As usual, my drive thru experience was seamless and easy. There was a line, but it moved quickly. Once I ordered, the dinner was out quickly and the food was hot and fresh. Tonite I got the cod dinner with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The Cole slaw is good, creamy and just a little sweet. The mashed potatoes are hot and have a few lumps like real potatoes do. Terrible experience at the Chaska, MN drive thru. There was nobody in front of me or behind me but the employee rushed me and spoke over me. He was abrupt and impatient ... almost aggressive sounding (and got my order wrong.) The food was most certainly NOT made fresh. Nothing we ordered was fresh. The large order of cheese curds was a rip off. They conveniently placed it at the bottom of the bag with a large chili on top so I wouldn't notice they only gave us 10-12 old cheese curds. I definitely regretted my decision to get Culver's tonight and will not make this mistake again. This location has been on a steady decline recently and take out is too expensive to keep chancing it. I eat culvers at least once a week. The staff is incredible and Im never disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious and better than any other culvers I have ate at. I have a whole drawer full of scoopie tokens. read more

Been to this location multiple times. Combined with my wife going at least a 10 plus times. Our order has NEVER been right. Not once! Again tonight got all the way home and missing the fish part of the fish basket. They gave us the malt vinegar and tartar but no fish. Called them and the punk on the phone was annoyed that I called and told me sorry I can't help you. I asked to speak to a manager and he said sorry. Would love a private conversation with this little tough guy. This time out generation need to get a life lesson out back. This location is an embarrassment to the franchise. Customer service is spitting in the face of their customers and management supports and promotes this attitude. Be careful your food doesn't get tampered with. read more

I ordered the Cod Fish dinner and the staff made you feel more than welcome. I never experienced that back in Chicago, IL Culver's or it's suburbs. What a staff the Culvers has! I've never had service from a franchise as I have at this Culvers! There is a young man who is either a supervisor or manager who I would like to clone for my business! He is amazing with customers making the feel welcomed. In the local Chaska area I would have to say this is one of our favorite restaurants. Tonight we had a concrete mixer with Heath! Loved it!!! $5 Snack pal cheese burger for $4 and an order of curds, $4. The other thing that always impresses me with this Culvers is how clean their bathrooms always are. My grandma has always said you know how clean the kitchen is going to be by looking at the bathrooms! She was a wise woman! Overall just another great job by a fantastic staff!!!! read more

Walked in and ordered a meal. Nicely asked for a water cup to go with my burger and he actually yelled at me. The grown man yelled at me and claimed I was trying to steal a soft drink. I told him I was thirsty as I just finished a basketball game and he told me "piss off or you're getting your order to go." This is absolute bullshit. I had a terrible experience at the Chaska Culvers!!! I went into the restaurant with a free value basket coupon and handed it to the cashier when the manager came over and said that I wasn't allowed to use it because "last week a bunch of kids came in and used a bunch of them so I wasn't able to use it". Then I proceeded to BUY my meal after they refused to take my coupon. The rest of my time there the manager gave me attitude, which I will not stand for. I've been to this Culver's multiple times and there has never been a problem, but this time was very different. I ordered what I always get and the person working the drive through (Sam I think his name was) interrupted me and told me very rudely that they did not have that. I get it if you don't have something, but you don't need to be rude and I also get it every time. I also ordered cheese curds, but they gave me fries that were all at the bottom of the bag instead. Ehh.. dine experiences are usually pretty pleasant. Today was first drive thru experience at this location (because of COVID-19). Got in line behind one person. Wait time was fine/normal drive thru wait for a Culver's. We both got cheeseburgers. Both burgers were made with stale buns, really dark and crispy burger patties that were cold and dry and almost inedible. I ate about half before I gave up. The cheese wasn't even a little melted and when I opened my burger up I was able to take the cheese clean off. That shouldn't happen to a burger wrapped in paper, put at the bottom of a bag of other "warm" food and driven 7 min down the road. Not too happy with latest experience :( also I usually get cheese curds and bag usually comes full, my bag was only about 3/5 full (just over half). I don't mind waiting for fresh food... not a fan cold hockey puck food. read more

This is high end fast food with friendly service! The employees are always friendly and happy to take our orders and deliver our food. Rarely do they have any issues even if we ask them to make an extra trip to get us some Mayo, etc. My daughter has allergies (very severe). They have options for her and we have never had a cross contamination issue here. THAT in itself is a rare experience. I can't remember a time they got my order wrong either. read more

This my first experience with Culver's and I have to say it was pretty good. I got a concrete mixer (I think that's what they're called) and it's basically like a blizzard from dairy queen, except this place has a lot more mix ins and customizing options. My only comment is that this place can get slammed pretty hard on days where sport tournies are being played in the vicinity, so you might want to peek inside before you've committed if you're out and about on a Saturday afternoon. read more

This is our go-to fast food for lunch ... maybe twice a month. Love the burgers ... Double Deluxe is really good, but the Pot Roast sandwich is spectacular (though it may be seasonal) ... fries are plump, hot and fresh and soft drinks are plentiful with free refills (we like the high-test Root Beer). There are often local coupons that give you a BOGO deal or dollars off a meal ... but, their standard prices are fairly reasonable anyway. The frozen custard is delicious ... my favorite is fudge and cherries Concrete Mixer. We always enjoy our lunches here! The facility is clean and neatly kept by the busing staff. The counter service and table delivery system is excellent. read more

As someone that works in a restaurant that serves to-go food, I know and understand the problems associated with it. Well, on my most recent visit here, Culver's forgot my napkins, my hot sauce, and only gave me regular chicken tenders instead of buffalo chicken tenders. So, ugh! I hate to post a semi-negative review, but...could they possibly serve a THINNER hamburger? I ordered a Butter Burger meal today. Besides being totally charred, I took a bite and thought they had maybe forgotten to put the actual burger on the bun. Then I opened up the bun and saw the paper-thin burger! SERIOUSLY! It was like someone smeared a little hamburger on the bun with a butter knife, over-cooked it on the grill, then put ketchup on it and called it a day! It literally was half the size of the bun and if it was 1/4 inch thick, I would be surprised. I have no idea what they were thinking sending that out, but of course, did not realize until I got home. (Ordered from the drive-thru.) I am not a big eater, but when you take your first bite and can't even detect any hamburger on your hamburger...that's definitely a problem. This location always has smiling faces. Kelly, in particular, always does a GREAT JOB working the drive thru. The manager is often visible, checking to make sure things are doing well. My only complaint would be that they seem to put in less toppings when making their concrete mixers as compared to other locations. Maybe the other locations are putting in extra, but I can't help but feel disappointed in the topping quantity in the Chaska location. read more
