Great service shitty listening skills, asked for a crunchwrap without tomatoes and was still given one with tomatoes, on top of that there was no cheese in the crunchwrap, also asked for a lux box and one of the items was missing but the other was doubled like a placeholder in the same wrapper, the cheese dishes were only quarter full, very skimpy, not enough for even the nacho fries, ran out of cheese very quickly while being modest with the proportions, 10/10 will not go here again... and we love Taco Bell sooo yeah get new experienced employees or else this location will go under all ready at 2 stars and declining, best of luck Taco Bell hopefully with location will see redemption read more

It's Taco Bell - so I'm grading on a sliding scale, fast cheap food. But still... they seem to have no idea how their own electronic orders work. This is the poor excuse for a cheese quesadilla I got. This is not how it's made, nor is this the wrapper it comes in, so I don't know what the hell they're trying to pass off over here. $4.39 for some half melted cheese on tiny tortilla. So me and my son decide to go to Taco Bell for dinner and order food at Taco Bell. We go to the drive-through I order burrito supreme, and my son orders a number one we received a drink and waited for a food and we drove away after driving home and going through our bag of food, I am missing a burrito supreme, so I have my receipt. I called the store twice and no one answers. I called the next day twice and no one answers their phone. What kind of business does business like this year and these employees want to get $15-$20 an hour. They do not deserve that type of pay if they can't even do a simple job that is not technical at all. I will be avoiding Taco Bell. read more

Would give zero stars if we could. Initial order was fine and the cashier Javier was helpful. Ordered four bean and cheese burritos and the beef supreme burrito. Opened each one up and they all looked the same - bean and cheese. No big deal, went through drive thru again, explained the missing item and the cook got super defensive. He kept saying "I know what I made - we're not playing around here." They took our entire bag and started to go through the burritos, opening each one up, which we consider unsanitary. The beef supreme burrito is supposed to have lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese and beef. It WAS in the bag but you couldn't distinguish it from the plain bean and cheese bc it was made so poorly. Maybe three pieces of lettuce, two chunks of tomato and zero sour cream. It was less about the food quality (it's Taco Bell afterall) and more about the cooks attitude. They kept closing the door on us as we asked for managers name as if we were being unreasonable. Technically we did receive the items we ordered but the quality was so poor, it was shocking. Worst of all was the poor attitude. At no point were we rude or raised our voices yet they treated us so incredibly confrontational. We will be following up with management. read more

Taco Bell in Bernalillo is ground zero for the most incompetent human beings in the entire world. I have never wanted to hurt myself so much when dealing with individuals. Went last night and had the most basic order (bean burritos with NO onions). You would have thought I asked these individuals to figure out what y=mx+b is. The guy at the window didn't know where he was. Lobby was closed so had to get back in line for them to fix my order. Not only were they slow my first go around, now for the second time, pillsbury doughboy in front of me decided to order everything off of the menu. Waited over 10 minutes while they were at the window waiting for their hundreds of burritos. If these morons working had any functioning brain cells, they would've had the individual pull around and wait for their large order that way the rest of us in line could get through efficiently. Now it's my turn at the window, they tell me to pull around so they can fix FOUR BEAN BURRITOS. This is definitely the place to go if you want service from people who have little to no brain cells left. read more

You know what, as far as fast food and Taco Bells go, this one is pretty great! They always make my food right and they do it with care, making sure it's presentable and fresh. The employees are always happy and nice, which goes a long way for any business, but is refreshing to see in a fast food joint. They keep the dining room clean, and everything is always stocked. You can tell when a place is treated with care and pride, even a Taco Bell. Keep up the great work! read more

As busy as this place was tonight, they got my order correct and diligently. The Taco Bell's in Albuquerque are always sloppy and my order is usually wrong because I always customize my orders specifically. So props to them and the staff working the drive thru, even though there was a ton of other vehicles. read more

SLOW. I have just been to this location twice. Once at 3 PM on a weekday. Once at 8 PM on a weekday. Both times took 20 minutes when I was the fourth car in line. Apparently only one worker there. Part of my order was forgotten and I did not realize till I got home. Once I got home I attempted to call and it took about 15 times to actually get someone to pick up. Once they picked up I explained what happened to the manager and she said I could get what was forgotten the next time I ordered. Which doesn't help me with having dinner tonight, but she said that was all she could do. Then she hung up before getting my name or any info from me. I tried calling back again, which took around another 10 tries to get an answer. When they picked up the phone I requested to talk to the manager again and I heard him say in the back ground, "It's the same person". Then was hung up on again. Tried calling back and nothing. I think they unplugged the phone since it won't even ring anymore. I can't believe the lack of customer service. I was kind and respectful when talking to them and they could careless about the situation. I would like to be reimbursed for my dinner tonight as well as my time. I am so upset and not even because of the missing food, I understand mistakes happen but the way I was treated is infuriating. The food is standard Taco Bell, which is why it gets 5 stars. The goofy thing about this place on our visit at 10:30 pm is that the drive thru sign wasn't lit up and the main windows are so tinted that it looks like it is closed. We thought it was closed but proceeded down the drive thru and we're happy to find someone on the other end of the intercom ready to take our order. We sat and ate spicy potato tacos in the parking lot and watched two cars pull in the lot and then turn around without venturing down the drive thru. Fix the sign so you get more business! read more

This place has the worst service and even a worst manager who name is Allan! I went through the drive through and gave me my bag and when I drive all the way home to eat with my family I come to see that they left out half my order! This happened to my wife a few weeks ago as well. If you pay for a service I would expect the job to be done right. Allan had no concern for customers inconvenience and the lack of management skills to manage a shift. He did offer cinnamon twists! Really! I just drove all the way home and back. Horrible Customer service! When trying to tell the young boy the order was wrong, all he wanted to do was argue. Then trying to tell him what item was missing, he just walked off and added onions to two items we didn't want onions on. Handed us the bag and we asked what we owe for item they missed and all he responded with was onions are free. So original order was wrong and when we tried to correct it, he just made it even more wrong. What Happened to hiring good help and the customer is always right? Perhaps some more training is needed! read more
