They topped off the tank, were very friendly, and educated us on it. This went a long way in giving us peace of mind and making us feel comfortable owning a propane tank. We recently got a fence installed at the property for our dogs, and they even came out to mark the gas line for us on very short notice. This was so very appreciated, and I wish every business cared about their customers like Heyob does.

When I talked to the manager they were so unprofessional, and argued that it is cold outside that i must of used all the gas(100 gallons is impossible to use in less than 30 days)I called and tried to change gas providers and it is not possible. The home owner (I'm a renter) would have to pay thousands to get the heat from the city!! It is in the dead of winter so I do what any mother could and ordered more so I can keep my babies warm, and then they still didn't deliver the gas! It is 19° outside!!! Randy worked like a trooper - even had to dig down about 2' through the dirt to get at the "meat" of the tank in order to install some copper tubing. He called for a little backup help and John came immediately (team work)!! Randy was absolutely thorough and brought this tank up to code. Amazing workers, and amazing company! Customer Service representatives in the office are pleasant and appreciated the good review when I called, and Dillon assured me he would pass on the kudos to the supervisor. We've never had to wait for propane even before the "eyes" were installed that are now attached to the tank. Earhart was right on time, every time.
