They're open 24 hours and serve breakfast all day as well. Small restaurant in the middle of a lot, you can see it from the busy road. Me and my mom went here after a Metallica concert, it was the only thing open and we were hungry. We went through the drive through, and for it being 1AM, the workers seemed like they were in a good mood, which is surprising. The line went by fast, the food was nice, hot, and fresh. Very cheap food prices to!! We also went here after a Weezer concert, because again it was the only thing open. Some epxiercne as last time! Fresh good food, good prices, nice workers. Oh dear me, you would have thought I insulted the clerk's mother. It seemed like every benign question I had was met with a combination of frustration and irritation. I was here a little while ago, looking for a good late night meal or snack. A lot of times the drive-thru is busy, so when I'm the only one than I have to give it a try. Of course it has been really busy in the past, since they seem to be the only drive-thru open in the area. I also noticed how the dining room was still open, and that they close at 11 pm. Of course my meal was a four slider meal, with some onion rings and a fish slider. When I got home it tasted pretty fresh, since it was made to order. Having them right away, is better especially when I am hungry, whether as a snack or late night meal. The people who work here are extra nice and really made an effort to be extra friendly. The people were so much nicer, I went tonight just to get a couple sliders and they didn't know what was going on. 2 people were talking to me through the intercom at the drive through, then when I went to pay I handed them the wrong card so it didn't go through. I guess it was the manager that snatched my bag out of the drive through attendants hand and said out loud "if he can't pay he ain't gettin it!" When I got there, no one else was inside and there was only 1 car in the drive thru. Grill man took off his cap, vigorously scratched his scalp, raked his fingers through his greasy hair (all right over the food and in full view of customers!) jammed his cap back on, grabbed the spatula and went back to cooking. Up from Texas for family gathering. Used to buy WCs by the "sackful" as a teenager growing up in MN. There are no WCs in the Dallas area. Just lookalike Krystal. We have to buy our White Castles frozen at Walmart in Texas. The frozen article is not as good as the original. Frozen has dehydrated onions and no pickle. The counter help were super polite and efficient at the Blaine WC. The sliders were hot and fresh. Real chopped onions. Tasty pickle slice. So I've only been to a White Castle a handful of times and I've only been to the Blaine Whitecastle twice. Here's what you can expect based on my two trips. First, the food will be hot/fresh, ready quickly, and the staff will be super nice. Second, you can be certain that when you get to the restaurant you will be unable to find a clean table. Not just mildly dirty either, but sticky dirty with crumbs and trash on them. Third, you will likely be unable to throw your trash away as the garbage cans will be completely full. Fourth, need ice? Ask the cashier as the ice machine in the dining area does not work. And lastly, there will be trash on the floors. Will I go back? Probably, as the food tastes good (for a White Castle). I'll stick to the drive-through though and skip the dining area/landfill. These are the facts. You can choose on your own whether or not to go. read more

There should be an option for NO stars. The worst customer service ever. I go to this White Castle once in a very long blue moon and I just so happened to stop by. As soon as I pulled up and put in my first order I didn't even get the next 10 seconds to say what I wanted and she rudely with the most nastiest tone replied "did you need anything else with that?" I immediate called to speak to a manager and of course nobody picked up, after about 3 calls later a lady (Rachael) finally picked up stating she was the manager and that she would have a talk with that employee. I've never experienced such a horrible drive-thru as I did tonight. I will not be returning to this location and neither should anyone else at this point. Rude and ugly attitudes is what you'll get. My husband and I walked in after work to pickup some dinner,walked in the store and stood there at least 4 minutes, I counted 7 associates including the manager, no one said even a hello or even a smile. Worse experience ever. I will never go back to this restaurant. I placed an order and after ordering and paying realized I ordered wrong so I went back up and ordered 3 bacon Cheeseburgers. We waited quite a while for our food, 3 people who ordered after us got their food before us including people we came in with. Once I got our food the 3 bacon Cheeseburgers were not in the bag. I questioned them on the missing burgers and the girl behind the counter proceeded to tell me that she personally made all of the sandwiches and she knew she made them. And I showed her the bags and that they were not there (we never left the restaurant so I checked the bags right there where they could see). I told her I just wanted the 3 bacon Cheeseburgers that we ordered and she said she needed a manager because she knew she made them even though she pulled everything out of my bags and saw they were not in there. I pointed to the receipt and said that I just wanted what I paid for. She was very rude about it, the manager came from the back and yelled at me telling me not to yell at her employees. I wasn't yelling, I very firmly was telling her that I wanted the food that I paid for and she was argumentative and said that she believed that the missing sandwiches were in someone else's bag....the other people I came in with she assumed.......and they were already gone. I informed her that whatever they ordered and got was not my concern, I just wanted what I bought. They finally agreed to give me the 3 missing burgers but as they made them they completely blocked my view of what they were doing.
