This place is one of my guilty pleasures. I'm always super geeked to go to Ridgedale because I'm going to splurge and get the large Mango-a-go-go. The mall was packed so there was a long line which was to be expected. There were about 5 girls working on this particular day. It almost looked as though there were too many people working in such a small space. One girl looked to be confused about the order tickets, and mixed up the drinks. The girls were trying to smell one of the drinks to determine what the flavor was. I' was watching at this point to see if they were going to serve it, after three people had sniffed the drink. Someone must have accidentally deleted the orders in process; I heard one of the young ladies say "what the f@#¥" when she realized what had happened. I can only imagine in her shock, she forgot we all were standing there. I finally got my drink BUT it wasn't filled to the rim as it usually is. Those drinks are dang near $10 each so I need every last drop! I was able to get over this because I signed up for the rewards while waiting in line and got to use my 50% of rewards immediately. Trust and believe I would have ask for more if it were any other way. While the taste was fine, the consistency was off which was disappointing. Several chunks of mango with every sip. While I was disappointed, this was the first time my drink wasn't perfect so this isolated incident won't stop me from going back in the future and giving this location another try. read more

Yeah, not the best customer experience or menu item. I stood in line with 8 other people behind me. One girl taking an order then making it. Taking an order then making it. Someone came ahead of the line and asked for their online order. Oh, that wasn't made yet. So now everything stopped and she turned her attention to the online order. If I could have I would have gotten a refund and left. Now sure why I try this location. I sit down and begin to eat and yuck. Coconut is dried out and old. Very runny. So sweet. No, won't come back and won't recommend. The customer service is nothing. No thank you. No hello. The young girl is chewing gum and popping it all the while trying to take her time to do her job. read more

Always refreshing. Caribbean Passion is my go-to drink. They are always great. Today I noticed the counter where I picked up my drink was extremely dirty-actually bordering on gross. Many different spills of various colors. Takes less than a minute to wipe the counter regularly. The manager or staff should make this a priority. Cleanliness should be top priority. read more

Not a "great" location, but not bad either. Staff always seems to be distracted or in the back, and you have to ring a bell even when there's a line of 5+ people waiting. That can be a bit irritating. But unfortunately, this location has been this way for a while. The smoothies are like every other Jamba Juice; no difference there. I would just hope that they would not be so understaffed on weekends when the mall is swarming with people. I will be back, like always. read more

Me and my friend waiting about 10 minutes in line and right when we got to the counter after waiting all that time they said they were gonna be closing for the next 30 minutes!!!! Absolutely awful service. 2 people in line with 3 workers behind the counter. 2 teenage girls and a guy. The customer in front of me ordered and not a single one of them started that person's drink until I was done paying. Then they did her drink wrong and hadn't even started on mine. Seeing as how there were more employees than customers, you would think they would try harder. The customer in front of me voiced her annoyance because they were laughing amongst themselves instead of working. I wish I hadn't left a tip! read more

If you want to experience a business taking the COVID thing to a whole new level- go check out the Jamba Juice at Ridgedale Mall in Minnetonka. Apparently, due to a cup shortage for this chain or to this particular location- they are not willing to split an order. So a family of four orders three drinks and asks one of those to be split for the kids. It's an absolute 'no go'. I've offered to pay for the extra cup as well- .50 cents or a dollar... still a no go. Just shaking my head as at some point- logic has to kick in and someone has to say, "Yes, there is a shortage on microchips, yes there is a shortage even on cups in some instances", but we want to do business and the $20+ dollars of order of three drinks and two pretzels would more than offset the cost of the cup or the opportunity cost of a cup. COVID is not an excuse for poor customer service, but it sure has impacted many businesses in how they operate and treat customers, case and point of this Mall Jamba Juice. The businesses that continue to be customer centric despite the pandemic will and should be rewarded. read more

I used to work at Jamba and have worked there recently enough that I still know its register menu by heart. Despite stating my order in the most efficient way that Jamba employees are trained, the employee at the register still screwed up my smoothie. I'll admit that it was my fault for not bringing the mistake to their attention, but 3/4 of the employees looked so unhappy/irritated that I'm not entirely sure they would've cared. read more

The guy working at this location was alone and had to start denying service to customers because he wasn't able to make smoothies fast enough. He actually was telling people "I can't ring you up unless you just want juice" This location just reopened, you think they would be properly staffed on a Friday during a school break! There were about 20 people waiting for their smoothies to be made. Then the computers went down...they need help and need to reorganize.
