First couple of visits were spot on with timeliness, friendliness, and accuracy, yet this last visit didn't go so well as the chicken sandwich came with lettuce and mayo after stating clearly that I did not want dressing of any kind, advising that the sandwich was to come only with pickle and American cheese. read more

This is specific to the Minnetonka location (which is across 62 from Optum in Eden Prairie). Anyhow stopped in and wonderful staff, I mean the girl behind the counter was just upbeat and professional and happy to help and generally very happy overall. I made an order with one change (no butter on the bun) and the chef was happy to accommodate me. The food was great, the service was top notch, the restaurant was clean, and I would for sure recommend this place and will be back. It just seems like everything I ate (from hamburger, lettuce to onions, pickles, etc) were all just super fresh like they cut them very recently and of course they cook the meat to each individual order and I think you really can taste the difference in how fresh everything is. PRO TIP - if you like onion rings, for sure order them here. They were perfectly cooked! read more

Absolutely incredible, best burger place Ivr been to to days. Food is top tier, place has comfy vibes and service is amazing. 10/10 and absolutely would recommend. read more

The order taker talked way to soft and fast. I ordered a side of sweet potato fries which I saw on the menu for $2.25. When the order rang up $4.95 I questioned the order. I was told the $2.25 was the up charge if I had ordered a burger. We took the order to go and left. The sweet potato fries were burnt! We won't go back! read more

My Burger - Minnetonka - Burnt Extra Side of Garlic Aioli - Burgers Near Me - Minnetonka, Minnesota

I can always count on My Burger to hit the spot! It provides the convenience of a fast food chain, but the quality of a diner burger. I recently tried the BBQ Bacon burger and it added a little diversity to the classic cheese burger. The patties have a perfectly cooked sear on the edges and the buns are soft and flavorful. Plus, the veggies I add to my burger area always fresh! The burgers come with fries that are thicker than a shoestring fry, but still crispy on the outside. We ordered to go, but ended eating inside the restaurant. It is clean and the staff was attentive to those ordering in person. Our order was prepared on time and we can look forward to grabbing My Burger again in the future! read more

Burgers could've been more seasoned, but they were still delicious. This is our go-to burger joint! We will return!

Just finished a really great burger. Seriously, so good! Definitely be back great service read more

Awesome burgers as well as fries and onion rings. Quick and a really great burger! We both ordered double California burger with cheese. One of us got fries and one of us got the fries. Both were really good. read more

The young lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. The burgers were very good juicy and very excellent shake.

My Burger just hits well no matter what. The burgers are perfectly savory and salty. The double is what you should order regardless of the type. My favorite is the California with cheese. The fries are no slouch either. They regularly make fresh bathes so they arrive piping hot. The inside looks like a fun twist on a diner making it a nice place to eat. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in the day after Valentine's Day to grab some lunch and they were fairly busy for it being a weekday! Their menu is very straightforward - burgers, crispy chicken burger, fish burger, and salads. No extra cost for any of their 10 toppings. Milkshake & malts for dessert. I went with their double jalapeño king burger ($13.95) with jerk fries and my boyfriend got their California burger ($9.25) with cajun fries. Of course I had to get me some of their garlic aioli too - so good to dip your fries. I like their spicy mayo too, but already had jalapeño mayo on my burger, so didn't have a need to request it on the side. Although all of the listed toppings on the jalapeño king burger are spicy, my burger didn't reflect that heat. It was a little spicy, but not what I'd consider hot. It was a great burger - enjoyed the peppered bacon - but I wouldn't say it packs heat. It was my first time getting their jerk fries. Usually, I get their cajun, but wanted to try something new. Cajun wins in this fry battle. Their jerk fries were good, but My Burger's jerk seasoning is a little on the sweeter side and I'm not big into that. They also unevenly seasoned the fries, so some fries didn't have a lot of seasoning and other fries, were way over-seasoned. I'm glad I tried them, but will be sticking to cajun fries for future visits. My boyfriend enjoyed both his California burger and cajun fries - no complaints whatsoever. I noticed the line was close to the door when we were getting ready to leave, so we got in at the right time. Their 3-person staff was professional and courteous - very kind. There's plenty of space to dine-in - they also have the cutest space. The local street names up top is a nice touch. read more

What a great experience. Love the burger. The shake was smooth and creamy. Definitely worthy of a trip back.

