I LOVE Parcelle -- this is the best smoothie spot I've been too by far and I love the variety/unique offerings of each kind that they provide. I also really like how they utilize fresh ingredients, dates, coconuts, fresh fruits, and more. The service is always top notch too. They are great at making any changes that you request to the smoothies -- with a slight up-charge but always on point and beyond tasty. The inside ambiance of Parcelle is always welcoming and bright too. I especially love that even when it is the most busy, it's still clean and tidy inside. Also very kid friendly! Stopped in for a cup of coffee around 11:15am on a Saturday. Ambiance is what I would consider casual fancy. Of course you can dress however you want, but there are fancy chairs and couches. Staff is friendly. There was a steady stream of people going through, mostly younger, 20-30 somethings. I had a vanilla latte. It was ok, definitely not the best I have ever had. Coffee flavour was not very strong. My husband had a siphon pour over coffee. We have a siphon maker at home and it can make a great cup of coffee, but not here. Their siphon is pretty, but they don't seem to know how to use it properly. First, they boil the water before they put it in the bottom carafe, a cheat but not a big deal. Then they start the process of "boiling" the water. Now, this is where you are supposed to put the coffee grounds into the top carafe, that way as the water rises to the top carafe it filters through the coffee grounds for a nice rich flavour and a stronger cup of coffee. They use fresh ground coffee, which is nice, but they wait until all of the water is in the top of the siphon before they add the grounds. Then they let it simmer for a minute or two and remove it from the burner, letting the coffee siphon back down to the bottom carafe. This pretty much gives you a nice cup of brown water. I think they try too hard to be fancy and organic and miss the mark on making a good cup of coffee. It was ok, but we probably won't be back. read more

My friends and I were excited to try this place because the food looked so good and the vibes were cute. However, none of us were impressed. We all got drinks and all got toasts, and none of us enjoyed our toasts. I think something is lacking. It's missing an element that really pulls together a good toast. I got one of the smoothies which are $14, and it was not bad. My main issue is the straw size. For the consistency of the smoothie, I think the straw needs to be a bit wider. We all found ourselves sucking extra hard to get a flow of drink. It's a pass from me for our next visit. :( the staff are nice though! read more

