The Brandade Fritters had a nice crispy texture and spicy sauce to take them the extra mile. The Trotter Croquette was also just so interesting - almost like a crab cake texture but so meaty and savory. We just couldn't stop so we had the chocolate mousse cake as well. It was to die for. It reminded me of my favorite Sebastian's Joe's ice cream - raspberry chocolate chip since it was paired with a raspberry sherbet. The Mousse was on this like crumbly stuff I that told my husband reminded me of that layer in à DQ cake (in the best way). Just all around perfect texture and flavor combos.
