We had excellent customer service! The manager overheard me wanting to share the cake pop from the birthday concrete mixer with my 2 grandkids. When he personally brought out our food there were 2 cake pops on my mixer! My grands were so happy and I was very grateful. All the other food was as good as usual. read more

I was disappointed to see so many negative reviews but this was not my experience at all! They did get my food order right and it was done quickly. What stood out to me at this particular location was how nice everyone was! No one was able to enter or exit without multiple people greeting them or thanking them for coming in. I love Culver's. I could eat it all the time. This location is very easy to get to from the main road, right next to Ace hardware and the gas station. The food is what you would expect from any Culver's. The butterburgers are yummy, the custard is creamy and delicious, and the food tastes as any Culver's should. When I go to this Culver's though, they seem to get my orders wrong most of the time though. Sometimes I will order a double burger and only get one burger patty. Sometimes my custard order is wrong. It can be very annoying to get your order wrong all the time. But I love the food, so I keep coming back hoping my order will be right the next time. Overall, good fast food, great custard, but make sure you check your order before you leave the store or drive away. read more

I came here with someone who's never been here before, and while he was reading the menu, the cashier girl stood and and tapped her fingers impatiently the WHOLE time. There was no one else and it wasn't even close to closing time. I found this very irritating. I ordered a short oreo concrete mixer, a short chocolate m&m concrete mixer, a short salted caramel with strawberries, short heath bar, and large cheese curds. All to-go. She put everything on a tray and handed it to me while I was standing there waiting. All of the concrete mixers were medium except for the heath bar. The salted caramel was missing strawberries. Our cheese curds were not freshly made. The service here was bad, and only the short heath bar concrete mixer turned out right. Other than that, our whole order was messed up. I don't recommend this location if you're looking to go to a culvers. read more

Worst Culver's in the nation, multiple experiences, not just one.......and the last one took the cake. Ordered a party pack of their custard in pints, it's 4 total. I finished the rest of our order, requested toppings or the "custard" and came to the window. A tiny cup of toppings used to be .75¢, fair, especially given when you are paying $13 for a quart of ice cream. NOPE, they are now $2.70 each, yes, absolutely ridiculous. When I got to the window and found that out I asked the window clerk, seriously? He didn't respond just went and got the manager, manager said people abused it (I don't doubt that) so the owner now says they charge $2.70 and walked away, I didn't get to respond. Him walking away made me furious, it was take it or leave it. Got my order or so I thought and left, whoops, they forgot the concrete mixer, went back got it and got home. The Culver's deluxe butter burger I got, was soaked, pink blood in the bottom of the container, soaked bun the whole deal, greasy gross mess. That was the last straw, they will never get a dime of mine in the future. Convenient location, but sloppy food, price gouging and a poor manager. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I love Culver's however I would avoid this one if at all possible. Burgers are usually overcooked with burnt edges on a regular basis. The cheese curds most of the time are also over cooked. Service is ok, usually wait times are not too long and the coolers I haven't had a problem with. I have experienced order errors here which of course can happen at any place but when you check your receipt and paid for cheese curds then receive fries instead it irritates you not getting what you ordered especially when the order is so easy such as one meal. I have had much better service at surrounding Culver's such as Brooklyn Park, Anoka & Champlin. I would avoid this Culver's if you can unless you like your burgers burnt to a crisp. read more

I go to Culvers occasionly, This one is on my way to my work but the service at night is always very slow. It is clear the staff is under trained. I had tolerated it for convenience but after last night when they locked up an hour early because of the weather even though it had stopped snowing 6 hours ago I will no longer be returning. Every single time I go to this over priced fast food restaurant they screw up the order. Two sandwiches and three double sundaes almost $30. The only reason I go back is because my mother likes the place. Once again, placed the order and waited at the waiting area for almost 10 minutes all while the sundaes slowly melted in our laps. Get the order and bring it home and wouldn't you know it, the order was wrong. I jump in my car pissed because of the amount of money paid for service that only a future $15 and hour employee could provide. I walked in with the manager sensing my anger and throws it on the kid working at the counter while the coward manager ducks to the back. You're problem is a horrible system of accuracy with your orders, your horrible management that cannot seem to fix the problems and your 1970's intercom system that you use causing most of your problems. If I were corporate, your store would be shut down and not allowed to reopen until the problems are correct. read more

I absolutely love this place, Culver's in general is great with their fresh burgers and awesome custard, but this place adds so much more. It is a host to so many things each week. They have bands that play every once in a while later in the day and also have a kids' day thing where they set out books and have a face painter come in. This isn't just a restaurant, it is a community gathering place. I will admit that I've had my own experiences of order mess ups, but lets get real, everyone makes mistakes and the employees have always been understanding. (i'm quite sure some of the other reviews were composed as a way to let out some hot air) So if your looking for tasty food and some entertainment, this is the place to go! read more

Would have given a zero-star rating, if it were an option. Horrible service! We have been to many Culver's in MN & WI and have loved them all, except this one. We waited inside for a long time. Only 1 person at the cash register and only 4 people in front of us. My boyfriend ordered a double burger and received a single. He brought it up to let them know. They took his burger back, then quickly fried up another patty, threw it into a paper tray and slapped a piece of cold cheese on it. Then, they tried to deliver his first opened burger back to him with a separate paper boat containing the cold cheese and lonely patty. Really!? The employee had no idea how this should have been handled. When my BF spoke with the manager, she belittled him by stating that the single burger he originally received was just missing a patty, so that's all they gave him. Super rude. No one working there seemed to think they should have prepared him a new sandwich. After all was said and done, he didn't eat, got his money back and was not even offered a coupon for some sort of rectification. Is customer service a lost art in Coon Rapids? I feel that this location is not customer friendly they seem to be unable to get the orders correct as well as making a dissatisfied customer happy, I went through drive through they handed me the order not only did they not get the order correct the bag ripped and flew all over the floor of the car and the Manager refused to accommodate, the situation we ended up giving all the food back and requesting our money back and all the Manager Cassie needed to do was replace the Onion rings and burger that was poorly wrapped and flew out of wrapper. Manager on Duty Cassie was very Rude and unprofessional, her employee got the order wrong even after repeating it to her twice , Very displeased with this location and the Staff and the Owner for allowing such unprofessional staff to be in a Management position, I really hope this place shuts down or a new owner would take over and improve staff and service.