The person at the register greeted me with the biggest smile and I felt comfortable with taking my time to order and looking at the menu. There was so many options which is great to see. I love the layout of the cafe and all the windows that allow natural light to shine through the whole place. I ordered the CREAM smoothie, the fried egg toast with steak and the Ube cookie. Everything was delicious. The service was very quick and we did not have to wait long for our order to be called out. The menu is a little pricier than a regular cafe but honestly the quality of ingredients is worth it in my opinion. One of the best places in town in my opinion. I always try to stop in and grab a smoothie often, they taste delicious especially the blueprint & C.R.E.A.M . Nice healthier alternative compared to other places around the block. The cashiers have been polite and very friendly when I've visited, often helping me make modifications to my smoothies. Great portions and great flavors. One of my favorite places to grab something quick. The restaurant is very clean with big open windows. Street parking is available. There was a DJ/pop up event going on while I tried parcelle for the first time, so the vibes were great! I loved the huge windows and bright area. There were big and small tables perfect for any group size. It's a great addition to northeast. I tried the C.R.E.A.M. smoothie that I've heard about, and it lived up to the hype. I put collagen in drinks normally, and the other ingredients are pretty basic for it to be $13, but it was delicious! And large at least. The mushroom panini also exceeded my expectations. I got the "The Blueprint" which has blueberries, avocado, banana, blue spirulina, whey, coconut milk, and agave. With tax and tip it was around $16, which is a bit high but the ingredients seemed really good. Not impressed, poor service, expensive items. I thought a $13 smoothie would be one of the best smoothies I've ever had, but it wasn't even close. It was pretty flavorless. I got the strawberry one and I definitely won't be getting it again. The sandwich was pretty good, but again, not worth the price. I paid almost $30 for the two items. Personally, I didn't feel like the staff was very welcoming so it definitely added to the poor experience. My first time visiting Parcelle in Minneapolis. When you walk in the interior is bright and spacious decorated in timeless white and black. They only offer street parking and I went during construction so parking might be a little harder to find... I choose the C.R.E.A.M smoothie similar to the famous Erewon in Los Angeles. So psyched to finally have the last spot on this block filled with this new breakfast and lunch spot that has a clean and bright interior, elaborate drink options, and tasty food. Parcelle opened about a month ago and I stopped in for lunch there this week. It was pretty quiet, there were a few people sipping coffee and working on their laptops. I like the concept of a hot bar/main & 2 sides meal, and the food looked good, but I wasn't hungry enough for that so I got the chimichurri chicken panini. Surdyks, watch out!!! You no longer have the northeast panini market cornered!! It was really tasty. They have a ton of fancy coffee drinks and yummy looking smoothies but again I wanted something a bit lighter so I tried the matcha Thai iced tea. It was tasty! I will definitely come back, and hope they consider opening for dinner someday. I would definitely want to try the hot bar for a healthy dinner meal but I'm not sure I'll ever need that much food for a weekday lunch. I loved that all the packaging is compostable, but had trouble finding the compost bin. Probably just a kink to work out in their first few weeks. The vibes of Parcelle are cute -- very clean and organic energy. There's plenty of seating, and it's in a great location. The service is fine, nothing super special for a counter spot. It might be worth noting you go to the counter to pick up your food and drinks when you're dining in, which is fine for a cafe, but a little precarious because they fill the lattes to the brim. While it's nice that you can feel good about what's in the food and drinks, they're unfortunately not that great. The CREAM smoothie ($13), a dupe of Erewhon's Hailey Bieber smoothie, is only comparable in appearance and the presence of strawberry. Although the Hailey Bieber smoothie is $20 (tax included), it has a better texture (creamy from banana and avocado) and flavor (the slightest tinge of tasting healthy but mostly like a normal strawberry smoothie). Erewhon also adds sea moss and a few other ingredients, including the avocado, that the CREAM smoothie lacks. Parcelle's version tastes healthy (not in a good way) and is more frothy than creamy. I've also tried the chicken chimichurri panini ($14) and the vanilla latte with oat milk. The latte was good but not mind-blowing, and considering the plethora of coffee shops in the neighborhood, I wouldn't necessarily visit just for the coffee. The panini was kind of mediocre. The in-store menu didn't state what kind of cheese is in it (mozzarella), and the cashier had to check with the kitchen when I asked. The chicken was very dry and salty, the cheese was not melted (and kind of cold), there wasn't a lot of tomato and the sandwich was not very well constructed, making it messy to eat. Parcelle found a niche with clean, organic food and being the "Erewhon of Minnesota," but I don't think it's well executed. You're better off trying to make your own version of Erewhon's smoothies at home, especially since the ingredient lists (with specific brand names) can be readily found online. read more

Be warned, the only parking I could find nearby was $3.50, so it would be more worth your time to stay here for a bit. I ordered the Blueprint, which was absolutely delicious! It almost tasted like a fruity milkshake rather than a smoothie - I loved the coconut cream in it. It was so creamy and smooth with no chunks and not being too thick. I sincerely appreciated that this smoothie had no dairy, and the ingredients are simple. I also ordered the Chicken Chimichurri Panini, and I honestly could just eat the chimichurri with a spoon it was so fresh, creamy with a lemony bite. Smoothie was super rich and flavorful, but not too thick that it was difficult to drink. Avocado Toast was one of the best I had and the pickled red onions was a great touch! They have an excellent choice of smoothies complete with your choice of fruits, vegetables, protein, etc. though I didn't get one (next time), my comrades spoke highly of their volume and flavor. At my last visit I got a tonic-matcha. If I could assign it descriptive words it would be "spicy and earthy" in the best way.
