Elite gardinera really pops the sandwich off as well. The Reuben ($8) was suitable, but not spectacular. Rather than 1000 island, they opt for mustard and mayo for the sandwich, giving it a mighty different taste. One final thing of note: The last time I went into Pappy's in person (maybe 4 months ago or so) the dining room was STILL closed due to Covid. The parking lot is small and cramped during busy times as well, so be prepared to potentially have to park on the streets.
