This location is nice inside: tonssss of seating, and I recommend sitting in back for calmer vibes without the hustle of the ordering line! The bench cushion fabric was very dirty and worn on all the seating - definitely didn't match the rest of the space. Parking is a little tricky around here - I recommend one of the free parking ramps. Their menu is pretty simple with a handful of salad and bowl options. I like that! Not too overwhelming. My brother and I both got the chicken bacon ranch salad. You can do substitutions but we stuck with everything. Service was quick and friendly! ~$30 for two salads and two drinks. And the drinks were delish! They had a handful of fresh made teas and lemon waters and we loved them. Salads were delicious; well dressed, and the right portion so you don't have extra leftover. The other day I landed at the Minneapolis Airport and had to hang out for a few hours before my physical therapy appointment. I decided to look around for a new lunch spot. I decided to give Crisp & Green a try. When I walked in it had a very fresh and clean look. Everyone there was so nice and cheerful and I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with choices. I ended up choosing the Get Your Greek On Grain Bowl (brown rice, spinach, warm chickpeas, kalamata olives, feta, fajita peppers & onions, cucumber, & lemon-herb vinaigrette) without meat and it was delicious! As I was getting ready to check out I noticed they had Kombucha on tap!! Yes. On. Tap. I totally got the Hibiscus Berry Kombucha and it was so good. I went to crisp and green on 12/26 and had a great experience! The wait time was less than five minutes to order, my salad took only a few minutes to order and the employee was friendly and helpful, making sure I got any substitutions I wanted. The dining area was clean and all of the cutlery, napkins, lids etc was well stocked. The salad was great (as always)! The only downside is that parking is in a free underground ramp on the street behind the building, which can be annoying if you want to just run in and grab lunch to go. Met a friend here for lunch. Parking was easy at the ramp on Market St and only a block or so walk to the restaurant. I opted for the 'You Feta Believe It' salad. I don't like a lot of dressing so it's nice to be able to customize. All ingredients were fresh and tasty. We ate inside but there were a few outdoor tables available. I really like this location and it has a super nice little screen so you can be inside and outside at the same time. I got the classic Caesar salad which was good and I took out tomatos. I ordered for curbside pickup and when I arrived, there was a sign that said park and go inside to get your curbside pickup order. Once I got inside, the gentleman asked me for the name on the order, when he found it, he said this was for curbside pickup and we would've brought it out to you. As a customer, there were too many conflicting messages. Nonetheless, the atmosphere and staff were amazing. I'm not upset, just giving my experience in hopes that they fix the issues and make it easier for people in the future. When you get inside the establishment, the smell is heavenly, not sure what it is but I could smell it all day. Very neat and clean, the space itself has a lot to offer. Can we say delightful? They make it right in front of you on "the line." You could also mix and match your own bowl, choosing a grain or greens option and then proteins including shrimp, chicken, bacon or tofu, toppings from apples, to roasted Brussels sprouts or fajita peppers and onions, then dressings including Korean Chili Cashew or vinaigrette's including jalapeño-lime. They also have smoothies, aquas frescos, and kids bowls. Two bowls with two glasses of water were almost $30 so it's not cheap, but again, fresh and delicious. You guys!!! The concept of this place blows my mind... I had no idea! One day I walked into a room full of people who had gotten crisp & green take out. The room smelled ahhhhhhmazinggggg! I asked what they were eating and they told me... today I finally got to try the place for myself. Walking in it's really inviting. Wide open space with an open kitchen and line. A "hello" was called to me from the line, which in my opinion is unnecessary... the whole restaurant does not need to know that I just walked in the door, but I digress... When I reached the spot to order I was greeted warmly and I explained it was my first time there. The girl behind the counter immediately had a few salad suggestions. I said I was more interested in a rice based bowl, to which she gave me a few other suggestions. In the end I ended up going with the create your own option. I got rice with quinoa, corn, carrots, edamame, pepitas and added seared tuna with the thai dressing. I also opted to get the piece of bread offered. It's probably the most flavorful and moist seed bread I've ever had! My main complaints are that the tuna is a bit over cooked (still has great flavor though!), I asked for extra of the dressing as I was afraid of it being too dry... she added extra but it's still on the dry side and then the PRICE! I understand that I added items that are an upcharge, but as a chef, myself, who understands food pricing, I dont understand why a few of the items were an upcharge. I also tried one of the smoothies which was also over priced in my opinion. Over $6 for an average size smoothie is too much, but I wanted the "full" experience so I popped for the "big island". The flavor is pretty balanced and the interesting protein choice was actually pretty tasty. In the end over $22 for a bowl and smoothie for lunch. I like it enough to recommend it to others that may like this sort of thing, but my visits will be few and far between only because of the price tag. read more

