I took my parents to Nautical Bowls for the first time, and we had such a wonderful experience. Navaja and her team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we walked in. The bowls are always delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. It's rare to come across a team that goes so above and beyond to make customers feel valued. We'll definitely be back--and much more often! Thank you, Navaja and team, for making our visit so memorable. read more

I got a Big Island Bowl. The bowl was filled to the top with fresh ingredients. This bowl had matcha, which I don't like, and the taste was very strong. Aside from that, it was good. It's a little out of the way. I just happened to be nearby for business purposes. If I was in the area again, I'd love to try more of their bowls. read more

OMG. I sad this place awhile ago and finally got around to going here. I built my own as I am picky LOL. It was phenomenal and I can't stop thinking about it. I got açaí, blue majik, coconut and mango as base, then I added honey, strawberries, banana and coconut butter crumble (it was amazing!) read more

Every time I travel to the Midwest, I have to make a trip to this chain at LEAST once (usually more than that). Despite the frigid winter temperatures in Minneapolis, I couldn't wait to make a trip here as soon as I came into town. My order at this location was my second bowl of the week. I had ordered from another location a few days prior, and this one happened to be closer to where I was. I placed my order via the mobile app, and I arrived to what I thought was my pickup location. It turned out that this was the store I had submitted my order to, thankfully only a few more minutes from the wrong location. I came in close to closing time. It looked like the manger was doing some training for some teenage employees. The store was in good condition; it looked very clean. All of them were very friendly and greeted me. The manager in particular made a lot of effort to welcome and engage me as a customer. She made sure to welcome me back again and gave me her business card for any contact info needed. After taking my order to my hotel, I was happy to see my Yacht (large) Custom Bowl made accurately. I added a lot of additional toppings, and each one was on there with generous portions. Each layer of smoothie base had the perfect consistency as well. Overall, I don't have a single negative thing to say about this location. Service, speed, and quality were all exceptional. Since this location is about 10 minutes from y regular hotel, I'll be sure to stop in as soon as I'm in town again. read more

After wanting to come here for quite some time, Nautical Bowls did not disappoint. I've tried a few acai bowls here and there and I think the ones at this place have been the most nutritious/healthy. With the added seeds, nuts, etc - it's protein packed and also delicious. Somehow it manages to be sweet enough but not too sweet compared to other acai bowls I've tried. It's so refreshing ! For my first time, I got the Big Island Bowl. I was worried that all the layers would blend together too much and not taste as good but that wasn't the case - it was still phenomenal. I got mine with coconut granola and it tasted perfect. My favorite layers were the acai and blue majik! I should add that after my husband (who is not an acai bowl person) tried mine, he ran inside to get his own! He got the Nauti bowl and he loved his even more. The peanut butter on his was a nice touch. Now that I've converted my husband to an acai bowl person, I have a feeling I will be coming here a lot more! Thanks, Nautical Bowls. :D read more

Not my favorite. Parking is difficult right in front of the location. The bowls are very sweet and I was dismayed that both in the stores and online theres no information on ingredients, food allergies can be tricky and not javing that information one person in our party elected not to gamble. No one was available to help customers when I first arrived and appeared to be no one in the store, It turned out there was only one person in the location and they hadn't left a sign or anything when they had to step away. Overall, not an experiment I'm inclined to repeat. read more

Love this place! Coming from Cali where Acaí bowls have been all the rage I can confidently say that nautical bowls is so much tastier than the ones I have had in the West Coast. I love the earthiness of the bowls here at Nautical and that all ingredients are fresh and there is no artificial tastes nor is it too sweet! Pure health and nutrition! read more

Love this hidden gem! I love that you can build your own or pick one of there signature bowls. Can't go wrong with either! The Nauti bowl was good but I loved building my own. Nautical Bowls - Açaí bowls!! - Acai Bowls Near Me - Minnetonka, Minnesota

I absolutly loved it! the food was great and Audry the scooper girl is amazing! totally recommend

It's simple, vibrant, and speedy. Normally those two things don't always go together to make something tasty, but they make it work.

