I also ordered a side of lobster bisque and had great texture with a clear lobster taste. This is easily the best food court food I've ever had and it's not even close. One bartender handled most of my service, while food runners and other staff assisted as needed. The system worked very well, and I never felt overlooked. I started with the Smoky Peach Old Fashioned, which was very good. CRAVE offers sushi along with a wide variety of other entrées, so I decided to order the spider roll and the chicken bao buns. Both were excellent. The spider roll was fresh and flavorful, and the bao buns were another standout that I would gladly order again. One small detail really impressed me. I had been walking around and staying busy throughout the day, so I went to the restroom to wash my hands and freshen up. When I returned to my table, the bartender had a hot towel waiting for me. I was not expecting that level of hospitality from a restaurant inside a shopping mall, and it made the experience feel much more polished.
