One of my favorite summer treats in the Cities! There is something so magical about getting a scoop here on a warm summer evening and sitting out on their beautiful patio. I love their indoor/outdoor patio space, with a fireplace and twinkle lights. The ambiance here is everything. I LOVE their raspberry chocolate chip flavor - that's always a winner. I recently tried their apple crisp and it was shockingly good! They're kind with allowing folks to try samples. Just know that a line can sometimes form. This time we got their version of a DQ Buster Bar, the Brr Bar to try at home soon, and my husband got a Choco Taco (collab with Chilango!) and an ice cream sandwich. They were NOT cheap ($7-8 each) but we're excited to try them. They have adorable merch too!

Stopped here after dinner, loved seeing that they decorated for Halloween! The neighborhood itself is super cute and decorated. As it's getting colder it wasn't too busy when we went. They have a great variety of flavors. I went with a scoop of the banana cream pie and it was great. They also sell coffee and other pre-made treats as well. They have an all season patio area for seating and some outside seating as well. The staff were pretty chill and nice. Parking in this area is mostly street but not too hard finding spots, even if you have to walk a bit it's a nice area.

First time here. Really good choice of ice cream flavors. It's quite busy as it's a well known local popular ice cream spot. Nice patio seating and area to walk around and enjoy the sweetness

As if we didn't eat enough dinner at Billy Sushi, we also had to celebrate a birthday with ice cream . . . Got a few bites in before I had to stop, and it was delicious! Counter service good and a big room for seating. Try it!

Stumbled upon this place late looking to get my sweet tooth ice cream fix and wow this place rocked. Tons of options/flavors. The staff here were super nice and friendly, easy to find parking around. Has that old school small ice cream shop vibes and always love supporting local business. I got a scoop of Oreo which was nice and big and really good. Nice pieces of oreo and creamy ice cream. Great value for price. Will def be back

Went here for the first time on a Friday evening! Really fun place and solid ice cream. I had a dish with two scoops of ice cream (salty caramel and pavarotti). My boyfriend got a raspberry chocolate chip milkshake. The milkshake was two times the price of my dish and he received it nearly half full. We were really disappointed and thought about saying something to the staff but they were super busy as it was a Friday.

Everyone comes here expecting something satisfying & we come again and again & discover it is a reliable expectation to meet: sweet wish come true. That's what Sebastian Joes gives us: sweet wishes come true. It's as pretty & delicious as you put together what your inklings guide you towards. Yum.

The ice cream is good. The chocolate dipped cone is great. The poor kids working don't seem to have efficiency down. I think they need a better system for ordering and payment. The line backs up quickly. I had the salted caramel in a cone dipped in chocolate. The chocolate on the cone is excellent, the salted caramel flavor is so lite, it's hard to even taste.my husband had a Chocolate malt. It was delicious but the kid filled the cup to the VERY brim and handed it to me with malt dripping down the sides. I was dripping malt on the floor the whole way out. Messy but tasty. Will try other ice cream flavors next time because it seems maybe salted caramel isn't why people go there

I am a hater! I know people love this place but I just didn't like much of anything. It's pretty small inside but luckily wasn't busy so not cramped when I visited. I thought it sucked that they didn't let you sample ice cream. Sounds like a COVID policy but umm if you don't require masks then giving people a chance to eat tiny bites of ice cream in the store isn't going to make it worse. The staff member wasn't terrible but definitely tired and not that friendly. However the cashier was pretty nice albeit awkward. I got a ice cream that sounded kind of good on a dipped cone with almonds on it. Yikes that cone was a bad idea - I hated the almonds on it tho like almonds in other dishes. The ice cream was okay. The seating was bad. There was an indoor area adjacent to the main ice cream shop but had no AC and it was 100 degrees outside so it was soo disgusting. There were some tables outside which were much more bearable.

A bitten into scoop of raspberry chocolate chip.

We got there in the evening so they were out of a lot things (very limited options for desserts) but they still have drink options. I got the hummingbird and mango oat milk matcha. My sister got the brookie (brownie cookie). Everything was really good. The place was packed and stayed consistently busy! They close 6/29/25.

The seasonal rhubarb ice cream was unforgettable: perfectly balanced, fresh, and unlike anything you'll find at a typical ice cream shop. The experience went beyond the ice cream itself. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun, making us feel less like customers and more like neighborhood regulars. They're mini scoops, which makes it so fun to try different flavors without committing to just one. My top picks are the caramelized white chocolate, the sea salt caramel pecan, and the salted honey. All three are incredible. You can also grab pints to go, and the prices are super reasonable. A five-scoop flight for $6 is such a steal. Pump House is always worth the stop, and easily one of the best ice cream shops in the Twin Cities.

Street parking available on hip and trendy Washington Ave! They also have a decently priced valet for diners not looking to search nearby for parking! The interior is moody and hip with dim lighting, exposed brick, and a social energy. It's always busy without feeling stuffy or crowded. The service is top notch...fresh silverware and plates with every course, consistently filled water, servers that are around but not overbearing, and courses that come out with exquisite timing! We enjoyed an appetizer, a few bruschettas, and a few pastas on our most recent visit. Arancini were the perfect start: crispy, creamy, and a little spice from the sauce! Chicken Liver Mousse Bruschetta was the weak point in the meal as it just seemed to be lacking a component that balanced the richness of the mousse. The Crispy Pork Shoulder and Carrot Bruschetta was VERY salty, but I kinda enjoyed how it would make my mouth water, quenched by the creamy carrot puree. The Gnocchi are little pillows of heaven, and the orange sauce is such a pleasant surprise. The real star for me was the Mushroom Agnolotti: little pillows of creamy, mushroomy goodness topped with a plethora of additional mushrooms. Chef's kiss. Can't wait to come back again and again!
