Stopped in my usual spot later than usual. I had the desire to try something different than my usual turkey and Prov. The crew working wasn't the usual. I was familiar with one of the Gals working. It was the Guy running the slicer who seemed "OFF" and really didn't want to be there. I ordered two meats on my 6" sand. The Provelone cheese was sliced much thinner than the Pencil thin thickness but it was the second meat that was stopped short and not given the full usual amount. I don't know what the guys problem was, but my sandwich was not the same as it usually is and I could not wait to hightail it out of there, and I'll have to rethink my decision to go and return to that location, especially in the evening read more

Have been going here about 1-2x a week since about November. It was very good up until about February hit. Seems like food safety has decreased. The food does not sit well anymore the past 3 times I've gone. This last time was my last time going as both my husband and I felt sick after. Disappointed but hopeful that this is not a continuous issue for all Jersey mikes locations. read more

Placed an online order at 11:35 AM. The app told me it would be ready at 11:49. Arrived at 11:51 and they had not even started the order yet. Walked out the door AFTER everyone in line was served and left at 12:03. Almost 30 minutes from time I ordered till I got it. Jersey Mikes truly does offer a sub above. Each aspect of the sandwich is fresh and made to order. I ordered the #7 (Turkey) with extra meat and no cheese. The turkey was sliced super thin rift in front of you which I love and you can customize your toppings however you like. All the Cold subs can be served Mikes Way which is with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and "the juice" which is red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend. You definitely don't want to skip that. On top of my meat, I ordered it Mikes Way with banana peppers, pickles, and a red pepper relish which is sweet and salty that get smeared onto the top slice of bread. Overall, I loved this place and the sandwich was one of the best of all the fast food sub chains. Ordered a pretty big order for a lunch meeting to go. It was almost 1 so thought it wouldn't be as busy. It took alittle over 35 mins to get all the subs. They all were correct and I didn't hear any complaints about the subs. Mine was hot and good Only downside was the girl at the cash register looked annoyed and didnt know many questions when asked . While attempting to get a number 43 made today, I was greeted by a young lady that was not tuned into my order whatsoever I was never ask what type of bread instead she just picked white bread for me, after she put the meat in peppers on the grill, I observed her near the back of the store by the grill, conversing with another coworker friend she was speaking about newly expecting, children are such a blessing. But it is never OK to lift your apron nor shirt near the food or cooking area. She legit did that and went back to the grill to chop up the meat and peppers a little more on the grill and did not even have the common courtesy to change her gloves I allowed her to finish what she was doing just to see what type of person she was. She legit made this sandwich with the filthy gloves that she had on after touching her person. she changes her gloves with an attitude, but then starts to remake the sandwich. She has to once again move away from grill and goes to the back of the store to get more mayo out of the freezer or fridge. She kept the same gloves on. I'm not sure if she's not aware of germs or sanitation measures that should be taken. If you have to move out of the area that you're working in for a brief moment and you touch another surface gloves should be changed. I am highly disturbed. As I mentioned she had an attitude after I asked for her to remake my food. She never said sorry or anything of that sort she just handed me my contaminated remade sub. I left the store and called in a complaint. I've never been so disgusted in my life this is absolutely unacceptable. read more

The chicken bacon ranch was ok if you like the bread to be soggy and wet from a liquid dripping from the sandwich. Not sure where the 2 teaspoons of thin liquid came from that dripped from the sandwich while trying to eat it. Disappointed with the sandwich. We ordered by phone during COVID 19. Date 4/28/2020. My wife went and picked up the order. We got our food, which was good, but not a single napkin was put inside. What is going on here? Jersey mikes is my favorite sub place. They slice the meat right in front of you when you order and their ingredients are always fresh. I love that you can get a warm cheesy sub or a fresh cold sub. Either way you go you won't be disappointed. I never leave feeling like ew what did I just eat like I do with some of the other sub chains. If you get a cold sub go for the mikes way which includes oil and vinegar, lettuce , onion, tomato and oregano seasonings - this really makes it stand out from the crowd. read more

My first visit to Jersey Mike's, - as I had just run across it on Yelp. I read the reviews, and decided to chance it. I was amazed at the kind attentive customer service I received, and the lady even carried my order out to the car (on a MN winter day) as I was on a walker. The sandwich was very generous. I ended up having to make another stop on the way home so the sandwiches did not survive the length of time they sat in the sack. I ate the filling with a fork, and it was delicious, but the bread ended up quite tough and soggy which I had expected seeing they sat so long in the car. The main suggestion was the steak and cheese which I ordered, also a tuna. Very large portion, and I must say they FAR OUTSHINE any other Sub's I have gotten. I loved that you could park right up to the door, with only a sidewalk in between the car and the doorway. They made it very comfortable for me being handicapped. read more

I feel that their sub is really good to have. I mean are they not only quick, but it is healthy as well. I like how the options for the sub are listed underneath each sandwich. Also the toppings are really limited which makes it nice to make it simple. I also like how they cut your meat for you. I just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time & got a giant Big Kahuna Cheese Steak which was absolutely awesome! This place blows the doors off of Jimmy John's & Subway. The quality of the ingredients is much better, the bread is better and they actually freshly grill them unlike the Microwave dog food you get at Subway. Seriously your dog would quit eating Subway after trying one of these, it's that much better! They also come with mushrooms which of course if you don't like you can not request them but they go great on the sandwich. Now don't get me wrong I never thought JJ or Subway were bad but this place is going to make me think twice before going back to the other two. The shop itself is pretty small and the dinning area needed some cleaning but it was during rush time and I got mine to go plus the staff was very friendly. My sandwich was absolutely gigantic and you certainly won't find it on the $5 footlong menu but the much higher quality ingredients, bread and freshness is well worth the extra cost.
