Before the event, he thought through every detail--from the best location for the trailer at our park rental to the most efficient way to serve the food and even the type of plates to use. Everything ran seamlessly because of his planning. The moment that stood out most was when he noticed one of our guests of honor hadn't had a chance to eat yet and personally brought him a plate.
