I took a chainsaw in for repairs May 25th. Heard nothing for six weeks so called them. They were "shocked" no one had called me and it wasn't done. "We'll have it done tomorrow," they said. Went in to pick it up 10-days later... they hadn't touched it and still no call. "Our service manager is back tomorrow. We'll have him call you to remedy this." It's now 12-weeks later. No calls, no work done. I called to say I'm picking it up tomorrow and got simply, "That's fine." Literally a crap show. Stay far, far, FAR away from this place!

Called around Thanksgiving to have my zero-turn mower serviced, it only had 72 hours on it but…read morewanted to get the oil changed and blades sharpened- maybe a 30/45 min job. I stayed home as they said they would be there on a Wednesday. stayed home all day waiting for them they never showed up- I called left messages, sent emails no return anything. Remind you it was November, I called and sent other emails again with no reply even sent a email to the Lebanon store- finally someone called me back in April and they picked the mower up. I was speaking to my neighbor, and he was saying they picked his mower up 8 weeks earlier and could not get a date when the mower would be returned. I called back to find out my mower would be done in June? (oil change and sharpen blades) I had my mower returned and so did my neighbor. No apology, no nothing. These mowers were 10K they had no problem taking my money for the mower but when it's time for service the response is blow it out your ass. I went ahead and put on yep, they don't sell negative reviews back to the business, the way it should be NOT LIKE GOOGLE. - DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! Honestly these people should not be in business, the response will be some mamsy pamsy bull crap saying thanks for the feedback and we will get better- well look at the reviews going way back- they Arnt getting better- maybe Aaron needs to get of the course and get into his businesses.
