If i could give this store a -10 I would. I absolutely DO NOT recommend. Horrible product quality, and complete lack of customer service. I bought one dark chocolate/sea salt/caramel truffle. I left the store with it intending to enjoy my treat. When I tried to bite into it, it was ROCK SOLID. I could not even bite off a piece of it. So I head back to the store & ask the cashier, "Is this supposed to be hard?". He says, "Well it's a truffle. And it came out of the fridge." I say, "It's not cold, it's just hard. I could have broken a tooth on this!". He says, "Oh well." I say, "OH WELL???". He says, "That's what I said." I say, "Well that's not a very good response from a customer service perspective." He says, "I couldn't care less." I say, "Well that's very clear." He ran a credit to my card to refund me. As I'm walking out the teenager that was helping bag things for customers is slamming my former truffle repeatedly against the counter and it's still one solid piece. read more

Not a huge fan of this place. Went a ton a few years back and the service was kind and friendly and there were many types of great candy to choose from, but that's all changed now. I've visited a couple times over the last few weeks and kept hoping there was just some holiday-season burnout fibs here and there but unfortunately this place has just lost it. Guy at the front just stared customers down, didn't talk until someone came up to check out, just plain uninviting. The bulk candy itself seems to be stored improperly, so many containers left open or the lids not on them, so they were all stale and/or flavorless. There's way better places to grab sweet treats in this mall. read more

Great little candy store in the Ridgedale Center. So many fun things to look at! The gummies were so shiny and the detail was amazing. The ones I purchased were chewier and not as flavorful compared to your discount store ones. So kinda disappointing but kids will eat anything if they know it's candy. The chocolates were pieces of artwork. I couldn't resist not buying a. There's candy from the 70's, 80's, 90's to current. There's candy from other countries. Lots of things to look at and reminisce with friends about. read more

Hadn't been in ridgedale forever and wanted some truffles. I'm so Disappointed with what I got. Seems like business must not be as good as it used to be, the truffles I got had REALLY hard outer layer like they had been there for a while and the cases were not full. Won't be making the effort to go back. read more

I was so psyched when I saw this Lolli and Pops location. Originally from Oregon, I had loved visiting this franchise and getting a lot of yummy chocolate. Finding this place made my day! While they offer a ton of variety of candies and chocolates both sweet and sour, I think my favorite part of Lolli and Pops is how much they encourage you to sample as many as you'd like. I've been to other candy stores that are pretty stingy, and they aren't worried about that here. You can buy chocolate by the bag, by an individual piece, or grab a plastic bag and just put as many different kinds you'd like. They weigh the bulk candy and charge you per pound. If you take the survey on the bottom of the receipt you can get a free small treat with your next purchase! read more

I had to go back and forth about what rating to give Lolli and Pops. The store itself is very cute, and I do like they have everything out on display that's easily accessible. Walking into the store, the bright colors and very visible candy displays offer a warm and inviting atmosphere. The glass has chocolates and truffles and macarons that look divine! If you join their rewards program, you get a free pound of gummy bears just for signing up, and birthdays rewards as well!! However, having so many tables and things set up in the aisles made it hard to walk through the store without feeling cramped or bumping into people/things. Our most recent visit revealed another small issue, we were going to fill a bag but I wanted to make sure that there was enough things we liked to make it worth the price. The bags are on the expensive side for candy, though the upside is being able to fill it with what you want. As we walked through, there were at least 5 bins that were completely empty. Unfortunately almost all the candy I would've wanted was unavailable so we ended up getting our free pound of gummy bears, some cotton candy, my birthday rice crispy (we got s'mores), and some chocolates from the glass case. The candy and treats we have gotten from there have been good! Honestly if it were a little cheaper we would absolutely go more often! It's a fun cutesy store that I'm sure kids love but might be painful to the parents wallets. read more

