He took time to share the history of the restaurant, his aspirations, and his passion for its future, which made the experience even more special. He even took pictures with us before we left. My order was missing the dumplings and a few other items but it was otherwise good, as I had been to this location several times and liked it. I contacted management and they promptly refunded my purchase with apologies and will be looking into it. It was probably an honest mistake--these things happen. I was pleased that they value their customers and took action to make things right.
