Placed an order for pickup in store and it was ready on time. The employee was friendly and quick to greet me. I noted they have daily specials on weekdays which are great deals! There was plenty of seating inside and outside and it was clean and nice and cool inside for it being a hot day. Plenty of parking out front. I've been to Jamba for half my life and the prices have significantly gone up it still delves great smoothies and is a hit with my daughters. Coming for a daddy daughter date grabbing a smoothie and a conversation is one of the things that keeps bringing me back. What a well ran Jamba Juice - i cannot say enough good things about the staff working here. The young lady on shift (dammit I forgot to get her name) was flying solo and had quite the line of people needing some tasty beverages. She did not falter in her service or efficiency in getting the orders processed from start to finish. I was blown away by her amazing attitude, smile and the way she got down to business and got everyone served in a timely and accurate manner. Usually I don't write reviews online, but I feel this is an important instance to address. Yesterday, March 13th, two of my friends and I decided to stop at the Maple Grove Jamba Juice location for some smoothies. There were signs posted everywhere signifying that there was only one blender available for use, so we should expect longer wait times. No one in the shop seemed to have any problem with this EXCEPT one of the employees working. I believe her name was Bella. She was extremely rude to customers and her coworkers. She would roll her eyes and loudly sigh when customers would ask questions. She was also yelling at her coworkers about how they were being slow and how they needed to figure out how to work on more than one smoothie at a time. She also loudly spoke about how there was less than an hour until the store closed and they needed to get ahead and start cleaning up. It made the environment very uncomfortable for both her coworkers and the customers in the shop. There were several moments where other customers and I would share uncomfortable glances and gestures about Bella's words and actions. I understand customer service jobs can be very stressful at times, but I believe in this industry one needs to hold themselves accountable for how they present themselves and the company they represent. The actions displayed by this one employee ruined the experience for me, and I felt terribly for her two coworkers. I would've given 1 star, but the young man and woman who were working with her were doing their best despite the circumstances, so that's why I gave them 2 stars. read more

So excited to have a Jamba Juice in Maple grove!!! Great location definitely will be busy on weekends being right next to Costco. There are two entrances, the main parking lot will be behind the store near Costco. We went for their grand opening and were greeted with balloons and warm employees. We arrived at about 3pm and it was pretty busy but once you ordered drinks came out at a good pace. The menu has a variety for different tastes and cravings, I didn't this time but will be trying out one of the energy bowls next time I am in. The decor was bright and cheery great for a overcast winter day! Don't forget to download the Jamba app to get a $3 credit on your first purchase and earn points on every drink you buy. I noticed they have a new option to order on the app and have your order ready by the time you arrive. Nice feature to get in and out during busy times Now..on to the drinks!!! I decided to try something different and went with the Orange dream machine, okay not full of all the good fruits and veggies they have in all their drinks with a lot of sherbet but I did not care and it did not disappoint. It was creamy and tasted just like a orange dreamsicle flavor I was craving!! For the kiddos I got the strawberry blueberry smoothie, I snuck a taste and it was delish! I for my sister and law one of their freshly made juices, the tropical greens which was very good as well. You definitely get your fill of veggies and fruity goodness in this one. I will be back very often there is so much to choose from I need to come back to try more flavors I have not had before. I love seeing more juice places popping up- especially with fresh veggie juice options. I'm also a wheatgrass fan. They give you the option of orange wedge on the side to chase the wheat grass shot. Nice!! I had the Tropical greens. I could handle less fruit and more veggies but that's just me, I can easily handle some pretty wicked, straight up greens only type juices. read more

My favorite location! I've tried others but this one makes my drinks perfect. They're located across costco next to cherry berry not really hard to get to. Parking around there can get pretty tight there since it's one of the those parking lots that share with others next to it. Once you get inside it has a cafe type feel but definitely bright plenty of lighting and fun photos around. It's a great place to grab something healthy and just sit and hangout for a while. The staff is extremely nicem if you have a question about something they're pretty knowledgeable on the many things that they have on their menu. It's my go to every day spot now! Family is spending $24 at this place for smoothies and they want to charge .25 for a cup of water? Poor service just to save the cost of a cup. They could say free with purchase of something. I just dont see this location having that big a problem with running through water cups. An even better idea is to buy cheap generic cups so customers can have some water. For the first time since I've been eating here for 2 yrs, the service has always been good but NOT today. I was the only customer in the place when I ordered an açaí bowl and shortly after my order was placed I watched one of the employees make the smoothy for the bowl & sat it aside when about 5 customers walked in. Wouldn't you know the 3 employees made every other customer's order and skipped over mine. They will not be getting any more of my money. Guess I'll be driving to Hwy 7 from now on to get anything. Well, let's start with the restaurant has been open since 8:00 am. I'll start with a gal that was making an order than some request via telephone. After 8min of looking at the menu she said "I'll be right with you" Which I politely said "no worries, I'm still looking at the menu." After a few more min I sat down since she was still making the drinks. A women comes in and walk straight to the front and says "I made a phone order and I'll like to add another smoothie" So of course the gal(worker) takes her order. To which I look at her inconfusion. Since it's now been 15 since I came in. Without asking for my order. I would hate to assume since I am a young, mixed male with brown skin. That I'm being ignored essentially. I've lived in maple grove for over 5 years now and have never came to this location until today. If I hadn't already driven over here instead of another local spot and waited this long. Went in this evening for my birthday smoothie. Super excited obviously and there were three workers, two ladies and a gentlemen. The one woman, Bella, I believe her name was was yelling at her other two coworkers the ENTIRE time I was in there, less than ten minutes, but still!! Loudly and aggressively rude. Like in front of customers? And in general? We get you have one blender working but you don't need to yell at them so much. Yes it can be stressful, but the customers in the shop were patient and understanding. Maybe if you were focused on what you were doing, you would've made me the free small smoothie rather than accidentally giving me a medium and losing your company money meanwhile your coworkers were doing the best they could. An older gentlemen ordered multiple drinks and she offered him a drink carrier, however she didn't hear which is alright. She said "alright then" and rolled her eyes at him. Then he asked very politely, " could I please get a drink carrier?" And she rolled her eyes again and tossed it across the counter to him. I feel so bad for her other coworkers. Fire her. This place is a little slice of paradise in The Fountains shopping center. Relaxing atmosphere, and AC cranked up nice and high in the summer. Never had a bad shake from them except possibly one of their smoothies with kale (I have had better green smoothies believe it or not). read more
