I didn't know how to start it but the worker there showed me and started it. The next day at home I couldn't get it to start. So I went back and they gave me more pointers and started it and had me try. They do chain sharping. They have looked over it when I was afraid to use it because it got stuck and I was nervous to tighten the chain myself and was worried I bent the part the chain is on. They also give a military discount! They have great value on many products. I always check ace first when I need a new thing now. The staff is always awesome at answering my questions and I never felt judged for being new at some of this stuff.
