An attendant named Tracy, who identified herself as the manager, spoke to me with extreme rudeness and openly raised her voice when I calmly asked to speak with a manager. Her behavior was so aggressive and unprofessional that I ended up in tears in front of my children. As a mother, this was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. This is the first time in my life that I have ever felt compelled to leave a negative review for any business. I value professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy--especially in a family-oriented establishment. If there are cameras in the dining area or service counter, I sincerely hope corporate leadership reviews the footage from this timeframe. No customer should ever be subjected to this type of mistreatment, and certainly not in front of their children. I hope the real management addresses this issue appropriately to ensure no one else experiences what we went through today.
