We just moved here, and the in-laws came in to help us unpack. They wanted something so we ordered online to pickup at 8:20pm. It said to pick up at 8:39pm, and it was relatively close. Nothing big, 12 piece, then an 8 piece boneless wings with buffalo sauce, and a few sides. I arrived a minute or so before 8:39 and they didn't even start my order. Didn't even know I had placed one. Should be easy, fried food right? No, they got everything ready relatively quickly beside the boneless wings which they started around 8:50. I know because they gave an eta of 9 more minutes. Even then, and I'm going to rant here. I'm including a picture of my wings. I kid you not, the manager told his employee to cut the chicken tender in half with a plastic fork to make 8 boneless wings. I watched this, 7/29/25. They should post the security camera of this.