I have been planning on visiting since I saw their first post on Instagram. I have such a love for Açaí bowls and was very excited to make the drive over. Thirty mile drive for us. Parking is a bit tight as it's connected to a gas station and a couple of other stores. They have a few tables outside and on a beautiful day like today I was bummed to have to sit inside. The inside is very boring... was hoping for it to be cute .... the name just made me think it would have a fun vibe as they seem very fun on social media. The bowls.... no flavor, seems processed vs fresh and they are a bit tight on the toppings, i had to ask for just a little more peanut butter. They are also pretty spendy. I took my son's girlfriend who is 18 and she agreed that we wouldn't go back. We tend to drive far for an Açaí Bowl and have found two places further away that are much better. I wish my review was better being that they are brand new but I just do not have anything good to report. read more

Friends in town? Finish a workout and want something quick and light? Or maybe exploring your local neighborhood! Nautical Bowls is a fun little place to visit to enjoy an incredible açaí bowl! A solid chain for açaí bowls in the surrounding suburbs of the Twin Cities. The menu is very customizable and the online ordering process is seamless. The smallest size is $9 which is about average for a fruit bowl in my experience. Sometimes they are a little heavy on some of the ingredients (peanut butter typically) so ensure to ask for a smaller amount and they will accommodate if you are ordering in person. read more

I'm a day one nautical bowl fan, but tonight I ordered banana on top of my bowl and they were as crunchy as an apple. If I would've known I was going to spend $1 for them to use green bananas, I would've went to target and just bought a yellow one to put on myself. They were also super busy but moved quickly! Appreciate you guys for being here! Maybe warn someone before they order banana if you know they're not ripe, it killed the whole bowls vibe read more

OMG!!! What is DQ??(Not shade by any means) I went to NB yesterday for the first time. The place was recommended by my brother who is an all natural, organic, health nut yogi. Usually means no flavor sometimes to me. But this place....I want more!! My husband brought mine out and I was like that bowl is so big, I pray it's good. I ordered the paddle bowl and he had the big island bowl. I just wanted anything mango. The layers and the way it was served looks just like what you see online. So thank you(presentation). When you eat it, you would never know it's free of everything! It has a burst of clean flavor in every bite. And the honey drizzle was the surprise zinger on top! I did my normal shimmy when I like good food. I also I hate to admit, but no shame, licked the bowl!! Don't judge me, or do (same thing I told my husband). I was also hitting the bowl with the spoon saying I want more! My husband said he would get his again. He had so many different seeds in it, that they were in his teeth. I told him that I would eat this since I can't get my fav ice cream up here. When am I going again!? read more

Had a delicious smoothie/shake there. Can't wait to try the bowls! Most definitely worth a try!

So I didn't actually go to the shop, but I had a Nautical Bowl from their food truck and it was delicious. Sometimes you don't want fried or fast food and you want something light and refreshing and Nautical definitely has it. For $9 I got a giant bowl of dairy free chia pudding, almond butter, granola, fresh fruits, and seeds. There was a perfect balance of all the flavors and textures and it was very filling. I'm still craving another bowl and I hope to find their food truck again at another location. All the ingredients they use are organic and I love that they have dairy free options. Would definitely visit their home location if I was in the area. read more

UGH I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! It is expensive, and the workers are generally teenage girls, but they are usually friendly and the açaí bowls are so good that it is worth it! We like to get our bowls and bring them home to eat because the store is pretty small and usually busy! You get to pick between a small, medium and large size and then your choice of base(s), highly reccomend the açaí and pitaya, then your choice of granola and toppings! My favorite is a large, woth açaí, pitaya, matcha and blue majik bases woth maple almond granola and bananas, blueberries, strawberries and honey. Though there are healthier options such as bee pollon, goji berries, almond butter or cacao nibs. Even with a small busy storefront the girls working are friendly and do a great job at giving us exactly what we ordered every time! We will continue coming back frequently because it is as good as ice cream, especially for my lactose i tolerant self, and the fruit is always ripe and delicious! Such a treat without too much guilt! read more

I need to go back to try their other bowls - I ordered the surf bowl as a first try and it was a little too sweet (because of the cao cao), BUT that doesn't mean it wasn't good. I'm sure other folks may like it. They definitely have more of a variety as compared to other acai options in the Twin Cities so I'm looking forward to my next acai bowl~ read more

