Cracked a joke about keeping it loyal, i haven't even tried popeyes, and got this surprise!
    Alex V.

I cracked a joke in the drivethru about keeping it loyal, i haven't even tried popeye's (because truth). We cut up for a minute across the speaker, and i received my order with perfect precision, napkins and requested bbq sauce in the bag. Plus received the added customer appreciation of a surprise free sandwich card! I'm huge on customer service, and chick-fil-a always comes through. This location was one of the first places i could eat real food after losing 3/4ths of my intestines in a wreck. Customer service still running strong, employees still high caliber people, and the business model of purveying good will, serving great chicken, and going above and beyond is strong here and across the country!

    Chicken strips!

My family and I decided to conduct our own chicken strip challenge We chose Chick Fil A as well as 3 other local restaurants. The store was extremely busy and very clean. We were greeted by the cashier. We gave her our order. When we asked what the meal included the cashier was confused and said "include" We said yes include. She looked confused. I said oh what does it come with? She said oh and explained what was included. We got our sauces, drink and straws. We were given a fun little holder and went and sat down. They brought our food to us. The chicken strips were okay. Nothing exciting Now the sauces were the best. Sweet and spicy sriracha and Polynesian are a must try! We will return just for the sauces. Now Chick Fil A finished 3rd in the challenge but nothing bad about them.

I have been a few times, and everytime their service just leaves me speechless. That is because the food is really excellent and top notch customer service. No matter the line or the wait, it is never too long. I like the variety from chicken salad or soup, their sandwiches or even their nuggets. Of course having their nuggets is a good snack or even a meal depending on the time of day. With some polynesian dipping sauce to go with it. I do so want to go back here even if the line in the drive thru is long, because it is always worth it.

    Awesome car - great advertising!

Nonetheless, there was a really great variety of meats available packaged and ready to go as well as a great array of sweets, drinks, and other food items. I ended up grabbing a Tbone, NY strip, and some monster cookies for our dinner and the steaks were amazing! The cashier didn't know exactly what farm the meat was sourced from but she did say it was local to the Midwest and that's good enough for me. The cookies were sooo delicious, soft, and had big chunks of chocolate chip with peanuts too!

The selection of pastries was actually pretty large and they had a pretty decent selection of meats to pick from. They also have fried chicken which looked excellent. The staff was also friendly when you talked to them but didn't really go out of their way to interact. I would say the let down for me was the choice of breakfast sandwiches and also it does not appear they do normal sandwiches either which was the main reason I had gone hoping they had them as many other markets do. Still overall worth checking out.

Walking in this place felt cozy. Like you would want to be here on a cold rainy fall day with a book! This place is very LGBTQ+ friendly. This place did have spider webs in the windows and heavy dust around the windows as well. That was disappointing. You can still be cozy and clean. The staff here left us very underwhelmed. They were having a conversation and finished the conversation before helping us. So we stood there feeling stupid and awkward while they wrapped up their social hour... while taking our order, the person kept her eyes locked on the computer screen. It just didn't feel friendly at all. I expect that kind of service from a Starbucks but not a local coffee shop. My boyfriend got a latte which tasted burnt. Neither of us were a fan. I can't remember the name of the drink but I got a white chocolate cherry I believe latte. It was pretty good. I did order my drink with oatmilk and it was an extra $1.50! Are you insane!? That's literally crazy. That is by far the most expensive swap to oatmilk I have seen! That alone almost pushed this to a one star review, but the drink did taste good. Overall, there are so many coffee shops In the area, I don't feel we will be back to this one.

The menu is fairly basic, but the selections did taste great. We liked the garlic bread the best, we were able to eat the whole thing with just the two of us as they are so addicting! Great low key ambiance. Believe it or not, I had the meat loaf off the menu. The menu literally said "yes meat loaf, it's that good". It was good, almost like eating veal with beef gravy. The gravy and the meat had a good flavor, worth a try. The table next to me a lady had the chicken Alfredo and she went on and on about how good it was. Yes tables are close to each other. I also tried the tiramisu, menu stated it was home made. It was not bad, just the whipped cream was a little heavy and it needed a little more espresso on the lady fingers. The waitress was amazing. She was polite, professional and had a 1920's style dress on, not sure how she waited tables and was the hostess in the dress and kept up. But she did and did an amazing job. The chef's did come out and check on folks and even did food running. The staff overall was exceptional. I will have to go back and try some of the pasta as well.

Pour is in a little strip mall. They have added black curtains and some cozy seating areas from when we were here last. Nice updates. Our waitress was very accomdating until she got busy then we felt we were forgotten. We ordered the Drunken shrimp , bread with olive oil and the avocado toast to start with. The drunken shrimp is just as good as we remember the saffron sauce is sooooo good! but there were 3 of us sharing the apps and it only came with 2 crostini's we asked for a 3rd so we could each have one but little did we know that one very small skinny piece of bread had a $1.00 charge to it. The steak bites with their homemade blue cheese sauce was to die for melt in your mouth!! I even asked if we could buy some of the blue cheese sauce, she said no but that she would bring us another dish of it but she never did. My girlfriend ordered a cranberry mule drink, she was charged an extra $1.00 for the cranberry. We also ordered the goat cheese with sauces that were very delicious with an ample amount of crackers. We got the chocolate Ganache cake to share for dessert. But............ the waitress never took our empty dirty plates but showed up with the dessert with the mess on table, I asked for extra clean plates but she never brought them. Everything we ordered was very delicious, but as the night progressed our service got worse, we asked for the bill but she never came back to get our payment and we had questions my girlfriend walked it up to the bartender with our payments. 2 of us were paying cash and one a credit card and we were charged an extra fee of $5.18 for her using a credit card. That is when we saw the $1.00 charge for 1 piece 3/8" bread and the $1.00 for cranberry mule. Talk about nickel and diming. We would love to go back but unsure if I can get past some of these things. Also, now looking at the bill even closer, none of us had a mimosa and we were charged $8.95 for one.How did we miss that? All added up we paid $16.00 more than we should have. CRAZY!! Sadly, Don't know if I'll be back.
