I can always count on My Burger to hit the spot! It provides the convenience of a fast food chain, but the quality of a diner burger. I recently tried the BBQ Bacon burger and it added a little diversity to the classic cheese burger. The patties have a perfectly cooked sear on the edges and the buns are soft and flavorful. Plus, the veggies I add to my burger area always fresh! The burgers come with fries that are thicker than a shoestring fry, but still crispy on the outside. We ordered to go, but ended eating inside the restaurant. It is clean and the staff was attentive to those ordering in person. My Burger just hits well no matter what. The burgers are perfectly savory and salty. The double is what you should order regardless of the type. My favorite is the California with cheese. My boyfriend and I stopped in the day after Valentine's Day to grab some lunch and they were fairly busy for it being a weekday! Their menu is very straightforward - burgers, crispy chicken burger, fish burger, and salads. No extra cost for any of their 10 toppings. Milkshake & malts for dessert. I went with their double jalapeño king burger ($13.95) with jerk fries and my boyfriend got their California burger ($9.25) with cajun fries. Of course I had to get me some of their garlic aioli too - so good to dip your fries. I like their spicy mayo too, but already had jalapeño mayo on my burger, so didn't have a need to request it on the side. Although all of the listed toppings on the jalapeño king burger are spicy, my burger didn't reflect that heat. It was a little spicy, but not what I'd consider hot. It was a great burger - enjoyed the peppered bacon - but I wouldn't say it packs heat. It was my first time getting their jerk fries. Usually, I get their cajun, but wanted to try something new. Cajun wins in this fry battle. Their jerk fries were good, but My Burger's jerk seasoning is a little on the sweeter side and I'm not big into that. They also unevenly seasoned the fries, so some fries didn't have a lot of seasoning and other fries, were way over-seasoned. I'm glad I tried them, but will be sticking to cajun fries for future visits. My boyfriend enjoyed both his California burger and cajun fries - no complaints whatsoever. I noticed the line was close to the door when we were getting ready to leave, so we got in at the right time. Their 3-person staff was professional and courteous - very kind. I also liked that the fries were also just as good (as I often find that I like either the burger or the or fries at many places - but both were worthy on their own. Finally had a chance to get out and try these guys. First off, quality of food was great. Meat was tender, juicy, and fresh. Fires were hot and crispy. Customer service was good as well. Very welcoming. We were the only ones there and the food wait time was ten minutes. Was very pleased. I've never been to a myburger before, but I've seen them popping up all over and I had no solid lunch plans today so I decided to give it a try. Not disappointed that I did, but not rushing to go back either to be honest. When I walked in I told the girl behind the register that I had never been there before. She explained the options between the standard burger and the california burger. I ended up getting the bacon cheese burger with the regular fries. All In all the burger was good but nothing special. All of the components were good. The cheese was melty, the bacon and party were done nicely, and the bun was buttered and toasted well. I was less than impressed with the fries though. My Burger has quickly become our new favorite go-to burger place. Every time we go it is consistently as good as the time before. What sets My Burger apart from some of the other chains is that they offer multiple different patty options including chicken, turkey, veggie, and fish. The buns are buttered and toasted. They won't disintegrate in you hands during consumption. You can also essentially build you own burger with whatever topping, meat patty and cheese you want. I absolutely love the burgers here and ever since I heard about them about a year ago I have been coming here with my husband every few weeks. My go-to is the original with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and jalapeno with some cheese. The burgers are flavorful and fresh and the sauces they use just meld together so nicely. In terms of the flavor of the burger itself, I'm never disappointed. The thing I love about MyBurger is that it comes with fries and the fries are amazing. I love their sriracha mayo dipping sauce too - sooo much flavor! I'm just taking down a star because sometimes it's a hit or miss depending on if you get what you paid for. I feel like the workers try to work as fast as possible and things sometimes get missed. Last time we went, we ordered Cajun fries and when we got home and opened the box, they didn't put any Cajun fries like we paid for! Went here for dinner on 6/25/2019 because we have been to the downtown MPLS location many times and know them by reputation. Very excited to have them open up a local place. Aesthetically it is like a Chipotle... walk up counter, seating in and out. The employees were overly friendly. The soda fountain has Coke Zero (big plus). I got the Jalapeño burger $10 with fried egg ($1). So, I normally order pink burgers and was hoping my fried egg would be nice and runny. I did not even bother to ask if I could get it pink. I assumed not. It came done. The egg was completely cooked. And it was ... awesome. Perfect mix of heat and flavor. Really good. A gooey fried egg would have made it 6 stars. Asked if the gluten free burger was dairy free. It got my wife very sick which means they either cross-contaminated or put butter on it before cooking. I know some gluten free buns are not dairy free, so that also could have been the problem. My burger had some weird white sauce, maybe Mayo? But I did not ask for that. I was in luck, time wise , as I was the only customer at the counter. I had placed my order online after a phone call with one of the staff. I ordered the double California burger with regular fries. My pickup time was 8:20 pm. I entered the restaurant at exactly 8:20 pm and was greeted by a welcoming smile and a "Hi, Wendy" as he handed me my warm bag of food. In all my years of giving in to a fast food craving I do not ever remember such a happy group of employees. My burger was hot and delicious and the fries tasty and crisp. My husband and I dined in just recently. My husband had placed his order first and then I had ordered. I had ordered a turkey burger but specifically asked the cashier if I needed to let them know as to what condiments I want on the burger. The cashier Imran told me that it comes with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and tomato. I told him I wanted to add mustard. He kept on staring out the window and waiting. He looked confused and then finally asked if that would be all. I was so annoyed at this point. Why did he keep on asking me when I told him what I wanted already? I just didn't get it. We got our drinks and headed to our table. I asked my husband if the raw onions was added on the receipt. He checked and said no. When we received the burger, mine didn't have onions on it. I love raw onions. It definitely makes a burger taste that much better for me. With as many times as he asked me and me telling him, I still didn't get what I wanted. I was super annoyed the entire time while eating. I didn't even want to be there anymore. Overall, the burger and fries were really good. It was juicy and had good flavor. Of course it would've been that much better with onions. My experience there? Well, not the greatest given I told the cashier what I wanted and somehow got completely ignored. We were there a little later in the evening: no line, lots of seating, mild wait for the food to be prepared. This is hands down my favorite casual burger joint in the area! And I've tried them all... Five Guys, Smash Burger, Shake Shack, etc. MyBurger is super fresh (locally sourced) beef - NOT GREASY! Just flavorful and delicious and, not to mention, reasonably priced (my California burger with cheese WITH FRIES was only $7.25!) They have yummy shakes and oh they serve wine and beer too. I thought it was a West Coast franchise but turns out it is family owned by a local MN family! I met a couple of them at the restaurant and they were SO nice! I can't help but give My Buger 5 stars. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. From the time we walked in we were greeted by employees who looked like they enjoyed their job. Being that we've never eaten there they were very patient with me trying to make a decision. The guy taking our order was knowledgeable of the menu and his suggestion was spot on. The buns were perfect for a juicy burger, oh and the add-ons were plentiful. Eating a burger where the bun doesn't fall apart gets an A in my book. I've had different kinds of burgers, including gourmet and honestly when I crave a burger it's off to My Burger I will go. Oh and I have to mention the staff. They are awesome!
