If your water bill is issued and seems higher than normal, they will generally contact you to mention there might be a leak. They are willing to help you check this out. If you have a large *known* usage such as filling a pool, call them and they will remove the matching sewer charge. I have also had to contact them due to low pressure or change in water color and they instantly are happy to let you know about a local issue. You may pay your bill online (small fee), by mail, in person at the office, or by utilizing the drive up night drop box. In the winter they have a recycle bin out front for holiday lights. PLEASE dont throw these away, its a free service they offer every year! They also offer educational programs and so much more. If you were a professional you would not try to use scam tactics on women. He never gave me a quote after he said, "let me just go ahead and see if it can be repaired," using a ringer from my home. I asked him what was the cost for putting the ringer on and he said, 180.00. I'm not upset at all. You are the one who is upset.
