The Triple smasher burgers are the best on the menu, also love the Master blasts, the ice cream is underrated as hell! The service is great here, clean stalls as well as good quality seating if you feel like eating outside. They do pretty good at keeping it clean outside! read more

I love sonic i have always had good experiences and considered myself a regular here but after this last week im not sure if im coming back. After today were i was treated horrible but the small girl with black hair who had such a bad temper and was even trying to correct me on what I was ordering after getting this for months and when i finally got to the window about 10 minutes after i ordered (which isn't bad i've waited longer) she didn't repeat my order just had me pay which then i asked her to repeat my order she rolled her eyes shut the window the came back and repeated the order which was nothing of what i order and $10 more then it should be i corrected her on what it should be and after getting it stalled and handed the receipt i saw that she had changed me for a large instead of a medium which at this point i dint care and when she finally handed me my drink which was supposed to be a coke with cherry the liquid was blue so i waited till she handed me a straw to correct it but she didn't come back till she handed me the food and when i tryed to talk to her she shut the window in my face and i had to honk to get her attention thankful their was a nice young man who helped me out and got it fixed for me but when i went to eat the food was ice cold and hard. read more

After making a trip to Jemez, I was a bit hungry. Drive through was open, line seem to move pretty quick. My order was all wrong. Who ever ordered what I got was good, though. The app has happy hour anytime, the problem is the app only works about 30% of the time. When the app isn't working and you tell them that, they tell you too bad they can't help you that they can only offer you happy hour between 2-5. When I know good and well they could fix that on their end and honor the app prices when their app decides not to work. It was flat i asked for my money back they said they could not refund one item and that they would have to take back EVERYTHING purchased!?!? Talk about poor customer service! Visited here with a BOGO coupon for a breakfast burrito. Drove thru the drive thru and ended up getting two bacon burritos. They were a little smaller and less stuffed than Filiberto's breakfast burritos, but the quality and price was much better. The bacon was crispy, not chewy or stringy. They had a good ratio of egg and cheese to meat. The tortilla was much better than Filiberto's, not soft and doughy, but dry and medium textured. These burritos were ready in a few minutes and I was down the road. By the way, these burritos taste great with Sriracha (AKA cock)sauce. My quest for New Mexico's best breakfast burrito continues. read more

This location is AWFUL, they always take forever and their car hop hasn't been opened in at least 6+ months. The staff is rude and seems pissed they're having to work. I like to use the app and order ahead but because the car hop is closed it takes away any convenience. Im not going to go back to this location until they get better management and better employees. This was my second time visiting this Sonic. First time the screen didn't work so I had to move to another spot. Took forever to get my food. Today, same thing. Red button didn't work. Move to another spot. Ordered two bacon jam burgers and two corn dogs. 22 minutes I waited! When the kid came out I said "hold on," looked at the receipt to see what time the kitchen got the order. I asked him what the **** is going on in there!? He said they're always backed up but said it was his his first day so he didn't know. I'm sure he plays that "first day" line all day everyday. If I could give this less one star I would. Terrible staff that doesn't know how to prioritize things. They handed us our food and first and made us sit while one employee decided to start stocking cups rather than making guest drinks. My dad and I had been on the road for 12 hours plus before this and we are worn out. Prior to everything, the young lady taking our order read it back to us and was completely wrong. Was traveling through Bernalillo on a drive from El Paso Tx to Farmington. We had just made it through that storm that washed out Belen and we were hungry and tired. We stopped at SONIC because that is what we all wanted. The staff was rude the customer service was the worst I have experienced at a SONIC. It was 15 till closing, they asked me to pull aside because my order was going to take 10 min. They served maybe four other vehicles before I had to walk over at the 30 min mark. The staff was rude and ran from me at the door. The manager blamed the bugs, the cook, covid and about everything else until she decided to apologize. Even after all of that, they took an additional 10min to give me my order. Will not be a customer to that SONIC ever again. I travel through there often. I went through the drive thru. Ordered the chicken strip dinner and a cheese and bacon pretzel dog. I was the only car in the drive thru at the time. I waited over 20 minutes for something that should take less than five. I had to knock on the window and ask what was going on. Employee acted dumbfounded and offered zero help. They did not offer to do anything to compensate my inconvenience. A few minutes later I finally received my order and I left, about 22 minutes from the time I placed my order. To top it off, when I got home, they gave me a plain hot dog in a pretzel bun with a little bit of mustard. I checked the receipt and it showed what I had ordered. So I also payed for a premium item and received something of less value. The only way I will EVER visit the location again is if management contacts me to apologize. 4 stars for a fast good restaurant! The drinks (and especially the ice for that matter) are unbeatable. The burgers are good and everything they serve tastes better with their green chile.