YUMMY!! I've been to the food truck and was waiting patiently to be in the area to visit the actual store! I love this and wish there was one closer to downtown MPLS so I could go here more often! Yes, it's expensive, but it is definitely worth it. The process of ordering a bowl at a new place seems scary but they lay it out for you nicely. I got the medium (cruiser) sized açaí bowls with açaí, blue majik and matcha as the bases. Next, I got the peanut butter cocoa chia granola (I would literally eat this granola every day and if anyone knows their house recipe or they decide to sell it alone I FOR SURE will buy it). Then you pick four toppings for free or an extra charge (.50) for anything over 4. I picked banana, kiwi, and almond butter (I think I was too excited to remember four). I'd also highly recommend the almond butter and I want to know what kind they use because I can't get enough of it! The inside of the building is really cute and good to take some fun instagram pictures with friends or just of the food. The employees are very friendly even if you are new to the store or açaí bowls in general! Parking isn't an issue here either with the lot. I went at 9:01 on a Friday right after they opened and I was 3rd in line-- just goes to show it is busy so plan to possibly wait a little. Can't wait to go back soon:) read more

Amazing find in MN!! Everything tastes classically like it was done in Cali or Hawaii where some of the best Açaí exists!! What is unique are the many options for bases beyond açaí including pitaya, matcha green, coconut, chia pudding, blu majik (Spirulina). There are set bowl options or you can make your own. 3 different sizes in bowls. There is also a loyalty program!! The place is small and busy sharing strip mall space and parking can be tight when it is packed. Otherwise, highly recommend!! read more

Nautical Bowls - Make my own bowl: homemade granola, almond butter, hemp seeds, strawberry, banana, and a coconut base - Acai Bowls Near Me - Minnetonka, Minnesota

So obsessed with this place and I feel like I would have zero dollars to my name if I lived near it. I currently live in downtown Minneapolis and my fiancé and I stop at Nautical Bowls whenever we're in Minnetonka. I've tried all of the bases and have to say my top two favorites are the açaí and blue majik. I love the wide variety of toppings, including fruit, granola, nut butters, honey, etc. My favorite combo has come to be the acai and blue majik bases, no granola, and strawberries, cacao nibs, banana, and bee pollen. The staff are knowledgeable about the ingredients and toppings whenever we have questions. In addition, the staff are always so friendly and quick to make our orders. Can't say enough great things about Nautical Bowls and their food truck. We're hoping they decide to open a store in the Minneapolis skyways someday, as we would frequent it multiple times a week! read more

I absolutely love Nautical Bowls! I've tried other açaí bowls in the Cities but none compare to this place. Other bowls that I've tried are way too watery or don't have enough toppings, but that's never the case here! I'm a pretty slow eater and I've never dealt with a soupy açaí bowl. My favorite bowl is the Nauti Bowl, and I can 100% see how this is their most popular bowl. The combination of ingredients complement each other SO well. It's full of flavor and textures and very filling. It's a bummer that they're out of blue majik at the moment, but the other options are delicious! read more

Nautical Bowls - Blue Bay Bowl (minus blue majik) - Acai Bowls Near Me - Minnetonka, Minnesota

My friends and I stopped here on our way home from a bachelorette party weekend at the lake in the search for something healthy.. Nautical bowls definitely covered that with their acai bowls! We each tried a different combination of sorbet and fruit and each liked ours a lot. I got a bowl with the coconut sorbet/activated charcoal, acai sorbet, and pitaya sorbet with different fruits and granola. I thought each base was quite good and definitely different from one another but I preferred the pitaya base which was sweeter. I thought the bases would be softer but each sorbet was hard scooped. If you're looking for an acai bowl place, I think you couldn't go wrong with giving this place a whirl. Just like every acai bowl place though, it is a little pricey for the serving size that you get. The owners also had brought their golden retrievers in when we were there and they were just the cutest! The atmosphere was really fun and getting to play with the dogs was definitely a pleasant surprise. read more

Nautical bowls is a super trendy new place right by Lake Minnetonka. Nautical bowls was opened Memorial Day weekend 2018 and they sold out their entire inventory after just a few days! Don't worry, they have full stock now :) I went for the first time just about a week and a half after they opened and the owners were so nice and the staff was incredibly helpful! I have no idea if what I consumed was actually healthy, but it was delicious! Definitely more expensive than other Açaí places around the country (around 7 dollars for a small) but there's no other Acai restaurants in the suburbs so they can pretty much charge whatever they want. We ordered the coconut activated charcoal base with blueberries, strawberries, hemp seeds, and almond butter. It was delicious but very sweet! It was definitely more of a dessert than a breakfast, to me. Next time, I want to try the traditional Acai base because I'm sure it's a little less sweet than the charcoal sorbet. read more
