Parking was fine. I backed into a spot across from the main entrance and walked in. The space was cute. There were places to take photogenic photos of bowls and drinks. I headed to the pickup area. There was the nicest man taking orders and making everything. He was great helping me get my order, which was in the fridge. He handed a paper bag with handles over to me. I wished him a great day. He reciprocated. I happily headed to my rental vehicle with my goods. I drove to Grand Casino Arena for a Minnesota Wild game. It has a layer of blue majik (spirulina, pineapple, mango, and coconut) , followed by a layer of pitaya (dragon fruit). The biggest transformations are the larger space, added painted mural, flexible ordering system where you can now order from a QR code at your table or walk up the register, expanded menu that includes brunch all day and items such as breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast. What went from a small crepe and specialty coffeehouse has truly grown. Don't worry the crepes and coffees are all still on the menu.
