    Grilled Cheese Sandwich with patty
    Ryan M.

Ordered food for pickup and had to wait a couple minutes for fries after we arrived after our scheduled pickup time but nothing crazy, plus we then got super fresh fries! Place seems very clean and would come back to this location. Tried the grilled cheese sandwich and added a patty and would highly recommend! The cheese was amazing and even still good once we got back home. Also the malt was delicious and the Oreo chunks were ground up enough the get through the straw, which is always a frustration at other places!

Great burgers, not affordable. $43 for two ppl. Two burgers, one reg fry, one soda, one shake. It's just not even close to value.

As good as quick burgers get. Fresh beef, quick service, they use gloves (nice), and decent pricing.

I prefer the cajun fries, which have more flavor than the regular fries.

We took a few minutes to order as the age range of our group was 12-73 years of age. The waitress was kind, and patient as we ordered. After ordering the food came quickly. We had a variety off the menu ranging from Salad to rice bowels and three different types of burgers. The Food and service was excellent! The manager came and asked how the meal was and was very pleasant. Prices were reasonable and portions were huge. I highly recommend this establishment and we will come back again.

The atmosphere is bright, cheery, and enthusiastic -- although perhaps a bit loud. But then again, it's a sports bar with more televisions than Best Buy. The service was extremely friendly, professional, and competent. All of the waitstaff were hard working and very attentive. Our waitress can around often to bring pop refills and to check on us. The food was typical sports bar faire, but well done. We did not go for the July Bloody Mary of the month ($30!) (see photos), which came with more food than a full day's outing at the Minnesota State Fair. Instead, my wife had been and the Jumbo Bacon Cheddar Chive Tots ($13), which were filling and tasty. The tots were stuffed with bacon, cheddar cheese and chive, and served with aioli. I had the Traditional Bone-in Wings ($16.50) with two sauces - sweet chili, and sticky garlic gochujang. Although both were flavorful, my personal preference was for the sweet chili. All of the wings were juicy and cooked well. I also upgraded to a very large portion of beer battered fries, which were shoe-strong fries. They were cooked well - not greasy or overcooked and very tasty. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal.

It doesn't have a huge deli menu, but it had a bunch of sandwiches on the menu that looked pretty good. You can zoom in on my photo to see the menu. We came for breakfast and there was a nice donut case as well as other breakfast options. We came late so the donut case was pretty picked over which is to be expected. We had a cream filled bismark, a sausage roll, and an Asian coffee. The bismark was the best I have had in a long time. They fill it with your choice of fillings right when you order so it isn't soggy. The dough part of the donut was fresh and light and somehow tastier than anywhere I have been. The custard was pretty standard custard, but also tasted lighter and fresher than I have had before. The sausage roll was basically a hot dog type sausage wrapped in a croissant type dough. There was also an option of cheese and jalapeño. It was good. The Asian coffee was good, as you might guess it was pretty much what other places call Vietnamese coffee. It is in a strip mall so there is strip mall parking. There is a ramp and the store is pretty handicapped accessible. The staff were fast, efficient, and friendly. There was a good amount of seating inside, and a few tables outside.

The Plymouth, MN smashburger location (Store #1791) is uniquely terrible at anything customer…read moreservice, and lacks any signs of hospitality as well. Upon my 1 and ONLY trip I'll ever be taking to this location, the whole experience was lacking on any sort of customer service etiquette. The person taking orders (according to my receipt, was "Stanley") was wearing a winter beanie style hat to start. He took roughly 5 minutes ringing in the order of the person in front of me, of which consisted of a cheeseburger and soda to go. Even in a full service casual restaurant setting, that order should take about 30 seconds total to write down and confirm it was correct. Then when it was my turn, I walked to the counter, and said good evening, to no response from Stanley, and a very blank stare. I then proceeded to tell him my order, since he said nothing, much less what can I get for you tonight. It took roughly the same amount of time to get the food into their computer, and prompt me for my payment. After I paid, I was handed a receipt, at which time I said thank you (again to him not saying anything, much less a simple thank you for coming in today), and sat down at a table to wait for my order. Granted, I know this isn't super "quick service" (QSR), but cooked to order quick service, so I was anticipating waiting maybe 8-10 minutes at the far end, for our order. I ended up being there almost 20 minutes before our food was brought out by a different person, who also didn't say anything, and just handed me our bag. It then took the general manager about a week to reach out to us with a resolution, at which time, he didn't even offer to mail out a gift card, or refund the order on his end in his system. He said I could stop back up and give them another shot, free of charge. Why would I do this? What would tell me that anything would be different this time around? Overall, a very poorly run location of smashburger. I'd strongly advise against going to this one.
