Tip: This eatery has a drive-thru. I love Culver's. I needed to get my burger fix on my recent visit to the Twin Cities. I was in Blaine to pick up a pickle order. Afterwards, I did a search and found this Culver's nearby. Perfect! I had a few hours to spare before taking in a Minnesota Wild game. I normally hit the drive-thru at a Culver's and eat back at the hotel. This time, I decided to dine in. It has been ages since I dined in at any Culver's. I will admit that I was rusty. I had no problem backing into a parking spot. My rental vehicle's rear driver-side tire ended up being on a small mound of snow. I walked into the eatery. I lined up to place my order. I got a woman who paid for something at the payment machine that I was going to use. Once her transaction was done, she helped take my order. I got my usual combo: - Mushroom swiss burger - Crinkle-cut fries - Medium Diet Coke I got a number for my order. If you're at the drive-thru, you hang it on your car's window. If you're dining in, you find a table, plop yourself down, and put the number down on the table. I got a cup and headed to the fountain drink machine. It had Coke products. I filled my cup with ice and Diet Coke. During my meal, I had to refill it. Before I left, I refilled it one last time. It's nice to be able to do it as someone who has no issues with hydration throughout the day. It was cold and hit the spot. A sweet woman came over with my order. I thanked her. She was so cheerful. It was nice. She wished me a great day and took the order number away. It must be over a year since I last had a butter burger. It's so good at Culver's. The beef patty was juicy and yummy. I loved the melted swiss cheese and sautéed mushrooms. The bun was soft and yummy. I was a happy camper. I love crinkle-cut fries. I like how each fry holds onto ketchup so well. The fries were yummy. They were perfectly salted. I've missed everything about Culver's. It was pleasant dining in. I should do it more often. It was nice having a relaxed, leisurely lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I used the washroom before I left. It was clean. No complaints. I had a great experience. Quick, hot, consistent. It's what I look for in a drive through. The deluxe burger was good, lots of toppings and good pickles. The fries can sometimes be soggy, but these were great! The turtle Sunday is always a hit with my husband. They offered us their signature sauce (which I have never heard of before) it was a combination of tartar sauce and ranch dressing? First and last time using order pickup. App was simple enough to order 3 cheeseburger baskets and sundaes which is appreciated. Team member who brought order out was delightful. Food however was cold and all three cheeseburgers were smashed to point prying apart to identify which had onions or tomato or no pick resulted in mangled cheeseburgers. Sadly non had onions or pickles but they all had tomato. All three bottom buns were soggy even mushy is places which combined with cold hamburger patties and once melted cheese that returned to solid state was not appetizing; all three cheeseburgers went in the trash. 2 meals had french fries that were undercooked, cold and salt less, 1 meal had cold cinders which resembled onion rings. French fries and cinders (onion rings) joined cheeseburgers in trash. Made 3 peanut butter sandwiches which we should have done in first place. The custard however was AMAZING. Vanilla custard with chocolate syrup DELICIOUS, chocolate custard with M&Ms was also reported to be Yummmy! Should have skipped the food and gone right to the custard. The last two times we have gone there for ice cream, the service has been terrible. In the first instance, we waited 3 minutes for two sundaes. Granted, they were busy, but people who came in after us received theirs first. Tonight we went again. They were not busy. Once again, we had to go to the counter after waiting over 10 minutes for two sundaes. Four employees were just standing around. They tried to give us the wrong items. I picked up lunch here today. I was westbound on 105th....vaguely remembering where Culver's was... then I saw it! There was a little sign on the Baltimore corner reading Culver's with an arrow. When I was done ordering the gal asked if I wanted a variety of condiments. I declined and asked: she had said Culver's Signature sauce. I asked what that was? She said it was a parmesan garlic sauce. When I got up to the window I told her to thank whoever decided to put the sign on the corner. I said: I knew you were up here but I couldn't remember exactly where. She chuckled and said that people will see them from Central then try to find them. So the sign is extremely helpful!! My food came out extremely quickly!! The gal said "I grabbed this" and handed me one of the Signature sauces. Very kind of her!! You need to know that Culver's is my FAVORITE fast-food restaurant. They have THE BEST food. The fries are always fresh and are just entirely too easy to eat. They use real potatoes, and you can taste the difference. If you're into spicy chicken sandwiches, this is the place to get it. It has real heat that's not on the fence, too. It's so yummy that I'm always tempted to order two of them. The service here is consistently friendly and accurate, as well. They're taking Covid precautions that make customers feel comfortable with still getting their food here, too. I usually get their root beer as my drink. They have their own, and I recommend it highly. It's very tasty and I wish they bottled it so that I could make floats at home. It would be a great accompaniment to ice cream. If you're in the area and hankering for some great fast food that won't make you feel regret later, Culver's is the place to go. read more

