I'm sure every review states this but it bears repeating. They only take cash here boring it with you or use the cash machine in store which has a $2 fee. Parking lot is small and it's a busy little strip mall.

I decided on 3 scoops which included Monster cookie, Maple Bourbon Nut, and Praline Caramel. Although it's "just Kemps" ice cream it was delicious and honestly much better than some other former ice cream spots I've been too. The customer service was wonderful as well. The boys working were very nice, efficient and held great conversation. I also appreciated how clean and tidy the store was. Definitely a hidden gem in a great location in AV. You can buy chocolate by the bag, by an individual piece, or grab a plastic bag and just put as many different kinds you'd like. They weigh the bulk candy and charge you per pound. I ordered a medium-size bag and asked her to leave it "open", which enabled her to pile more into the bag (vs. leaving empty space at the top to close with a twist tie). I don't think I've ever spent so much $$ on popcorn outside of a movie theater (where I usually get a "large" size so that I can get free re-fills!) Yes, the popcorn flavors mixed together were good - addictively so.
