Summer Bowl: Açaí | Lemon Ice | Strawberry-Watermelon Topped with: Granola, Coconut Chips & Strawberries

I made my first trip to Bliss Açaí, and and it was a perfect, refreshing treat on a hot summer day. I got the Summer Refresher Bowl, and loved the flavor combo! The service was super fast and friendly. I only with there were a few outdoor seating options.

Such a great spot to stop in for lunch or a snack!! I was in the shopping center running some errands and needed a quick bite to eat. The açaí bowls here are so refreshing, and I loved that I could build my own with so many options. Even the smallest size was super filling! I ended up eating half as a snack then freezing the other half and having it for breakfast the next day, worked great!

Not only are these delicious, the owner will give you any info you want to know! I'm tracking my macros and he was able to tell me which bowl had the least amount of carbs and fats for me. All of the bowls have natural sugars because everything is directly from the fruits, no sugar added! My favorite flavors here at the passionfruit and coconut! The most authentic flavors and so creamy!

A few weeks ago, I finally got around to visiting Bliss Acai. I had wanted to drop by for months. This cool establishment is located at The Shoppes at Knollwood in St. Louis Park. There was plenty of parking when I got there after work on a Monday. I found a parking spot fairly close to the place and backed into it. I wanted the tropical sorbet parfait and asked whether it was dairy-free. Staff at the store were so patient with me. It's not until you swap out the yogurt for chia seeds. I went with the swap. I liked how accommodating they were to my dairy-free needs. I paid with a credit card. It was a smooth transaction tapping and tipping from the screen. I also was automatically signed up for its rewards program. I'll need to figure out how it works, but I received a text notification on my phone to check out the details. I waited patiently for my parfait. It didn't take long for it to be ready. It looked so pretty. I thanked the man and woman working that night, and happily headed to my car to safely stow my parfait in my rental car's cup holder. It fit perfectly. I did a bit of shopping in the area before I headed back to my hotel room to enjoy my parfait. It was still in great shape, likely because it was cold enough weather-wise. I liked that the granola part of my parfait was separate from the sorbet and chia parts of it. I dumped the granola into my parfait. Each spoonful was so yummy. I loved the contrast of the crunchy granola with the cold mango and pineapple sorbet. The chia seeds didn't taste slimy, which was pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed this parfait that I was sad when I was left with an empty cup. It was so great finding Bliss Acai. I can't wait to return and try more items off the menu. (25)

Trendy Acai bowl for grab and go. My friend recommended we stop by here after work and I said frozen fruit in the midst of winter, why not. While I've had these bowls in an upscale restaurant and made them at home with my girls, I've never had them at Bliss and looked forward to trying it out. One could order from a grouping related to health or go with a more dessert oriented flavor grouping. Smoothies are also an option. There's a build your bowl option I ordered a 12oz Immunity Health Bowl. The bowl has 4 layers of sorbet: passion fruit, pitaya aka dragon fruit, coconut, and pineapple mango. On top are 3 toppings: granola, banana, and coconut chips. My opinion: I think for this combination, the flavors pair well together and the variety of toppings made for crunchy or smooth texture. I do wish the banana was a bit more ripened, but everything else was fantastic. I think for the amount of effort to make the sorbets and layer it was a time saver, I do think the fresh fruit assortment could use some additional entries: hopefully that'll come in the summer. The shop is a small business and the owner has a passion for health and fast casual and it shows throughout. For a single location, it's quite put together.

OMG! Soooo good! Bliss Acai is an acai sorbet bowl restaurant, that also serves sorbet parfaits and smoothies. So yummy, soothing and good for the soul. I went in on a hot day with my mom after we shopped at TJ Maxx and Nordstrom's Rack and we were very thirsty and tired... We shared the Classic Bowl Açaí with two spoons. The yummy treat was topped with granola, banana & peanut butter sauce....YUM! My mom and I relaxed and enjoyed our treats in the super cute cafe and and got a nice energy boost. We left super refreshed. Thanks so much...can't wait to come back again to try other flavors!

We decided to try Bliss Açaí while running errands and looking for a new place to try. We were not disappointed! We ordered the Dual Bowl, the Classic, and the Choco-Cherry. The Dual and Classic were very the typical Açaí bowl flavors. The Chico-cherry was very deserving of its dessert bowl classification on the menu since it was very sweet. After ordering, I noticed that they had an option to get a flight of 4 different bowls with 5 oz servings for $20. This is a great option if a couple people want to try different things. The location is tucked in a strip mall and was a little hard to find a first since the sign doesn't stand out. Also, the inside is very small with minimal seating.