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. It was a hot day outside at the Edina Art Festival so it was nice to sit in the air conditioning. I ordered the Thai and Stop Me. I also had a taste of the strawberry jalepeno tea and it was great! My friend had the Crispy Teriyaki and she said it was very good. My bf and my birthday are mixed in between the Thanksgiving and Christmas rush and let me tell you we have been gluttonous. So happy to have a healthy and filling option for dinner. The picture was taken during a COVID visit placed an order to go through the app. I'm happy to see they are doing well as they had 10-15 other to go orders ready for pick up as the same time as me. Cinco De Light was the favorite of the two. Nice light flavor dressing and great portion size. The Buffalo and bleu was not spicy would suggest maybe getting jalapeño goddess dressing or jalapeños if you are expecting a kick. I tried crisp and green a couple times and I absolutely love it. The locations I went to are the dinky town one and the Edina one, both are beautiful inside and outside has a great patio seating area in the spring/summer. I usually get the cinco de light, I absolutely love it, I love anything spicy and flavorful and this is it. It has avocados, jalepenos, blue corn tortillas and the best jalepeno lime vingrette. I love love the dressing on this salad so much flavor and makes eating a salad so satisfying. I did also try the dragon fruit smoothie which was great not overly sweet perfect kick of dragon fruit and also that color tho! I will def be coming back to try more salads (if that is I don't keep ordering the same one over and over again haha ) . read more

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years but lately the place is dirty! windows you can't see out of, floors are nasty & unswept especially under the drink counter! The staff wears gloves but they never change them, even after touching plates pans the register and peoples credit cards, then they go and grab the lettuce with the same contaminated gloves. Ughhhhhh $12 for a salad. By no means is this a new complaint, but it really gets me every time. On my most recent visit I had their winter seasonal grain bowl - which was actually really delicious! I wished the Brussels Sprouts had been cut smaller or shaved (they were halved and were pretty much an entire mouthful unto themselves), but the components were fresh and the flavors were on point. So I guess my quarrel is more with the concept and the staff? Having to pay extra, even 50¢, for about seven crispy chickpeas is absurd. And for an establishment that seems to value sustainability and green practices, it's absurd that when you ask for butter for your bread they bring you one tiny piece in massive plastic container. My wife and I had lunch recently at Crisp & Green and were happy with our meal. As you probably guessed from the name Crisp & Green specializes in salads. As with many fast service establishments (e.g. Chipotle), there are a selection of menu offerings or you can build your own. You select your order and go through a line in which a server puts the appropriate ingredients - greens, protein, starch, etc. - in a bowl. The bowl of ingredients then goes to another server who applies the appropriate dressing, you collect your salad and pay. Everything moves very fast. I had a Thai salad with shrimp, arugula, citrus, and a number of other ingredients and condiments. It was good. The greens were appropriately crisp thereby validating the name of the establishment and the shrimp were plump, fresh and plentiful. The citrusy dressing was very good. The seating area is pretty basic similar to most fast food restaurants and you aren't tempted to linger which may be the idea. Any way the food was good and the staff were fine. I felt a little rushed but that wasn't a problem. They only take credit or debit cards, no cash. I would return. read more

I was so excited that this location was opening up. The location is a bit closer to me, however the experiences I have had with this store are repeatedly sub par. First, the parking is a mess around there, but I can't really hold that against them too much. But the service I have received has not been that great compared to the other locations. One time I arrived and had to wait because they ran out of shrimp. Another time, they gave me hardly any greens, this last time makes me the most frustrated though! I went with my family so there were 6 of us all on one tab. As she totaled us up I said I wanted to scan my rewards and she completely ignored and swiped the card. My mom asked if she got my rewards and the girl tried to say she didn't hear. My mom asked if we can still get them added. She asked someone on staff and they said to write my name down on the receipt and they would add them to my account. Well that was on the 25th of October, today still no points have been added to my account. The other locations are excellent with service and food, this one has just been quite a let down. read more

I ordered the No Prob Cobb which included spinach, kale, roasted chicken, avocado, local farm egg, bacon, queso fresco, jalapeño, tomatoes, lemon squeeze, & jalapeño green goddess dressing. It was delicious and tasted fresh, not just your average Cobb salad. There is plenty of seating inside both in the front and back (which is a little more private). How have I not been to crisp & green before now? I'm so glad they opened by 50th and France which is super convenient for me, maybe too convenient. The space is very bright and clean, actually much bigger than I expected seeing it from the outside. They have this awesome visual menu to help you make a decision based on what the dish looks like. Pretty genius except I wanted to try one of everything. Need to remind myself one salad at a time. I also love the ability to customize and build your own salad or bowl. On my first visit I ordered the yacht club salad which had shrimp, avocado, jalapeños and some other fixings. Incredibly yummy and filling. All the staff were really friendly and made sure you wanted all the items on the salad and even asked about the amount of dressing.