I'd heard pretty good reviews about My Burger. We ordered a classic, a salmon burger, and fries. The service was good, the food was fine (a bit under seasoned/ a little bland). All and all we had an average experience there. read more

Was bit skeptical as I know the place is a chain, but was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty burger (got the California with cheddar and pickles added). I also liked that the fries were also just as good (as I often find that I like either the burger or the or fries at many places - but both were worthy on their own. Sig other got the sweet potato fries and they were also good, tho I'm not sure I found them any better given the slight upcharge. If sweet potatoes fries are your thing though, you won't be disappointed. Would def return if I'm in the area. read more

Finally had a chance to get out and try these guys. First off, quality of food was great. Meat was tender, juicy, and fresh. Fires were hot and crispy. Customer service was good as well. Very welcoming. We were the only ones there and the food wait time was ten minutes. Was very pleased. If I had to be critical, the only thing I could find was that the fry portion could be a little bigger for the price I was paying. Other than that, 5 out of 5. Great job guys! read more

I've never been to a myburger before, but I've seen them popping up all over and I had no solid lunch plans today so I decided to give it a try. Not disappointed that I did, but not rushing to go back either to be honest. When I walked in I told the girl behind the register that I had never been there before. She explained the options between the standard burger and the california burger. I ended up getting the bacon cheese burger with the regular fries. All In all the burger was good but nothing special. All of the components were good. The cheese was melty, the bacon and party were done nicely, and the bun was buttered and toasted well. I was less than impressed with the fries though. They were super blah and kind of tough. read more

My Burger has quickly become our new favorite go-to burger place. Every time we go it is consistently as good as the time before. What sets My Burger apart from some of the other chains is that they offer multiple different patty options including chicken, turkey, veggie, and fish. The buns are buttered and toasted. They won't disintegrate in you hands during consumption. You can also essentially build you own burger with whatever topping, meat patty and cheese you want. I'm embarrassed to admit that I've even ordered the salad several times, which has also been quite good. The fries are amazing, very crispy and always served hot. The onion rings are similarly phenomenal! read more

I absolutely love the burgers here and ever since I heard about them about a year ago I have been coming here with my husband every few weeks. My go-to is the original with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and jalapeno with some cheese. The burgers are flavorful and fresh and the sauces they use just meld together so nicely. In terms of the flavor of the burger itself, I'm never disappointed. The thing I love about MyBurger is that it comes with fries and the fries are amazing. I love their sriracha mayo dipping sauce too - sooo much flavor! I'm just taking down a star because sometimes it's a hit or miss depending on if you get what you paid for. I feel like the workers try to work as fast as possible and things sometimes get missed. Last time we went, we ordered Cajun fries and when we got home and opened the box, they didn't put any Cajun fries like we paid for! A little disappointed because we really wanted them but nothing that customer service can't fix. read more

Spotted this on way home - staff was awesome. Went here for dinner on 6/25/2019 because we have been to the downtown MPLS location many times and know them by reputation. Very excited to have them open up a local place. Aesthetically it is like a Chipotle... walk up counter, seating in and out. The employees were overly friendly. The soda fountain has Coke Zero (big plus). I got the Jalapeño burger $10 with fried egg ($1). So, I normally order pink burgers and was hoping my fried egg would be nice and runny. I did not even bother to ask if I could get it pink. I assumed not. It came done. The egg was completely cooked. And it was ... awesome. Perfect mix of heat and flavor. Really good. A gooey fried egg would have made it 6 stars. I could not resist slathering my fries in the two mayos - siracha and smoked garlic. I am sure not healthy. Oh well. It was worth it. Everyone loved their food. We will be back. read more

Asked if the gluten free burger was dairy free. It got my wife very sick which means they either cross-contaminated or put butter on it before cooking. I know some gluten free buns are not dairy free, so that also could have been the problem. My burger had some weird white sauce, maybe Mayo? But I did not ask for that. Warning to those who have allergies, might as well stay away from all My Burgers until they train the staff on allergen menus. read more

I haven't been to a My Burger for years, but I had BOGO coupon and I recalled it as being good. The service was amazing, a bright and genuinely enthusiastic woman at the counter. I got two of their classic burgers to go. The burgers were dry and the fries were limp and flavorless. In general, meh. Great people, good service, mediocre food not really worth the money. I'd go again but I'm certainly not in a hurry. read more

