Always excellent. Burgers are wonderful and their fries rule. Service is always fast and friendly. If you have never been here, get the mini fries and mini burger. I'm a big guy with a big appetite and I always walk out of there stuffed with the mini items. Not mini! While the mini fries come in a small cup, they always just dump a whole pile of extra fries in your bag so you will have tons of fries. Pre-Covid they used to have salt in the shell peanuts that you could eat while you were waiting for your food. Hopefully that will come back soon. this location has probably the best customer service I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. One of the workers I always see has remembered some returning customers orders, which is really nice. I have a gluten allergy and I've never had any issues at this five guys, they're very careful with it and always seem happy to help, which has helped me to feel more comfortable going out with restrictions. Honestly so disappointed in this place. Made an online order for a bacon cheese burger and asked for mayo, ketchup and grilled onions. Picked it up and when I got home I found my burger with EVERY SINGLE CONDIMENT on it. WITH. NO. FREAKING. MEAT. There was no beef burger patty and no bacon. AT ALL. I literally was given a condiment burger. And when I called to tell them about their mistake, they said they would remake me my meal for free. Like um honey, I ALREADY PAID FOR THE MEAL. I was here a little while ago, craving this place. So I decided to stop by, for lunch. As they were not that busy, ( as in the people in front of me), I decided to order my food. As it had been a really long time, since I was here I decided to keep it simple. With a single patty burger, fries, soda, and an Oreo shake. I liked how I could customize my order with all the different flavors and toppings. I mean I chose the simple options like picked, lettece, and tomatoes. Or have A-1 steak sauce with some ketchup and mustard. Of course I had to wait like a few minutes for my food. But, totally worth it. When I got my food I was surprised at how much was items were packed in such a burger that looked kind of small at first glance, but turned out to be just the right size for me. It seems that since they packages my meal in a to-go bag, I was able to my fries and shake there, and devoured my burger at home. It would be fun to go back, maybe try a hotdog. read more

I could easily do a "Super Size Me" style challenge where I would eat Five Guys three meals a day for thirty days, and on the 31st day I would go back to Five Guys. This place is awesome. Not just this location (but this is my regular go to spot). This restaurant has created a recipe for success and I hope it never changes. The burgers (depending on what toppings you like) are big, menacing, and very very messy. These are some of my favorite words. I get a bacon cheese with everything and this bad boy is almost too much for me to handle. This may be the ONLY establishment I have ever been to that does NOT fall victim to the "volume over quality" conundrum. Yes the burgers can be big, and the fries serving size is intimidating, but the quality and taste is top notch. If you're in the are go here, for quick, delicious, messy bite, and if not in the area but one happens to be nearby, go there as well. read more

Good burgers and better fries. Tried them out for the first time tonight. I wasn't sure if they were actually a sit down restaurant or a fast food kind of place. The interior is more of a fast food type of setup. The burgers are very similar to the Culver's "butter burger"--they're good. The hand cut fries with the skin are even better. They remind me a lot of the Annie's Parlor fries. FYI, the "regular" size fries are almost too big for two people unless to of those people are hungry teenage linebackers! Super disappointed, we ordered online and waited 15min inside for order to be ready. The disappointment was when they called for order to be grabbed we barely got any fries for a regular size. I asked the lady calling out orders is this the right size? Usually we get enough by just ordering a small for two but orders a regular this time since our son was eating some too. The service here is friendly, but it took quite a while to get my food, when I was the only one in the restaurant. I was sitting at a table for about 15 minutes before my food was cooked, and ready. The burger that I got was a classic bacon cheese burger, and it was pretty decent. I have had much better burgers, but it still tasted good. The fires here fill you up, and are pretty good. I'm writing this review for people with celiac disease. Five guys management staff have extensive knowledge about preparing the food gluten free to ensure there is no cross contamination. They have a separate prep counter with ingredients designated only for gf customers. I have eaten here twice a month for the past year and have never gotten sick. Five Guys is about as healthy as eating at the State Fair but they sure have awesome burgers. All burgers are made to order and the price includes unlimited toppings except for bacon which is a little extra. I usually skip the fries when I go, they certainly are not bad but I don't think they are anything special. The fries usually have a soggy texture which I'm just not a huge fan of. Yes they are still good, but I prefer something a little more crispy. If you do decide to get the fries, start with a small they are very generous on how many fries you get and a small has plenty of fries. They are usually staffed with plenty of people and the staff is friendly. They also have online ordering which I'm a huge fan of if you plan on taking a burger to go. If you are looking for a very flavorful burger, Five Guys does not disappoint. One of the best burger places around! read more

My first time ever trying Five Guys was at this location. I will definitely be going back. The employees were very friendly and the food was fantastic. The only downfall about this particular location, is the very limited parking. It's surrounded by other stores in strip malls, which makes it difficult to navigate through and find a parking spot. Went with my Dad to get lunch on a weekend. We ordered two double burgers and a large fry to share and two small beverages. The bill total was in the mid $20 range, which gave my Dad some sticker shock. They were super crowded, which i suppose is to be expected at lunch time on a weekend. Half of their seating is outdoor and is basically a no-go in the winter. We had to compete for a free table with the other guests who were standing waiting for their orders. At one point, we got table-jacked by another patron who was there with his kids. Really classy dude. Anyway, when we finally got a table, we sat down and enjoyed our food, which was very tasty, but maybe not for the price. We also could have easily done with sharing a medium or even a small fry. They fill your fry cup up with fries and then pour extra fries into the bag on top that, which is really generous of them. The downside of that though, is it leaves the bag looking very greasy from the outside, which was slightly unappetizing. Also, we ended up throwing away some fries that we couldn't finish. In conclusion: limited seating, very decent but possibly over-priced food, and way more fries than you think you're getting. All that said, they could have done a lot worse. read more
