This is my 3rd review on this place and my other 2 weren't positive, whether it was something that wasn't suppose to be in the burrito or just bad wrapping there was something wrong. The Coon Rapids Northdale Blvd location is awful across the board. We have been there 3 times and been disappointed each time. We won't be back. The dining room is gross, the service is subpar to say the least and the portions are much smaller than other locations. I just get the feeling that no one there cares. do yourself a favor and try a different location. read more

I walked in and immediately there were rude rude employees as I walk in the line and the line stretched all the way to the door. Mind you there was three people in there were three people in the front line making peoples food and it not only took me 20 minutes, but 40 minutes for me to get up to that line and as I got there the rice was oily and so soggy have you guys ever had sticky rice? and when I asked for extra rice, I was charged $2.30 extra. I was all right with that because I've been standing for 40 minutes so it was not gonna be for nothing. and when I asked for chicken, I kid you not this girl with all the common sense in her heads, gives me five pieces of cut up chicken in my bowl this is why I expect from a chip but I will I'll be all right with it if they were big pieces but no, they were a little burnt Charcol pieces so when I raised my tone to ask for some more the girl ruled her eyes from Africa to Asia so I decided I'll just get the extra chicken and I kid you not the girl put three pieces of minimal chicken in my bowl. I was already sick and tired. I was not gonna go back-and-forth with this crusty lace looking girl. And so when I got to the southside, I asked for the little amount of pico de gallo. but with all the sense in their head again, they decide to give me not to pico de gallo, but the but the tomato juice. I said at the end of the day all I'm gonna just eat this food. and so I went out with my bowl. I asked for a little bit of sour cream. They gave me the entire pot and when I asked for cheese, I got three pieces of cheese mind you do you know what the chipotle cheese looks like? They gave me three pieces of that and they gave me the bottom of lettuce. Do you guys know what piece of lettuce looks like they gave me the absolute bottom literally tasted like wood in my mouth and I think I almost broke a tooth biting it. and I was I was ready to pay. apparently people had already had these problems with them before and one of them was going back and forth with a person at the register. I heard the name Kaitlyn but I'm not sure if that was the name and so finally the person just walked out and my phone was out and recording but I can no longer find the video as I want to stay anonymous and so when I get to the register and I pay for my food I was curious as to why it cost me $18 for one bowl but then I get my receipt and I see the charge for extra chicken extra pico extra sour cream and extra cheese I rolled my eyes from America to Asia and back to America to Antarctica and I went to cry in the restroom and I heard some squeaky noises. These were not from shoes, but I'm pretty sure these mask the sound of the rats. I'm not sure though. you never know with how unclean that place is. I'm pretty sure I left that place with COVID-19 and monkeypox. I will never be going back there again. read more

I ordered online and arrived at the reservation time. The e-mail from Chipotle directed me to the pick up rack, but when I arrived a sign on the rack directed me to the cashier for my order. After waiting in line to speak to the cashier, I showed them my online order detail, and they informed me my order was 'not in the system', and asked me to go back through the line again and order my food made, and they would not charge me. 1/2 hour later and two trips through the line, I finally had my dinner. read more

Very slow. What's the point of picking a time when your order is no where near ready at the time chosen?

This is the filthiest Chipotle I've ever been to! There were food all over the serving counter, the guac was black, the servers weren't in mask or gloves. I was shock when he dipped his bare hands in the cheese and sprinkle over my bowl. I did not even eat that food. I just kindly went over to Chick-fil-A and got something else to eat. This location is not great with online orders. Our order was promised at 6:15pm and we didn't recieve it until 6:45pm. On top of that my food was cold, and not even what I ordered (the ticket on the bowl was correct however). The portion size was also really small. read more

Thankfully we got through the line before they went to mobile orders only. I don't understand what has happened to Chipotle. As we were eating, we saw 10-15 people come in for mobile orders and the staff could only get one order done every 5+ minutes. I was frustrated for the people waiting. I remember when Chipotle used to be able to clear a full line of customers in 10-15 minutes, and now they can't even get a few orders done in that amount of time. It doesn't help that 2 of the employees left to go get the whole staff Cold Stone. It doesn't seem like the employees care at all and Chipotle doesn't seem to care to do anything about it. I had a burrito with no rice, black beans. Chicken/barbacoa. Light sour cream, cheese quac and tomato. I asked for it to be mixed up, she mixed the ingredients very quickly and evenly. The flavors were evenly distributed wonderfully. It sounds like a small thing but for years I have had issues with something this simple. Everything from lifting the edges of tortilla...??? To using cups in an attempted to mix or stir? I'm not sure. It's a 7 second task with a spoon or fork, and works incredibly well. I just won't eat at a Chipotle until they announce they have full traceability on ALL the items they use. We ordered ahead to pick up at a certain time. We got there at that time and had at least 10 people enter, order and leave before we got our order. Get back out to the car and open our orders. The bag had Guacamole leaked all over, his burrito was coated in a nice layer of guac all over the outside. He had one bite of meat right in the middle, the rest was sour cream with some rice.
