My family stopped here on the beginning of our road trip. I had never been here before and I loved it!!! I couldn't believe the interior design. It is filled with fan favorite characters from Disney, Harry Potter, Marvel and Star Wars. They have a massive animatronic band of candy musicians. There was a massive wall of jigsaw puzzles as well as puzzles above your head at any minute. I was surprised to see a very wide selection of international candy and snacks. Such a fun time - everyone should stop here if they want a smile and fun cat snacks.

This place is beyond awesome. Literally awesome. There is so much to peruse in the store. Candy, various foods, beverages, decor. There are a bunch of really cool overhead displays and statues. Fresh cooled pies for $13.99!!! And they are great! Lots of free parking. Bear in mind that they take ONLY cash but they have a ton of ATMs throughout the store. Candy and snacks from around the world. Plan for 1-2 hours to enjoy it all.

This place is absolutely amazing! It has everything - a variety of different types of candy from all over the world, all sorts of toys, books, scented candles, home goods, fresh bakery items, pumpkins, and so much more!! Quick Tips: It gets quite busy, so be prepared to take your time. To accommodate for all the people, they have a pretty nice system set up to get people through the check out lines quickly. CASH ONLY - bring cash. It's okay if you forget --- they have several ATMs on-site. Get the caramel apple pie at the baked good area---it's AMAZING!! This is a super fun spot for the whole family! Definitely worth the drive over to explore and you will definitely find something incredible. Highly recommended!

We visited Minnesota's Largest Candy Store during a family vacation in July, and it was such a fun and unique experience! We ended up spending over two hours there, and honestly, we could've stayed even longer. They truly have every candy you can imagine -- from current favorites to nostalgic treats that instantly take you back to childhood. It was so much fun seeing candies we hadn't thought about in years. The decor is colorful, whimsical, and over-the-top in the best way, which makes it feel like more than just a store -- it's an experience. There's also a bakery inside where we picked up some sweet treats, and they have a huge selection of root beers and other specialty drinks that you don't see everywhere. If you're planning a stop in Minnesota, this is absolutely a must-visit spot -- especially for families or anyone who loves a little nostalgia with their sugar rush!

This place is huge! It is normally pretty busy so I would not suggest thinking it will be a quick stop. There is so much variety of new candy, old fashioned candy and candy/treats from all over the world. There is soda, chips, candy, fresh baked goods, cheese and apples. This is such a fun stop for kids of all ages!!

This's our first time coming to this candy store! I feel like a kid all over again !! The store is amazing, they have pies, pastries, condiments, soda, candies and snacks from all over the world. Not to mention all the cute decor inside !!! It totally worth the drive, and the store is huge. Just know that they only take cash or check, they do have ATMs available inside the store. They also have some cute souvenirs for the candy store. Definitely go check it out next time you go visit Minnesota/ Mall of America!

This was my first time here which was super fun! Honestly my favorite part was seeing the murals and all the decorations inside. They had a humongous selection of all types of different candy - some made more local as well as international. It all seems to be relatively reasonably priced. Unfortunately one of the chocolate bars I bought was past its best by date which was disappointing as I had just purchased it - I still ate it and it was fine but obviously I would have preferred if it was fresh. My only other comment is that they only take cash!! So if you come make sure you have some bills with you.

This is more than just a candy store... It has expanded from when I was a life to having puzzles, jams, jelly, cheese, meat sticks and more! If you're going by Jordan, MN definitely need to make a pit stop to check out the largest candy store because as you just walked in you can smell the sweetest aroma of the apple bread baking! So yummy ! They have so many different sections of Asian snacks that it's overwhelming to choose. Service was great. They have many registers available so you don't have to wait in long lines like most touristy places. Prices are reasonable. Cash or check only so make sure you have cash otherwise they do have several ATMs throughout the store for your convenience. If they have a sensory overload time frame for people to shop without a lot people, I would definitely sign up lol.

Lots of variety of all different types of things- Pop, candy, pasta, baked goods, pickled things, chips & novelty fun! I would say good pricing but Items add up fast, be prepared to spend some money! Does get very busy so I recommend going early morning, during the week. Cash or check only but lots of ATMs on site. Fun decorating, lots of things to look at! We will be back again!

This place is huge and has a lot to look at. Part art installation, part museum and part store. There's not just candy, there's pies, apples, teas, coffee, puzzles, toys and more. The only downside to this place is it can get very crowded on the weekends and because there is so much in the place the isles aren't super wide. Highly recommended stopping by, especially if you can on a weekday.

Amazing selections of candy/pastries/sodas/misc. a great place for someone with a sweet tooth or someone looking to bring back some goodies home. Amazing customer service and beautiful decoration and organization. I would totally come back to try all the different flavors of sodas that I didn't get. Cash only, so please make sure you have cash handy for this.

My husband and I went to the Minnesota's Largest Candy Store after visiting the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. (It was just 10 minutes south.) It was on a Saturday afternoon. The place was packed with people and so was their parking lot. Their parking lot is lined with chunky rocks, so I recommend that you wear comfortable shoes. The exterior has some cool artwork. The selection great. They had various candy, snacks, pies, pop, bake mix, and more. My husband and I spent about $40. I recommend that you bring cash, otherwise they have ATM throughout the store. It is probably because it was on a Saturday afternoon, but there were 17 cashiers, but I felt the flow waiting to get checked out was unorganized. There was a male employee yelling about how there's 17 tills and to try to move the crowd along. I also noticed the service was quick - a customer dropped a glass root beer bottle and the staff took care of it right away. Overall, the place is a must need to check out. Our selection was delicious! I highly recommend to NOT go on the weekends. My husband visited this place for work delivering products on a weekday at lunchtime and said there was hardly anybody at the time.

If you haven't been here it is a must see!!! Be sure to bring your kid self along and good walking shoes. There is so much to see! We really enjoyed seeing all the candies from our childhood. Very nostalgic. There are treats both sweet and salty from all over the world. Step outside the box and try something new and unusual. There is also so much to see. Everywhere you look is some fun character. FYI: They don't take credit cards.

Ask the Community - Minnesota's Largest Candy Store

What day does the store open for 2021 or is it already open?

According to the store, they plan to open on Mother's Day weekend in 2021.

For 2021 have you wised up and started requiring masks and distancing?

Whenever I visited in 2020 people were masked though admittedly practiced social distancing somewhat sporadically. I can't speak yet for 2021. For what it's worth, as ramshackle as the store might appear from the outside, inside seems clean and… Read more

I could not believe how big the store was. There is so much variety and such a wide selection of both candy and gift items. The candy is incredible. They feature a candy of the month and even offer samples. While we were there, we tried a truffle with raspberry in the center and it was really good. One of my favorite finds was tucked in the back corner...kind of a hidden gem. They have marked down candy that does not quite meet their quality standards. It might look a little different or vary in size, but it still tastes the same. Totally worth checking out. We picked out a variety to bring to bingo including butter toffee, sea sale caramel, peanut butter cups, and a pecan cluster. Everything was delicious. The store itself was very clean, including the bathrooms, and it smelled amazing from the second we walked in. My only callout is that the employees were not especially friendly. We did visit about 45 minutes before closing, so maybe that played a role, but it was not the warm welcome I had expected. So much so that I felt weird taking photos (which is reflected here). All in all, still a really fun stop and absolutely worth the trip.

Finally settled on butter toffee and dark chocolate truffles. So very good! They were also sampling a fruit creme covered in chocolate, very flavorful!
