Newly renovated restaurant with a small play area for kids.

I go to this McDonalds for my morning oatmeal and beverage. they are always courteous and provide accurate orders. I love seeing the same staff daily. though some can be super focused on getting the product to you and not pay attention to you as a customer as much, most are really great and friendly. I, especially like to see Michael and the manager. They are always smiling and generous on asking how my day is and just chatting (if there is no line) or wishing me well (if there is a line). They are open during the pandemic and during peak times always have a line, so plan ahead. :)

McChicken with a special sauce of spit from one of the workers.

The space itself looks like an older Caribou location that's been renovated, with a casual vibe and plenty of seating options. They also offer food like breakfast items and sandwiches, which is a plus. The coffee was just fine overall, but the sesame latte was a miss for me. It tasted like straight sesame seed grounds and was very gritty. It didn't seem mixed well and was honestly hard to drink. The staff was friendly but also felt a bit distant at the same time. Service wasn't rude, but it didn't feel especially warm or welcoming either, almost like they didn't really want you to be there. Parking can be a little tricky right out front, but there are usually plenty of spots available in the main strip mall area nearby Trader Joe's. Overall, it's clear this place is very popular and busy, and I may have just caught it on an off day. Decent space and lots of options, but the drink and service didn't fully win me over on this visit.

My daughter usually gets a Tiger Latte and I decided to try their Strawberry Jam Matcha Latte. Both drinks were on another level. Very tasty, with bold flavors that were not watered-down. The jam in my latte was bright, sweet and full of strawberry flavor that paired well with the delicate matcha drink. The menu had a lot of tasty sounding/looking drinks on it. I will have to come back to try their banana & ube boba teas. One of the best matcha tea lattes I've had for some time so I have confidence their other drinks would be tasty too.

I ordered on the kiosk because when I walked in there was only one employee and they were busy making other drinks. The kiosk is super easy to use and you can customize your drinks however you want. I almost always get the tiger sugar crème brûlée w/ brown sugar pearls, it's so good. Now that the weather is warming up I might adventure out to some of the more fruity drinks which are also good. My drink came out after maybe 5 or minutes as they started to pick up business a bit. But again it has seating and it was pretty clean so no issues waiting. I would for sure come back to this location.

There is a small parking lot on the side of the building and they had a cute sign out front. They are located on a somewhat busy street, so this could make or break some of their business. Ambiance: Inside was huge! This would be a great place to meet with a small group as they have different areas inside to sit and converse. It wasn't very busy when we were there but it was around 1 on a Tuesday. They have a bakery, ice cream counter and boba. They had a bakery case that looked really tasty, so we decided to get 3 items to share. - Lemon macaron - perfection and had a gooey chewiness. We could eat a ton of these. - Eclair - I don't think I've ever had an eclair and now I am questioning why! It was chilled and the perfect amount of filling to outside pastry. The chocolate falls off when you bite it, so eat over a napkin to not lose any pieces. - Chocolate croissant or pastry. I think it was Nutella and it was incredible! Flakey, gooey and everything you'd want it to be. I'm sure you could warm it up and it would elevate it further. Yum! We both got a fruit tea and it was a lot. Sadly, I wouldn't get again as it was too sweet and my boba tasted like ramen noodles. (It actually made me hungry for ramen). My teen got the strawberry milk tea and even said it was sickly sweet and she needed the ice to sit. Overall, I didn't love the boba... but I would recommend the pastry! They also had some decadent looking muffins and cake slices. If in the neighborhood, stop in! I think they should make a Macaron ice cream sandwich! The woman that helped us was so sweet and patient while we took forever to decide what we wanted.

The place was well kept and the staff are super attentive. There are 2 staff in the room to break up any dogs that need it. They are redirecting dogs and picking up after them as well. How leadership handles customer complaints will tell you everything you need to know about a brand…read more After "certified" groomer Kait Carlson injured our dog in 2 areas, never communicated this to us at pick up, (as I was later informed she should have,) our labradoodle developed an infection that led to $700+ additional vet visits/meds/supplies...(not to mention, by the looks and smell of it, we questioned if he'd even been shampooed at all on groom day). This happened in July, and I have been trying since then to have them meet me at least halfway with the expenses. However, after multiple attempts to address this and sending them my invoices, the Brew Park manager assured me that her upper leadership was still looking into things, but that there had been a "death in the family." I can respect a family loss and was patient, but after subsequent follow ups, I was given the same excuse each time, and never heard a word from "leadership". I followed up again last week, and finally heard from Jake Henninger (Director of Business and Staff Development,) 6 months after the fact, and the excuses abounded.....yes sorry, actually we had 2 deaths in the family, and oh, sorry we never got your (multiple) messages from the manager and by the way she doesn't work here anymore (convenient), and finally, the groomer just contracts with us (therefore, not really our problem). I explained that the services of their 3rd party/contracted affiliates are under their brand, but he didn't seem to care. Last week he said he'd agree to pay for the first vet visit ($130,) and I said I would also at least like a full refund for the grooming services plus tip ($200)... In total, this would be $330. He agreed to get back to me on "Monday" this week, after speaking to their groomer. He did not. So I followed up today and was met with more excuses (was waiting to receive the invoices from the vet, because they weren't attachments I could open...even though he was reading the invoices to me last week). Then, he tells me they will refund me $250. I told him this is not we'd discussed last week and asked him several times if he'd even spoken to the groomer but he refused to answer me. This is not even 50% of my out-of-pocket costs. Actually, the grooming service with the vet costs would be $900+! I can assure you, if you look at this place, they are making hand over fist. I let them know from the beginning I'm not "trying to get rich," off of this, but am asking for reasonable reimbursement. Yet in spite of them causing the issue, neglecting to tell me about the injuries, ignoring me for 6 months and blaming everyone and everything else, I've declined their offer and will be pursuing this in small claims court. A lot of unnecessary time wasted. Am I the only one, or does it seem like "customer service" has taken a complete nosedive since Covid? So disappointing.

Lots of tables and space to sit--they were running a Commander event while I stopped in but during a non-event time I can see it being a great spot to hang out and casually play with friends, or even just sit and do some work if I'm in the area. During my visit, I ordered a harvest latte with almond milk and an egg, and cheese croissant. I'll start with the win: the latte. It was thoughtful, balanced, and the clear highlight of the visit -- easily the reason I'd return. The croissant didn't stand out as much. It's premade and reheated in the microwave, which is not my personal favorite. The sandwiches taste fresh, and they are handed to you warm, but I wouldn't come back specifically for breakfast. Even though I stopped in on a busy Sunday morning, the wait was short, which I appreciated. The service felt a bit reserved. It wasn't unfriendly, just not especially warm. That might have been because of the steady rush, not a lack of care. Overall, it's a good coffee shop. I wouldn't take it off my list; the prices are fair, and the coffee is good.
