We just went through the drive through in Albertville, MN. We were surprised at how quick we got our order. We ate it right away in the parking lot, the burgers were pretty salty and extremely under cooked. We are usually very satisfied at this location. The last few times it hasn't been very good. This was my first time at this location and I'm glad I did stop by. This was a take out order. Many items to choose for your entree and cold beverage. I ordered the North Atlantic cod dinner. It comes with fries and cold slaw. The cold slaw was really good, until I almost was done and it had large pieces of cabbage not cut well. I wasn't pleased at all. I uploaded the photo. My husband had the Culver's Bacon deluxe. He loves bacon and love to order this sandwich combo. We shared a lemon ice with mango flavor. It was really delicious. We also had a lemonade and tea mix for our drink. We will be back soon, if we're in the area. read more

*I am rating this in the context of fast food* Culver's is an awesome fast food chain and a staple in Wisconsin and parts of Minnesota as well. I am a big fan of their cheese curds and burgers. Their cheese curds are like little bites of mozzarella sticks - something that should honestly be standard at all fast food chains! Their burgers are smash burger style - very thin, crispy, and delicious. They also offer a wide array of ice cream flavors and they were pretty tasty although I think a bit overhyped honestly. The staff at this location were very nice and answered my confusing questions as I tried to figure out what to order since I'm a newbie at Culver's. read more

Fast, friendly service with midwest favorites on a fast food menu. Pot roast sandwich!

Food was exceptionally good! Employees were helpful and knowledgeable. The place was clean and the recent remodel was very nice! Shame on those who took it upon themselves to make sure that that they did their part of trashing the place by slicing through seat cushions. read more

I feel like this location is less than convenient. Trying to exit this place to access 37 towards Buffalo is difficult and kind of dangerous. Two of the three staff I encountered today in the drive thru were unpleasant. Both grumpy and the one had a permanent frown. I felt like I was inconveniencing them to be there. I didn't even bother to get back into the line after I received this poor excuse of an order. They seriously filled my cheese curds halfway. This is also the only Culver's location I have ever been to that Doran not carry marinara sauce for the cheese curds. read more

My rating is for this particular Culver's location. A correct order is the exception here rather than the rule. We have had missed burgers, fries, incorrect items, you name it. So if we get home and find out they forgot a meal then someone goes hungry, or you have to drive back another 10 minutes to get the rest of the meal, which they forgot, while your meal gets cold. This is particularly troublesome when you have someone that that has a food allergy and you specifically ask not to put gravy on the pot roast, then they do. So then you drive back and show the manager the receipt showing how it says 'no gravy' but how they put it on anyway. Great, they offer a free shake in this case, however there is, after countless times trying to call the store, NO attempt to fix the underlying problem: order correctness. The shift managers seem apathetic. Now after months of avoiding this Culver's, we tried them again last night. While this time they only forgot a regular fries, my wife found a LONG Blonde HAIR in her burger. Disgusting. Do they not wear hairnets when preparing food? Great, they offer me a free basket this time, but when are they going to strive for excellence instead of mediocre? This is supposed to be a more premium fast food offering. read more

Was here a couple months ago for MSHSL State Track and the service was amazing, with workers running out to the cars in the drive-through. Even though they had a lot of people inside and in the drive-through, food came quickly and the workers were friendly and hardworking. And the cheese curds were as good as ever of course! read more

This place is the bomb dot com!! I come here very frequently because I am addicted to cheese curds & it's in such a convenient location, it almost calls to me. The cheese curds are likely made with love because with each bite I am left happier, fuller, and more satisfied with my existence. I've never been inside, so I can't comment on that, but the drive thru is quick + easy. I can even go to this place when I am running late because I know that I'll be in and out in no time. The employees are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and it's just an overall amazing experience that makes me appreciate life so much more. @culvers in Albertville, MN. Tell me why there is this much salt on ONION RINGS. Picture doesn't do it justice. Friend ordered them too and hers didn't get salt. Friend ordered fries and NO salt. Are they confused? Unpleasant experience considering the cashier was not friendly. His name was Tyler. Was rude when I asked about the difference of a concrete mixer and just plain ice cream. I guess I would consider Culvers to be the In-n-Out of the Midwest with a few more items to choose from. I had first heard of this place when visiting friends in Chicago and they claimed it was better the my local burger chain. While it was a good burger, I cannot say it compares to In-n-Out although the service is a bit better. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and the flavor was very good. The fries are crinkle fries and I actually preferred them to my local place. This place says that they add butter to the bun before grilling. I'm not sure how that is different than any other burger joint but again, it did taste very good. Pepsi products are what are served here and that in itself loses a star. Also, their soda machine seemed to me in a major thoroughfare and was a little crowded between the new customers and those looking for a refill. On the plus side, my daughter ordered a kids meal and with it came a free custard. Not sure exactly what that was but it appeared to be a soft served ice cream with a fancy name. If I'm in an area with a Culvers, I'd definitely return. read more

My favorite Culvers i've ever been to! Every single employee was so personable and friendly. I had a super tough day, but they made it all the better. I had the most delicious blueberry/strawberry concrete mixer, despite me being lactose intolerant and the girls who made it and took my order were both so sweet. They even told me about a dairy free sweet treat that Culvers is introducing at the end of the month! I'm not from here, but i'm gonna be making a trip back just to see these guys! read more

I payed for my food (to go), then I was waiting for it for 20 minutes before I got it! Once it came, my shake was all watery and chunky, and the food was cold. The lady at the counter saw me waiting and never asked if we wanted her to check on it. I hope for better service for anyone else who goes there. read more
