A new treat to add to my repertoire of healthy eating. I ventured over to Nautical Bowls in the Eagan area and was quite surprised. On my journey to a better me this was a fist stop at testing my limits. Smoothie bowls! You enter a nice store front that lives up to the name nautical. Inside the vibe was very on the water vibes. There are a few high tops tables that really caught my eye they were shaped into surf boards and sanded down to a beautiful finish. Not overly done with decor. Though a suggestion would be to add a name sign inside. The young ladies at the counter were super helpful. When asked about the business she explained what to expect with the bowls then offered us a best seller. I opted for the "Sunrise Bowl" which contained Blue Majik, Pitaya, Granola, Banana, Strawberries, and Honey. It was absolutely delicious. I would definitely go again! read more

All of their bowls look absolutely delicious. When I first started ordering, I thought about ordering the Big Island Bowl, but then saw that you couldn't make any changes to the bowl so I chose to try the sunrise bowl, which turned out delicious. It's layered with Blue Majik, which is spirulina extract on the bottom, pitaya in the middle, and finally bananas, strawberries, granola, and honey on the top. You can add additional toppings (for an additional price) if you'd like. I opted out of that. The granola was fresh and crunchy. The bananas and strawberries were nice and sweet. Once you order, it takes about 15-20 minutes. I walked in, told them my name and was able to grab my order and walk out right away. I think there was limited indoor seating, not sure about the capacity. I didn't notice until AFTER, but they have build your own bowl at the bottom which allows you to customize whatever you would like. I would love to opt for that next time! read more

I love that nautical bowls is so close to me. I went twice this summer and really enjoyed it. I loved the sailor theme inside and it really reminds me of california vibes. The choices are endless, I got two bowls two different times and both were delicious , I believe one had chia seed pudding, matcha, pitaya, strawberry's, bananas, granola and honey on it. The combinations were so delicious and prefect healthy dessert. I love that you can pick what goes on it and mix and match to your taste. I def will be coming back here soon! read more

Hit Nautical Bowls with my SO the other day (his cousin had recommended it), and it was as delicious as she said! We looked at the menu online first and joined their rewards program, when we walked in it was super cute and we were able to order right away, the peeps were very nice, the options are great, and our two bowls were done in about 5mins. Oh my gosh, they were so stinking delicious!!!! I think they are the best smoothie bowls I've ever had the flavor combinations were epic, and my SO who is picky even liked everything in his bowl. The contrast of the crunchy granola and smooth frozen smoothie was like a ballet on your tongue (sigh). I'd probably eat there every day if I didn't life an hour away lol Now for details other than the flavor: The small bowl was very large and definitely a full meal replacement, we agreed next time we could just split a medium bowl for a snack:) the building was decorated cute, they had about 5 tables I wanna say, so not huge but if you and up to like 3-4 other people want to set in you could. I was hesitant to try this place after hearing about some of their unethical business practices during covid, but we had a gift card so decided to give it a go. It was clear to us immediately that while these bowls are tasty, they are a sweet treat, not a health food. This was confirmed by checking out the nutritional info on their webpage (it's a pdf hidden below the huge claims of being guilt-free food). My small size bowl had more sugar content than a can of soda and almost 600 calories... and that was the smallest size! Don't be deceived by the "non-refined sugar" claims. Talk with any diabetic and they will tell you your body reacts to 50g of sugar in the same way, regardless of where the sugar came from. I won't be returning. Way too sweet! Now time to recover from the sugar high.. I don't usually eat dessert for breakfast! read more

As a holistic health coach, I am always so happy to find a place to recommend to my clients because I know everything is not only delicious but 100% good for you as well. Everything is gluten free, dairy free, organic and loaded with incredible antioxidants and vitamins. There's a variety of different sorbets to choose from, the toppings are fun and packed with flavor and you definitely get your money's worth in every scrumptious bite! I see people of all ages there and love seeing families with their littles, showing them a healthier (and still yummy!) alternative to ice cream. Too- I love that they offer kombucha too- I'm always a fan of a bubbly local brew. Lastly, at both locations the service is always phenomenal! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the stores are always impeccably clean!