Ordered Food through the drive through as a late night stop for supper, boy what a mistake. They weren't even that busy, had one customer in-front of us on the pull up spot to get order. We sat and watched car after car pull up and get their burgers and shakes for 30 minutes straight. Finally come to find out after having to go inside, our order just sat there while the night manager at the time had to go back 6 screens of orders to find ours and they didn't even begin the milkshakes after all that time either. Which means they would have just served me the now the cold basket and passed it off. Not to mention the night manager was rude to my wife, so I'll be letting corporate handle that one. When it's average $30-$50 bucks you're dropping to eat, you expect some professionalism , respect and courtesy. Not blatantly mindlessness and poor manors and customer service. However, if you go during the day before the day shift manager, you'll probably have no problem. So take that advice as you need for reference and plan accordingly. This is my friendly neighborhood Culver's! Inside is always clean and fairly empty, oddly enough. The staff are normal; not super friendly and not rude and generally pleasant; there is one employee that tends to be a little loud, but I don't mind. Drive-thru has been slower than I've experienced at other locations, but not slow enough to be an inconvenience. This could be staffing issues or Covid precautions adding time; I'm not sure. (Still docking one star just because of the noticeably slowness.) Food is always fresh!! This is most important and is well executed. Orders are always wrong. I don't remember this location being this bad in the past, but it's been this way for a year or so at least now.

Worst service ever. After being a former Culver's employee for 4 years - I'm shocked. Pull into drive thru, I'm greeted by with "Hi" i said "oh hello" and she said "what do you want". Super polite and welcoming...not. Then i order a couple of things including a basket for one item, and two mini concretes. Charged for a basket, don't get the fry with it. And the mini concretes were scoops of ice cream with the topping on top of them. Literally two scoops of vanilla ice cream with the strawberry sauce plopped on top not blended. I looked at the lady in the drive thru and said, wait this isn't even blended? And i got "um have a good day?" With a window shut and shrug. HOW IS THAT A THING. read more

I've gone here dozens of times in the past 3 years or so, usually with the BOGO coupon, b/c Culver's ain't cheap. But the quality is thru the roof. I can't think of a better "fast food" burger. This location is the best, as the food has been top-notch every time (not so for a couple other north metro locations). Speed of service can vary, so don't expect food ASAP. To me, the wait is totally worth it. The deluxe double butter burger is heaven on Earth. The cod sandwich is too expensive but makes me drool/growl like Homer Simpson. I'll be going here for the foreseeable future and will have to do either some scouting or long trips back to Blaine once I move. read more

Our family went to this Culver's this afternoon and we all got sick. I had a sourdough melt and when I opened it the bread was folded over and I had to put it together so I could eat it. It was on bread so it needed to be cut. It was not cut. The bread was so soggy it was hard to eat. My daughter had a fish sandwich and when we got home she couldn't go far away from the bathroom because she needed to use it often. The whole meal had no taste. We were very hungry by couldn't eat the whole meal. Never will go there again read more

They must have been having a bad day went there for dinner tonight the food was so overcooked that the cat wouldn't eat any of the meat, the hamburger was almost burnt, the deluxe Berger was oozing mayo and the bun was soggy, the regular burger with grilled onion had about a teaspoon of onion on it and was overcooked to the point of being dry. The mushroom swiss was dried out and unpleasant to eat, it surprised me as the food there is usually very good. Hopefully, this was a one-time thing. As a Minnesotan who moved to a strange land they call New England, I would have to say that Culver's is one of the things I miss most about the Midwest. With that being said, I'm probably biased in that Culver's can do no wrong in my eyes. This particular Culver's is my hometown Culver's. I always make a stop here whenever I'm home for the essentials: cheese curds and a concrete mixer. The people are very friendly at this location. It can get busy during peak hours, but their service never declines because of it. They just redid the seating area of this Culver's this year, though today was the first time I've been here in 5 months, so that may be old news. Anyways, it looks really nice now. Overall, this is a solid Culver's location. It's an old pal who I know will always be there and won't disappoint when I come back to Blaine. read more

If you get take out here look at it. Ordered a 3 piece fish meal.. We got no fries, only slaw. We had talked about being excited to have their fries and we're not usually fry eaters. There's no way the kids that served the order didn't realize the fries were missing on the dinner and they delivered it to the car but seemed to act sheepish. Sad.
