There was a chair available. I sat down while I waited for my food. I people-watched. This eatery is connected to a building with a money exchange business across from where I was sitting. My order did take ten minutes. The man let his female colleague know that I had two orders. She nodded and packed everything for me in a plastic bag. I thanked her and happily left with my food. I then drove back to my hotel room to chow down. I had the kofta kebab for dinner immediately. I had the chicken tikka the following day for dinner. The kofta kebab was excellent. When I arrived, the place was completely empty and the employee was not busy at all. He had not even started my order. He checked his phone and told me it would take another 6-7 minutes, but I ended up waiting about 15 more minutes. What concerned me even more was the food preparation. I watched the employee take prepared meat out of the refrigerator and handle and pull it apart with his bare hands. The whole process looked very unsanitary. The employee then told me he thought I was a different customer, even though I had already clearly given him my name.
