The only reason I only gave four stars was because $15 for a pint of ice cream is a bit expensive and it's kind of difficult to get. The pick up window was very easy but ordering online and having a specific time.

However; it does still have a soft spot in my heart. I stopped in on a Wednesday evening around 6:20 PM. There was one couple in front of me and I was able to sample two different options. In total I ordered three ice cream containers to go. Service seemed OK at first, the first ice cream was scooped with no issue, but halfway through giving instructions. Another employee interrupted and wanted me to start telling them about the next one. This didn't make a lot of sense as I was the only one in line. It also caused a lot of confusion. The second ice cream I ordered was going to be consumed by me, so I knew exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the portions are anything but consistent here. See photo for description. The third and final ice cream I ordered was a love it, but they gave me a like it. Unfortunately, I was not offered a receipt, so I have no idea if I was charged for it. While checking out I mentioned to both staff members that the ice cream was in even as far as proportions go. Just looking at the ice cream containers you can tell that one is not full, but neither were willing to address the concern. They placed my items in the bag and walked away. Honestly, I have no intentions of ever returning to this location or recommending it. There's honestly no reason when the customer service is lacking and the proportions are uneven, plus the consistency sucks. Had the employees addressed my concern. I wouldn't be nearly as annoyed, but because they missed an opportunity to correct an issue in the moment, I don't see any reason to return. This location is poorly rated, and I can totally understand why. It's honestly not worth it when you can drive a couple of miles to the next location or grab an ice cream from a shop that's locally made. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location because there's no way you're going to be happy with what you're getting.

Sebastian Joe's was the perfect stop for an ice cream break on a summer afternoon!…read more I stopped in on a Monday afternoon and loved that I was able to sample as many flavors as I wanted before making the very important decision of what to order. After a few samples, I landed on the coconut ice cream, and I was so happy with my choice! The ice cream has actual coconut shavings mixed throughout, and as someone who LOVES texture in my ice cream, the coconut-to-ice-cream ratio was perfect. You get plenty of coconut in every bite without it being overwhelming. I ordered one scoop, which honestly felt more like two, and had it in a chocolate-dipped cone covered in almonds. SO good! Between the creamy coconut ice cream, coconut shavings, chocolate, and crunch from the almonds, there was a little bit of everything going on. There's also a great outdoor patio with plenty of seating, which made it the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy my cone on a summer afternoon. Generous portions, tons of flavors to sample, and a great patio--I'd absolutely come back to Sebastian Joe's and work my way through more of the flavors!
