Gross serving table not well kept. Service is slow. And portions to value are not good will not be going to this location again

I have eaten here many times now and it has been consistently mediocre. I love Chipotle - but this place is always dirty, the line is always long, and the staff is generally unfriendly and not personable. The majority of the staff I have seen are probably high school age/young adults, but that is not a valid reason for bad service. I am not sure if it is a result of understaffing or just laziness - but a little cleaning throughout the day would go a long ways... For better service and cleanliness, I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to the Chipotle in Champlin. read more

I had the worst service today here and I'm always here all the time.. I got a chicken bowl today and I was served by Trey when asking how his day was he said good didn't asked how mine was but I still didn't mind and just let it be.. the main concern is when I asked him to pour my rice towards the Eversole slightest amount I felt like a child being served there .. and then when I got passed out to my condiments I asked for any sour cream and a pretty good amount of sour cream additionally, I also asked for a lot of lettuce, considering they had left me out of my rice .. and in which received what I thought was not enough before, I asked for more and I was given a pinch of lettuce from a female employee with the name Victoria I believe read more

I wanted to write a review today because I got such great service. Both guys working the line were efficient and listened carefully to what we ask for. My husband always wants 1 spoon of rice in his bowl and usually whoever is working just gives him the routine 2. The guy on the cash register was being trained but he seemed to be catching on and the girl who was training him really knew what she was doing. We waited in a long line (15+ people), to have the last of the vegetables be given to the person in line before us (as a vegan who can't handle the spicy tofu option - the veggie bowl is basically my only option). The server basically just shrugged when I asked again if there were no more veggies available, and eventually the manager stepped in and said they would make some quick in about 5 minutes. At this point we were already 20 minutes into our wait time. When the veggies arrived and I got back into the line, they were also out of brown rice. The server went into the back and got a half spoonful of brown rice - about a quarter of what should be included. No one, including the manager, apologized for the long wait time and the lack of prepared ingredients. Plus, the trash was overflowing. We will never be going back there. Especially when I already reached out to the Chipotle "contact us" link that is listed in the other reviews and they basically said "that's too bad that happened - hopefully that won't happen again". There once was a time Chipotle used to be good. The last few times I have ordered from here it's been disappointing. Even after placing an order for pick up, ended up waiting because there is no direction as to where to pick it up. When asked I was told that as the orders are brought out they will call the names. Which was not the case at all. They were bringing out the orders and placing it on the counter and no one was calling out the names. Decided to check on them and one of them was mine. Everyone that was there in the restaurant at the time seemed to be confused as to what they are supposed to be doing. The food quality and quantity have declined as well. Something seems to be messed up with every time we order from here. This time I got a burrito bowl and it was missing fajita veggies which I asked for and had more rice than anything else in there. We were also missing taco shells we asked for on the side which we had to go back and get. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was like my last straw. This chipotle location always seems to be short staffed. More often than not, you cannot order in person because there isn't enough staff. You have to order on your phone and wait for it to be ready, which is typically at least 10 minutes past the time the app tells you it will be ready. This method of ordering also can almost guarantee you will hardly get any food in your bowl, because the employees don't have you looking over their shoulders while making it. No one ever looks happy after receiving their food at this location, and often times complain and get treated poorly by the employees. By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to, I live very close so it is easy to go but the service sucks. FILTHIEST eating space I've EVER eaten in. Rice sitting everywhere, not a single person cleaning, dirty table just flat out disgusting. The supposed "store manager" served me and when I asked why the portions were so small he told me its standard 4oz portions which are impossible and subjective to determine based on a spoon. He then charged me x4 for x2 meat. It's comical that this location can't get it right. Maybe hire a priest or shaman cleanse this place. My wife and I ordered ahead via the app. When we got there, nothing was ready and we actually didn't get our food until 40 minutes after the pick-up time (yes, we stayed there the entire time with no ETA on our food). Whilst waiting for our food, I noticed that there wasn't a single table that was clean for us to wait at. Even some of the chairs had lettuce pieces on them. When we finally got our food, they messed up our order. Each burrito only had four ingredients, and they messed up both. One was missing cheese and queso and the other had an assortment of unwanted toppings. Not to mention that one burrito was significantly smaller than the other. Overall, this is hands-down the WORST fast food experience I've had. There was actually this duo of teen girls that got there not too long after we got there. I am disappointed. Chipotle started as a very wonderful company. I often get tiny portions and it is odd, everytime I ask for chip and salsa they say "only if you pay for them". Ordered a chicken bowl, opened it in the car and saw it had a dead fly on it! When I went back in, the manager took her time to speak to us, helping herself to some food first. We waited and eventually showed her the fly in the lettuce, in the bowl, and I recommended that they replace their lettuce asap. Instead of doing that though, the manager insisted that that stuff happens And shrugged it off, all the while I watched them continue to serve the lettuce to other customers as we waited. So, we ordered a big order for 4 people. We were told 6:15 pickup time. When we got there at 6:15 they were running over an hour behind. We went home and came back about an hour later and still no food. In fact, they still had orders up there from 2pm and 3pm because those people left too. We ended up going to Noodles and Company. We then filled out the online form and we haven't received any response 5 days later. We called their CS number and after it rings for a bit a recorded voice picks and says they don't have CS reps and hangs up. I have called the actual store and they never pick up. This is a billion dollar company and they can't hire anyone to answer their phones or respond to emails?!? I used Facebook messenger to contact them and they referred me to their online form. Told them I already did that and they haven't responded back. I want our money back. Will never go to this location again. I love the area but but this place is so hit or miss these days. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for over a year and we usually had to wait 15 minutes for our online order but the wait has had us and other customers waiting 30-40 minutes recently. We had an experience like this and when we got our burritos and they tasted like they scraped the bottom of the container of undercooked rice and served it to us. I really don't know what's going on with this location, but every visit I make it just gets worse and worse. I just left there and they were out of EVERYTHING . They didn't have chips or majority of their salsas . They had none of their lemonade available and DIDNT EVEN HAVE LARGE DRINK CUPS ! They pretty much had rice , meat and beans! There are chunks of fat in their meat and gristle literally ALL THE TIME ! they had 1 person on the line with a line to the door. Idk if they don't have a manager for this store so there was no order put in or they are short staffed or what but it's really just unacceptable. They also didn't have trash cans out so they just had trash piling up where the trash cans should be ! And on the door they have a sign saying that it's credit cards only but they don't have a sign warning people that they are out of pretty much every single thing . It's almost as if they are trying to still get people to come and order and tricking them by not letting them be aware that they probably won't have half the stuff you actually want on your order ! I normally drive to the next town over to the Chipotle that is there because they are amazing but this one is less then a mile away from my house and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because I hadn't been to this location in over a year and figured they had enough time to get their shit together but it was literally just worst !
