So I think this is a newer store in the MOA, located on the 3rd floor just down from the food court on the ?north side?... It's hard to tell, I get a little disoriented there...
Anyhow, it's not the largest candy store, but they do have pretty good selection.
Jelly Bellies separated by flavor for the picky people like me (I mean, who likes eating a bag of Jelly Bellies and then suddenly coming across a melon or peanut butter one?)
M&Ms all separated by color.
A whole wall of gummy products (bears, sharks, frogs, worms, peach rings, etc.)
Shelves of gimmicky candy like Pop Rocks, a shelf of hard candies like cinnamon buttons, a shelf of sugar-free candies, and a shelf of retro candies like Zots, candy cigarettes and Clove gum.
By the registers they have a huge display case of their chocolate creations. Mostly fudge and truffles, but a few other treats too, and caramel apples.
The employees are very friendly, and will virtually let you sample fudge until you explode or pass out from hyperglycemia.
They have some traditional fudges, and, a few wacky choices- on the day Mini Skirt and I went there was: banana chocolate chip, red velvet, zombie food, maple, Mountain Dew, Code Red Mountain Dew, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and a few others. And they seriously let us sample them ALL.
Buy 1 lb of fudge, and get 1/2 lb free,.. AND spend more than $30 and get a caramel apple free... So we bought a pound of fudge, a crap ton of Jelly Bellies, and some candy cigarettes. Smuggled them all into the movie theater later that night and had the best snacks ever. read more
