However, sometimes they give her shift to someone else and it's just not as good or fast. I realize she can't be there EVERY day and on the weekends I'll order something else and it is fine but I went to get my usual yesterday and someone else was working, I usually finish my coffee well before the lunch hour but yesterday I ended up dumping it out, it just wasn't the same. I love to see my regular gal, we have formed a friendship even. It is a great addition to the town of Lonsdale and I'm glad we have it here.

We decided to grab some breakfast and drinks from Coffee Fool. I'll start this off by neither of us drink coffee. My husband got a peach mango smoothie and I got a strawberry peach smoothie. Both were very good! I'd love a smoothie straw or a bugger straw as it was hard to drink due to the ice chunks getting stuck. Can't wait to try other non coffee concoctions! My husband got the croissant breakfast sandwich and I did the bagel sandwich. Fresh eggs, cheese and sausage. Very good. The bagel was hard on the bottom so made it a but difficult to eat. I'd maybe ask for it to be cooked at half the time. The croissant bun situation is where it's at though! I'll be getting that from now on. The two gentleman who were working this morning were very knowledgeable and greeted us with welcoming smiles! It's hard to find good customer service these days and these gentlemen were it!

I will also try any ginger shots they have; I just love ginger. And the smoothie bowls are incredible. I always try a different one and have not been disappointed. The shop is super cute and clean. It has an inviting atmosphere with lots of color and plants. And it is a local, family-run business, so even better. They also do events and specials for holidays, like today! We went because they had their Valentine's Day menu available. I got a matcha chia seed pudding, a banana matcha drink, a pink ginger shot, and the double date smoothie bowl. I think they are all my new favorites. The chia seed pudding had a great matcha flavor and wasn't too sweet. The banana matcha drink is tasty with cacao and rose, definitely a treat! The smoothie bowl was amazing. It had a cherry smoothie base with strawberries, raspberries, bananas, chocolate, and coconut. It might be my new favorite. I really hope they add it to their menu. I would highly recommend this spot for a fresh, fruit-forward meal or drink. It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in their work, and you can see their mom working as well. They are so sweet and quick, and want you to have a good time. Stop by anytime, but especially during their special menus!

This was helpful in selecting what I really wanted. They have a small parking lot for all of the businesses in the little strip, which is convenient for on campus when it's hard to find street parking. Ordering was convenient as well and I was in and out within 8 minutes. I honestly couldn't finish my tea and shake because it was so much liquid. The inside of the store was very open and spacious, it seemed like a lot of space for a store that did not require much space. There was plenty of parking in the parking lot right outside Liv Tru. The menu is quite extensive as it ranges from smoothie bowls to teas and to smoothies. I chose to get the turtle mocha with no pralines and my friend got the lemon cupcake. The girls working there were extremely nice and wanted us to enjoy our smoothies! Customer service was 10/10. The smoothies themselves were not my favorite. They consisted of lots of protein powder and fake tasting substances. My smoothie had a nice consistency but was very chalky tasting and left a bad after taste. The lemon cupcake smoothie tasted exactly like a lemon cupcake but once again was not a fresh smoothie. This is a great place to go if you are looking for a smoothie with plenty of protein powder.
