My usual is a spicy sandwich and a 12 pack of nuggies with Polynesian and I wash it down with all the diet Dr. Pepper they'll serve me. You know, because that seems healthier... Is it me or are the waffle fries looking more anemic these days? They seldom have the golden brown crunch I remember from yesteryear. I'm always a sucker for their funny cow ads. Top quality customer service every visit! Even when packed, your food will be ready very quickly. I've never had an item I didn't like from Chick fil a. Personal favorites our their original chicken sandwich, frosted lemonades and the seasonal frosted beverages. I enjoy the speed of their curbside pickup vs drive thru or dine in. If you download their app you will get many free rewards from your local store and accumulate points for free items with each visit. Highly recommend this Chick Fil A location. read more

I cracked a joke in the drivethru about keeping it loyal, i haven't even tried popeye's (because truth). We cut up for a minute across the speaker, and i received my order with perfect precision, napkins and requested bbq sauce in the bag. Plus received the added customer appreciation of a surprise free sandwich card! I'm huge on customer service, and chick-fil-a always comes through. This location was one of the first places i could eat real food after losing 3/4ths of my intestines in a wreck. My family and I decided to conduct our own chicken strip challenge We chose Chick Fil A as well as 3 other local restaurants. The store was extremely busy and very clean. We were greeted by the cashier. We gave her our order. When we asked what the meal included the cashier was confused and said "include" We said yes include. She looked confused. I said oh what does it come with? She said oh and explained what was included. We got our sauces, drink and straws. We were given a fun little holder and went and sat down. They brought our food to us. The chicken strips were okay. Nothing exciting Now the sauces were the best. Sweet and spicy sriracha and Polynesian are a must try! We will return just for the sauces. Now Chick Fil A finished 3rd in the challenge but nothing bad about them. read more

The food was pleasant. The worker were kind. But the drive through was very disorderly. Some buns were stale but the free fries they accidentally gave us more then made up for the stale bun and the disorderly drive through. I would recommend getting outside workers though and it will make the service and ordering process much quicker. read more

I have been a few times, and everytime their service just leaves me speechless. That is because the food is really excellent and top notch customer service. No matter the line or the wait, it is never too long. I like the variety from chicken salad or soup, their sandwiches or even their nuggets. Of course having their nuggets is a good snack or even a meal depending on the time of day. With some polynesian dipping sauce to go with it. I must be the only human on the planet that hasn't tried a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich - until today - it was good! Fox News announced that Chick-fil-A is on track to becoming the 3rd largest fast food chain. So I figured I had better try them out. The chicken sandwiches are flavorful, tender, and juicy. According to my reading, the big trick is a pressure cooker fryer with peanut oil. They also use a milk wash and a flavorful breading. Everyone at the restaurant was super nice and professional. Three of us stopped in for a quick lunch and this is the first Chick-fil-A I've been to in Minnesota. It was easy to find (see), but a little trickier to get there in this sprawling shopping center. Ordered a simple chicken sandwich meal with a Dr Pepper and waffle fries and don't forget that tasty sauce! Simple, yet delicious. The ladies ordered a salad and enjoyed that as well with the special watermelon mint lemonade. Good flavor, but a bit sweeter than needed. Staff was great and helpful. The only real negative was that it was real busy and got kinda noisy. Definitely will be back as it is now my favorite fast food restaurant! read more

Let's be real. Has anyone ever had any issues at a Chick-fil-a!! Service is always the best with super friendly service. Their chicken is always the best. Free refills and lots of 'my pleasures'. Once they forgot to put chicken on my salad and I didn't make a big deal about it because it was an honest mistake. I didn't even want to make a big deal out of it cause i felt bad and knew I'd get the world best apology ever from a genuine soul that I didn't bring it to their attention. Also they have great alternatives to 'fried chicken sandwiches'. One of my favorite 'fast food restuarants' because it doesn't feel like a fat food place with the high quality service and high quality food. Especially with the Waffle fries!! Drive through is a demonstration in efficiency, with all employees working together like a well-tuned machine. You get in and out fast. The food is always fresh and delicious. Since my initial experience in Georgia many years ago, I have always like Chick-fil-A's chicken. The menu has obviously expanded quite a bit since those days and I find that there are many more options that are both healthier and quite good. As for this location of CFA... it's very good just like most that I've ever been to. Food is good and service is good. This one can get quite busy due the location but I've never had to wait terribly long. As the cows say: Eat more chikin!! read more

Like most Chick-fil-A locations, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You're always greeted with a smile. Service is prompt and always satisfactory. This particular location does have some issues though. The layout has customers waiting to order crowding both entrances. And on both occasions I've been here, only one register is open. This sometimes results in confused crowds milling about, unable to form a line due to the awkward space. read more

So I walked into this place for the first time on Wednesday and the front clerk was cheery and nice. She was very up beat and recommended I try the chicken biscuit because it was free for breakfast on wed and so is the coffee for this month. Wow! Well, I enjoyed it so much I came back the next day. Same lady, same great service! I did pay for the chicken this time. Love the flavor! Biscuit was buttery and the chicken was tender and flavored well with a hint of sweet and salty flavor. read more

I rarely write reviews. But I must say this location in Coon Rapids on River Rapids has been beyond impressive. I relocated to the area in the beginning of the pandemic. There are fast food place I'll never go to after the pandemic due to their lack of following protocols or precautions during the pandemic. If they can't follow simple rules of mask and gloves what else aren't they following. The young people working at your location are AMAZING!!! As an employer the booths and tarp to cut the wind speaks to caring for staff and customers. The staff I can't get over. Young people, masked up, cheery, welcoming, helpful, polite every time. No complaining that it was cold out or they'd rather be elsewhere (yes I've heard that at other Restaurants). I have been here at least 3 or 4 times since November 2020. You will continue to receive my business and I also tell others about the service and follow through during Covid. Yes how business handle Covid does matter and is noticed. read more

It was obvious at first bite into a fillet sandwich that the recipe has changed and not for the better. The breading is too salty, soggy and falls off of the fillet. Gone is the crispy, buttery breading of the past. I will give them recognition for the sandwich being hot and the service fast despite the long lines. read more

We have a worldwide pandemic going on right now and they won't let me pick up orders through the drive thru. As a DoorDash driver and as a person, I am trying to minimize contact as much as possible to protect myself and my customers. You can never go wrong with Chick-fill-A. The chicken sandwiches & pickle with a frozen lemonade are the best. I would give Chick Fill-A an excellent five rating at most any restaurant for their food, but their employee Dave in Coon Rapids deserves an excellent rating for his customer service. I was very impressed by his customer service constantly cleaning tables and checking with customers if they needed anything. Dave provided me better service than I have received at most any high class restaurant. He made sure I had refills on all of my soda drinks and he took away my tray when I was done. He was very friendly. I never had to get up until it was time to leave. I noticed that Dave tended to most customer service needs and he made sure all of the tables and chairs were clean. He was a busy man making everyone feel welcome!! A very nice touch for a fast food restaurant. read more

General note: The entire COMPANY is closed on Sundays, all over the country, not just this location so be aware of that. They have a play room for the kids which is nice if you have them. I can't say anything negative about this place because nothing negative has happened. My food is always perfect. My service is always perfect. My sugar free lemonade is always prefect. However, I will never eat their grilled anything again. I tried it a few times and the texture was all wrong for me. Other people love it. But here in America we have the freedom to choose and that's why this country is so great. If you don't like the food you can go across the street and have someone else make you something different and no one has to be shunned, stoned to death or disowned in the process.