Such a convenient location whether your already shopping at Knollwood Mall or it's your only destination. Parking is simple. I love the smoothie and sorbet options in addition to the bowls. The recipes they have created are great but I appreciate the customization or building your own. I got the immunity bowl and it was blissful! So yummy I will say I would choose over their competitors. I got to speak with the owner and she really is invested in listening to her customers and creating change when asked for it. It's a cute little spot. It's not massive it may only seat two separate parties. I like to take my bowl or smoothie to go but I like the option they provide of sitting down for a quick chat.

I visited Bliss Acai for an evening snack, and it was a tasty experience! FOOD: I ordered a bowl with Acai, berry, and lemon ice with granola and strawberries on top. All of the flavors were fantastic independently, although I wouldn't order the lemon ice and granola together again. Next time, I'd stick to the classic peanut butter! AMBIANCE: Cute interior! Could have a little more seating, but it's nice! SERVICE: very helpful and friendly PARKING: easy parking lot

These things are straight up delicious. About a year ago I had a coupon for a free bowl, and at that time I did not even know what the word "açaí" meant. Was it a fruit? A yoga pose? An international animation style? Whatever it is (okay I know now that it's a berry that is high in antioxidants) it makes for tasty bowls of sweetness. When I stopped in most recently I got the "Dual Bowl", which contained açaí and pitaya (aka dragonfruit) sorbets, topped with banana, strawberries, and granola. It tasted super, super good. Its sweetness makes it satisfying on a dessert level, but it's both nutritious and filling enough that I kind of want to treat it like a lunch entree. Also since these bowls are in the ten-dollar range, it makes more sense to me to think of it that way. But really, the main draw for me is how good these things taste. Between all of their different sorbet and topping options, they have a huge amount of variety. They also have a ton of smoothies made with Greek yogurt, and really just a wide range of offerings that use healthy-berry sorbets. A lot of their sorbets are made in house, and you can tell they are very serious about the health benefits of their ingredients. This is really very much a place that anyone should at least try.

Great little spot! Loved the colorful walls, sparkle flooring and cute tables to sit at. I liked that all the bowls are customizable so I could get the combo that I wanted! I got the mind bowl and the strawberry banana smoothie! Both were awesome! That peanut butter is so creamy and it was a dangerously great combo with the banana. Loved the sober flavors I had, really curved my sweet tooth! Will for sure spot by here again!

Adorable, and trendy a little açai spot. The staff was super friendly and you can tell they are passionate about what they do! 12 ounces was more than enough for me!

Sorbet is better than ice cream, it's just the way it is. This place solidifies that truth. The lemon sorbet is face-puckering goodness. I wanted so much more of it. I really couldn't believe how incredibly delicious it was. I don't know how healthy this treat is, but it made me FEEL healthy. It made me FEEL like I could continue walking around the mall for another hour or so. I mean, I didn't, but I could have. I will be back to live in the bliss of sorbet bowls.

Atmosphere: definitely a fun place to hang out! Plenty of seating, some cozier than others, music and lots of people coming and going. I'd say for value you can't beat this! They only sell packages consisting of a shot of aloe, a glass of tea and a shake (no, I don't give a F about an Oxford comma). The shot of aloe and the tea don't really do a whole lot for me, but the shakes are darn tasty. The first time I went I found out after ordering that the package of goods is supposed to be an appetite suppressant. The owner was worried I would get nauseous after just having been to the sushi buffet. I risked it, and no ill effects. The three basic flavors on the shakes are vanilla, peanut butter and chocolate. Within each of those three you have variations of raspberry, mint, banana, etc. I've had both the peanut butter banana and chocolate banana. Both were great. Today, I did it the right way without a meal. Definitely filled me up. Just wish I could pay a buck or two less and get only the shake. Lastly, they seem to be big on Herbalife. I thought that was like a multilevel marketing scheme. Thankfully, I have not been pitched to become a distributor in my two visits.

The girls were trying to smell one of the drinks to determine what the flavor was. I' was watching at this point to see if they were going to serve it, after three people had sniffed the drink. Someone must have accidentally deleted the orders in process; I heard one of the young ladies say "what the f@#¥" when she realized what had happened.
