He told me he could do the job when he left the property, then would be in touch in a day or two, but I've never heard back. I waited weeks for his response as to when he could schedule the work to start, but have heard nothing. After waiting, I've now made multiple calls, sent emails, left voicemails, and spoke with employees (wife?) trying to communicate with this company, trying to ask Queen City Propane what's happening... but they are so unprofessional, that they won't even have the courtesy or professionalism to call or write back, or to say that they won't (or don't want to) do the job. -- Horrible business owner. Used to be a great service experience. They were supposed to deliver our propane the last three…read moredays and failed to do so without notice due to the "road conditions being too dangerous". I have had to call them to find this out. Meanwhile, UPS, Amazon, our neighbor's propane company all can navigate our road with no problems. No excuse for letting a paying customer run out of propane which is where we are headed next week.

I was told two weeks ago that my account is auto refill, and that I would get a delivery today. So I called them this morning to let them know that I had not gotten my confirmation phone call last night. The guy I talked to was extremely bothered by the fact that I called. About a half hour later, the truck was on my road, and passed my house up. I called back, and the service rep was almost irate. He said he would call the driver. The driver showed up and was very angry that he had to come back. Rotten service from this company. I will be seeking another provider. If you spend more than $600 every time they fill the tanks, you'd think they would be nicer. We do have other options, after all. Up yours Suburban Propane.