Wow they are a fun candy store. Nice and bright. They have a lot of candy. The people who work there rock and they will let you sample most bulk candy with assistance. I walked in with my son on a recent trip to the mall and we walked out with a bunch of candy. I will be back maybe on a date night to get my wife something sweet. When you go make sure to talk to the staff and have them recommend something for you to sample! Great candy selection and super quality. read more

What a wonderful little gem! If you're looking to splurge on some indulgent treats, then this is the place to go. With walls of endless sweets, there's definitely something for everyone. My friend and I stopped in just to take a peek at the adorable new shop but of course, we did not leave empty handed. She opted for a box of truffles and I did some damage in the gummy bear section. The staff was super helpful and made some recommendations that I never would've thought of such as rosé gummy bears mixed with peach gummy bears ... great combo btw. They also had a wide assortment of sodas, spun sugar, flavored popcorn and boxed candy. Everything is packaged nicely and done with a lot of thought. Be VERY VERY weary of purchasing anything on display (chocolate/truffles/macaroons, etc.) I purchased 4 macaroons totaling about $20 and they were EXTREMELY hard. They tasted disgusting! I was told that these were "just fresh". That was 100% a lie and I feel like I got ripped off. This place is obviously overpriced (which is expected); however, if I am going to pay triple the price of an item, it better be good! Very very disappointed. read more

This place is horrible! They are so overpriced and the candy is not even mediocre it is straight up terrible. The candy is all stale and flavorless and if it does have any flavor it is super artificial and gross. The store has super inexperienced employees and the service is terrible. The candy and all other things are way overpriced to start off but everything is not labeled well enough and by the time you get to the register you are paying for way more than you thought you would be for the tiny amount of candy you get. If I could give this store zero stars I would. The store is just a huge waste of space in the mall and everyone would be way better off if they just replaced it with a clothing store or something. read more

The atmosphere is very bright and cheerful. The candy was great (I recommend the peanut butter meltaways) but the highlight of our trip to the store was Alec, the employee who helped us. He was very friendly and inviting, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. He was pretty knowledgeable of everything despite being new there. Great customer service from Gus. They sell a glass container you can fill up with any bulk candy/chocolate for $15 with refills for $7.

What a fun shop!! My girls and I were just going to window shop, but got pulled in by the fun and beautiful display. The kids loved cramming as much candy as they could in the container and the $5 refill seems like a great deal. read more

I had the most amazing experience at this little store! The manager on duty was so friendly but not trying to push me into anything I couldn't afford (the store is a bit pricey) she greeted me warmly, asked if I wanted a tour of the store and then continued to ask me questions trying to help me find something that I would be satisfied with. I went with the chocolate blueberries (by her suggestion) which were amazing!! This store has great customer service and I couldn't be more pleased with the way they balance selling and giving the customer the space they need to comfortably shop. I most definitely will be stopping in here again, the manager even went as far as to ask me what my name is so she could greet me by name when I came next. If you are looking for a great treat for the holidays make sure to stop in to this little beauty! read more

The macaroons are terrible. Dry and crumbly. We got 6 different flavors and they all tasted the same. And not cheap. Everything else looked pretty good...but for the price, go somewhere else for macaroons. read more

Unbelievable customer service - we couldn't stop talking about it on the way home! We went in just for a peek, and on a whim I looked for a unique candy that has been discontinued from Harry & David (I have been so disappointed because it was a regular Christmas gift in our house, and they don't carry it online or in stores anymore so I was thinking everyone was going to be disappointed.) I literally could NOT believe my eyes when they had the exact same treat in Lolli and Pops!!! (It's the red apple caramel balls, if anyone wants a gift sure to make people happy! :) Gus was so helpful in giving my friend and I samples of a bunch of different things. With one sample, he asked, "Do you want this to be good, or great?" and then he told us about mixes you can do, where you eat the cheesecake caramel ball with two strawberry gummy bears, for example. They were so yummy!! But the whole experience was seriously just made so much "sweeter" because of Gus and his amazingly helpful, friendly service. That level of customer care is so rare - I will for sure be telling everyone about my experience! Thank you Gus, and we are so so excited that we found Lolli and Pops!! read more
