. I work near this location and I just do online order for pick up. Quick pick up, always ready. The staff is always very friendly. If you've ever been to any of these locations, you've been to them all as far as what it looks like inside. Always a good experience for me. read more

I love Nautical bowl because it feels like an ice cream sundae but healthier. In essence it's a smoothie bowl where you choose your smoothie base and healthy toppings. ( Or choose a signature bowl already pre set) The bases are things like Açaí, Mango, Pitaya, Coconut, etc and toppings are things like granola, bananas, carob chips, peanut butter, etc It ends up being a cold, fruity, not overly sweet, not overly heavy treat on a hot summer day! There are 3 sizes available and also a kid's size for anyone looking for a smaller portion I had the kiddie size of the Nauti Bowl which was good because it had the Açaí and Pitaya base together. They have drinkable smoothies available as well. The Blaine location is right off of Hwy 65 and 109th. Close to the soccer practice areas and National Sport Center. Location was clean and bright inside and staff was friendly. It has plenty of parking space in the strip mall shared with other places. I've never been here before, but my visit was great and the bowl was delicious. The one I chose was high in protein which is a huge plus to me the young ladies working were friendly and quick with completing my order. I like the chill beach vibes they had going on inside. read more

My friend and I stopped by this location on 4th of July morning, the staff were friendly and quick to get our orders out. The ambience felt laid back, náutica themed and has a dog-friendly patio. I ordered the blue bay bowl, it was good! All the flavors combined were amazing, would I get it again? Meh, I'd like to try other bowls too. I liked mine but would like to keep coming back to try other flavors. Also big fan of their companies purpose, I went on their website and was beautifully surprised while reading. I can not recommend this place enough! This was my second time at a nautical bowls location and I decided to try a different bowl than the first time. REFRESHING, DELICIOUS, GOOD FOR YOU! The decor inside is definitely fun! They also have some outdoor seating at this location as well! There is a parking lot with plenty of parking! Inside there are lots of premade options or you can craft your own bowl. I got the 12oz both times and that is a perfect size bowl! The flavors are so good and the bowls are truly almost too pretty to eat! This is a perfect summer treat or since it's gets so cold in Minnesota, a perfect" pretend you are somewhere warmer" treat haha! For those counting calories, they have them listed inside the store on the menu, most are between 400-700 calories for the 12oz bowl. The smallest is 12oz and is $10.00 which does seem like a lot until you look at the quality of the ingredients they use. In my opinion, well worth the cost! read more

I got to introduce my friend to Nautical Bowls this past week - and smoothie bowls overall! I didn't realize until we got there that she was craving a chocolatey dessert. Uh oh! Luckily, Nautical Bowls was able to make it happen. She got the cacao base with alllll the chocolatey toppings, including protein bites. She raved about it! I got the ube brown (I'm so sad that flavor is going away) with coco butter crumbles and honey. It was so dang good. Sweet but not too sweet, fresh, and flavorful. My favorite combo. I know it's a chain but wanted to post a review/recommendation since this was a first time at a nautical bowl location vs a food truck so we were basically newbies panicking at the register. The young woman who helped us was really kind and when asked what her favorite was she recommended The Paddle which I am SO glad that I got. It had a really great combination of flavors that complimented each other well! My husband went with the Nauti bowl thinking it would be a signature of some kind since it was so close to the store name but it ended up being pretty bland and a bit disappointing. I only let him have one bite of mine, I'm not nice enough to swap if he doesn't like it (he always does that for me). We did sit and enjoy the little games on the table and asked each other silly questions in the cups so it was a great little treat to the end of our dinner date! read more

I have had nautical bowl in the past multiply times but today was my first time trying this location. I got the smallest size as I normally do (keep in mind this little bowl is $7.50). The price doesn't bother me until they only fill the bowl 2/3 of the way full! The picture is what my bowl looked like when I GOT it. Not a single bite was taken out of it. They were also out of a lot of flavors which I know isn't the workers fault but it was disappointing. Then the girl who took my order didn't say anything to me and then another girl made it. The girl who made it put it in the wrong size and acted pissed off that my friend and I were even there. I got the pitaya and part was brown and part was dragon fruit? Absolutely horrible service. The location was recently bought out and I could not be more sad. The knew franchise owner does anything and everything to cut costs. I was hoping to be able to try a bowl i've never been able to try but did not want to order a $15 bowl if i wasn't sure i would like it. I am a frequent customer. With this new store owner I will never be back. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not only was there a snarky tone after I asked to try the knew base but there was an extreme side eye. I am almost positive this was the owner. The high schoolers that work there are the sweetest people! Their so kind!
