Wasn't quite as thin as a midwest tavern so you didn't get the crispy bottom I love, but wasn't thick enough to give the nice, fluffy focaccia chew. Crispy edges were amazing, though, as you'd expect. The middle got really soupy and if you wanted something topping-heavy like "The Sarge" I can see it turning a coal-fired version into floppy mush. It still hurts my soul paying ~$30 for a pizza, even 16", but this is a place I would go to with friends for a special occasion and split a pie or two.
