We saw that FlameBurger was open so we stopped in. It was TERRIBLE. It was so bad that we did not give it a second chance. Fast forward to Christmas 2025...we were out and decided we wanted something to eat...and the only thing open was FlameBurger...we were hesitant...but we decided to give it a try. WOW!!! That's all I can say...what had been a dingy, dirty mess was now a well-lit, clean and vibrant diner. So far, so good...then came the food...it was amazing, hot, fresh and tasty. FlameBurger became an instant favorite...which brings us to our last visit...on Saturday. I ordered The Ranch Breakfast: 2 eggs, ham, 4 pancakes and toast...and the pancakes are not the silver dollar pancakes you get at most places...these fluffy pieces of art bring you back to the days of yesterday when restaurants took pride in their pancakes.
