They stock a lot of the industrial supplies restaurants need..and it's super convenient when you're in a pinch and need something quicker than the normal couple day delivery window most online retailers require. I went here because I was in need of an industrial sized can opener. The one at my work was so old and literally snapped in half..and it was beyond awful to have to use a hand cranking one when trying to open large cans all day. I went online and saw that they offered the one I was looking for at a pretty reasonable price. I headed out to the store on a random weekday afternoon. The place was a bit tricky to get to..it's off an exit, but then you have to go down kind of a little side road that, at one point, turns into a single lane road. A little annoying but not a big deal. The place wasn't busy when I arrived, one of the associates there immediately came up to me and asked what I needed help finding. I showed her the picture I had screenshot from the website of the can opener, and she knew exactly what it was and took me right to it. The price listed for the item was about $20 more than was listed online. I pointed this out to the associate, and she said that they would gladly price match the online price..so that was cool. We went to the registers, she rung me out after adjusting the price, and I was on my way. In and out in less than five minutes. So yeah, totally easy transaction, extremely helpful employee, and a vast inventory of all the restaurant style industrial items you could think of..at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place for these purposes and I will for sure be back in the future when the need arises.

I found this business before it moved to this locale after the tornado. There are 2 brothers who run this place and they are both SO jovial and helpful! There is a showroom side where they have all the new equipment, with a decent selection and fair prices. But my favorite part is the back room! It's a HUGE room, 2/3 of which is filled with every kind of smallwares and some smaller and medium-sized equipment (griddles, fryers etc). It's like a thrift store with plates and mixers and utensils and- you guessed it- salad bar equipment! But like a thrift store, the inventory changes from week to week. The stuff is priced to move, which makes it the BEST place for me to get equipment without having to beg the head office for money. They buy out equipment from restaurants that are closing and resell it here, so sometimes a little elbow grease is needed to get the merch presentable- but that's a fair trade for the prices. Whenever I am in the area I stop by to say "hi" and see what I can snag for work- or myself. This is such a fun place to shop at for home chefs (as well as chef chefs,) and add to that some…read moreamazing customer service -- this is a five-star experience. Dine is a restaurant supply store, but different from other similar businesses, normies like me can shop here as well. But know that Sur La Table or Williams Sonoma, this is not. The vibe is definitely more getting down to business. But even so, there are some fun things for us amateurs. This includes: * cookie sheets, dishers, knives, spatulas, pans, pots and mixing bowls of various sizes * big bag o' disposable chop sticks, along with soy sauce bottles * cake boards and boxes * servingware (could come in handy if you're making food for a big crowd ... post-COVID obviously) * chef coats and hats * pizza peels and stones * woks * and lots more. I admit that I visited just before closing and unfortunately didn't get to see everything or take pics. But that brings me to the customer service. The staff did not rush me along even though I came in late and helped me find what I was looking for. I ended up buying cake pans (my reason for visiting) plus a springform pan, chopsticks, small-size disher and cake boards. I will definitely be back to add to my kitchen full of cooking goodies.

I called in last year to address a issue about our restaurant not cooling correctly with the equipment they installed. Needless to say this year it was messing up again and I call in to have someone come and look at it. The guy who handles the repairs sets up a appointment and I stay at my business all day the day he is supposed to come and guess what? The guy never shows so when I call in he says he got tied up and it's not his responsibility to let me know he couldn't make it lol got super rude and hung up on me. The next day I left a review on my experience and the owner decided to tell me if I didn't take the post down he wouldn't try to assist me at all in getting captiv air come help me. So me needing help like I do I agreed and he said he'd get back to me the next day. Well guess what again a month later nothing so I called captiv air myself and they are coming out Friday. Because of his disregard and the condensation that the units they installed are causing issues I had a employee fall today and fracture her wrist and quit my business.