First time to stop in here for carry out due to current restrictions. So dinner in a box it is:). 3 of us ate for under $30.00. Good parking with a front and rear entrance. For a fast food system this was very good! All three of us look forward to eating here again. The Cajun fries were my favorite when dipped into the garlic flavored mayo. It was nice and clean inside (probably the positive side of current situation, they don't have to constantly clean up after customers anymore). 4 people working today and the gal up front was excellent- friendly, attentive and respectful! Wait time was about 3 minutes. Not the best photo but it is food in a box read more

I was in luck, time wise , as I was the only customer at the counter. I had placed my order online after a phone call with one of the staff. I ordered the double California burger with regular fries. My pickup time was 8:20 pm. I entered the restaurant at exactly 8:20 pm and was greeted by a welcoming smile and a "Hi, Wendy" as he handed me my warm bag of food. In all my years of giving in to a fast food craving I do not ever remember such a happy group of employees. My burger was hot and delicious and the fries tasty and crisp. I struggled and would have given it five stars but my California was missing the tomatoes and lettuce, therefore only a double burger. I called and the manager was so apologetic. She told me to see her the next time I stopped in. I definitely will. Lastly be sure to try the garlic aioli on your fries read more

Just go to five guys. This place is ok but honestly the buns and Fries are similar quality to McDonald's and you don't get many. The burgers themselves are nice however they are embellished with lots of cool seemingly good toppings but it just doesn't play out as you'd expect. Go to five guys, get quality ingredients for the same price and a much tastier burger and fries. read more

My husband and I dined in just recently. My husband had placed his order first and then I had ordered. I had ordered a turkey burger but specifically asked the cashier if I needed to let them know as to what condiments I want on the burger. The cashier Imran told me that it comes with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and tomato. I told him I wanted to add mustard. He kept on staring out the window and waiting. I didn't know what he was waiting for. He then asked if I wanted anything else. I told him I'll also add raw onions. He looked so dazed and confused and waited again. Again, I didn't know what he was waiting for. Then he asked if I wanted a fountain drink to which I replied no. Once again, he was looking out the window behind us and waited. I just kept on looking at him wondering what he was doing. Then he asked what else I wanted. I had a strong feeling he never once heard me tell him what I wanted with how he was acting so I told him again that I wanted mustard and raw onions. He looked confused and then finally asked if that would be all. I was so annoyed at this point. Why did he keep on asking me when I told him what I wanted already? I just didn't get it. We got our drinks and headed to our table. I asked my husband if the raw onions was added on the receipt. He checked and said no. When we received the burger, mine didn't have onions on it. I love raw onions. It definitely makes a burger taste that much better for me. With as many times as he asked me and me telling him, I still didn't get what I wanted. I was super annoyed the entire time while eating. I didn't even want to be there anymore. Overall, the burger and fries were really good. It was juicy and had good flavor. Of course it would've been that much better with onions. My experience there? Well, not the greatest given I told the cashier what I wanted and somehow got completely ignored. I just simply didn't understand why he was the way he was. Was the music too loud and he didn't hear me although I didn't think so because he kept on looking past us for some reason. He definitely needs to concentrate and be attentive to the customer in front of him and repeat the order back. I will definitely give it a try again given the burger was good. Everyone else there was nice and friendly but the cashier was not there mentally at the moment. read more

My Burger - Minnetonka - Kids Grilled cheese and sweet potato fries - Burgers Near Me - Minnetonka, Minnesota

Food was pretty good, burgers better than the fries. The sauces for the fries was great! Unfortunately, the value just isn't there. Prices are fairly high for what you get. Kids meal prices are outrageous, $6 for a grilled cheese with no sides or drinks! That's crazy. Probably won't come back, not when you can get food that's just as good or better at 5 guys or smash burger for a better price. read more

Wow! What a great new, little gem! Simple menu, great choices, excellent quality, obviously homemade. We were there a little later in the evening: no line, lots of seating, mild wait for the food to be prepared. My favorite part was how you can watch your food being made/prepared right in front of you. Nice clean kitchen, and it was obvious that cleanliness and food safety was a high priority with all of the workers. We ordered cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, and cookies-n-cream malts. Everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will go back again and again. read more
