My wife and I both enjoyed the Pyre - which was the special of the day - DELICIOUS . The smoked turkey, bacon, smoked gouda, arugula, their signature campfire sauce, all on a grilled rosemary panini - when I tell you this sandwich means business, it truly slaps. We also tried the Nordic Potato Salad, which was equally as tasty, had a lot of herbaceous flavors with perfectly cooked pillowy potatoes. To run through the evening courses let's start with the opening app and cocktail. The Chips & Dip, house made seasoned chips with a perfect Blue Cheese dip with caramelized shallots, I suggest ordering an extra cup of the dip as there are an abundance of chips. My first cocktail was perfect or shall we say a "Pear-Fect Manhattan". This play on the Manhattan had a hint of pear and was spirit forward. We continued the evening with two sharable plates, the first was the Tenderloin Steak Bites served with a perfect Wasabi Kimchi Sauce. As tender as it was, the steak could have used more seasoning or being marinated in that delicious sauce. The second sharable was the Chile Seared Shrimp, placed atop delicious Cheesy Grits, very yummy. The evening ended with the most amazing dessert and paired cocktail. By all means, do yourself a favor and indulge in the most decadent Butter Cake drizzled in a Bourbon Caramel Sauce paired with a Amaretto Sour cocktail. You wouldn't necessarily know it, but the White Rabbit nestled in this strip mall sets itself up with the ambiance as a high end establishment.

I didn't understand it at first. What's up with the big hunk of bread? Then I asked an employee and she showed me the sign explaining the signature "guts". We were greeted, seated and immediately waited on by a friendly server. First, the chips are definitely not made in house and are nothing special. The salsa had a little bite to it and tasted pretty good. It is a shame that the chips were not fresh and crisp. The unsweet iced tea was very strong. We suspect it might have been instant, but do not know that for sure. The Fiesta Burrito was flavorful, as the meat was well-seasoned. The refried beans and pico were also very flavorful. The chimichanga with ground beef was seasoned well and covered with melted white cheese. The lunch portion is small, but that was good for me. The pinto beans and rice lacked seasoning, so after a dose of salt they tasted better. The sour cream was a good compliment to the chimi, but the tomatoes and lettuce were quite acidic and without good flavor. Based on our food and drink, I consider it to be quite average. The service and time to receive meals after ordering was good, though.
