    bought out our old company Gayle's and without any call for problems on our end and having this…read moretank for many years and no noted problems they want to send out for inspection. ok fine. however with my leased tank she is telling me I pay for repairs! this tank has been here forever. but their company is not the only option in Johnson county. Silgas serves the west end of Bargersville by the utility grid station... fyi just saying for us definitely time for a switch when summer gas prices are here and tank is about empty. They are manipulating customers with their tactics. so when I said I wanted to hold off on inspection that might cost and just possibly switch co she was like well we own that tank so it would be removed. you know what the lease price is where they pay for tank (not homeowners side) repair and inspection....$1! yes $1! that women was playing games from premier ag. I am a social worker and a company who uses manipulation and business tricks with intimidating words will not be my service provider!

They topped off the tank, were very friendly, and educated us on it. This went a long way in giving us peace of mind and making us feel comfortable owning a propane tank. We recently got a fence installed at the property for our dogs, and they even came out to mark the gas line for us on very short notice. This was so very appreciated, and I wish every business cared about their customers like Heyob does.

    Exact same situation as David R, except they gave him an emergency tank. They did not even offer…read morethat to me. I called for a refill BEFORE the storm came through, and I'm suppose to be on AutoFill. Have been calling for a week and all I get is we're doing the best we can. The last call the answer I received was"you've been pushed back" and no indication when I can expect delivery. This is the second year in a row this has happened, except last year I had an empty tank. As a senior citizen, keeping the thermostat at 61 is not fun. If I want to eat, it has to be something I can put in microwave.... and I'm really tired of soup. Since they don't need my business I'm finding a more reliable supplier. Run do not walk away from this company.

The only thing auto about it is the auto payment coming out of my account. For the second winter in a row my tank is almost empty and all they give you is apologies. Apologies don't keep my family warm. I requested delivery online and called the 1-800 number over the weekend to get my delivery scheduled. Called again today, three days later, to find out that I'm not even on the route for delivery. No real explanation as to why. Just more apologies. So if you have another choice in propane I would go with that. The delivery drivers are nice and helpful, so the one star is for them. It would be a zero if I could.

    Went in today for two items with my toddler. Long line of customers with one person manning the…read moreregister and helping others so poor planning on their part. I went to grab one of the things I needed and found it was locked??? We are in Centerville so why is a simple screwdriver set locked? Which was extremely aggravating as I was short on time with a restless toddler. But I needed the tool so I waited in the cashier line since there was no one else around to ask for help. When I got to the front I asked him to unlock the item. He said that he would help me, but is going to ring the lady out who was behind me first....strike 1 as I had been already waiting for a while and now he wants to help others who were behind me. He didn't even ask me if that would be alright with me. He rings the lady out, which was a water jug exchange. She asks him to take the new jug to the car. He tells me to wait "four seconds"as he takes the water to her car. Strike 2 Why couldn't that lady wait until he helped me? Clearly as a black woman in a predominantly white neighborhood it was very evident my time was not as important or important at all as this white woman's. I wait then a considerable amount of time until FINALLY other employees show up out the blue. I ask one of them if they can help me and he apprehensively with raised eyebrows goes "Okkkkayy, what do you need". Strike 3 The micro racial aggression is palpable at this point. Like no mention of an apology of the very clear fact there is no one around, I need help, and no ask if I had been waiting a while. Which I have but the cashier thought helping other people was more of a priority than helping me. On top of that the second item I needed was simply a power screwdriver which they don't have in stock. What kind of hardware store doesn't have that... Overall a terrible experience. Not going back. And finding more avenues to post this review and give 1 star for one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my life.
