They are both just amazing people. They are very organized with the process. Some facilities treat me like I have done something wrong or that I'm a bother. Ross staff treats me with dignity and respect. When visitors come in wearing something that is not approved, they don't call you out in front of everyone. When it's your turn to check in they ask if you have something else in the car that they can put on. They are very busy and never seem overwhelmed or stressed. No matter if you are the first person checking in or the 15th, they treat you with the same kindness and patients.

When I asked why, he stammered over giving me an answer. Almost refusing to answer. I asked for a supervisor. I then talked to "Mark" who informed me that it was because I "Didnt have enough local references". I then questioned why I was being punished for being new to an area. At which point he got very defensive, and informed me that I wasn't. He stated I refused to give a "Home" phone number, which I did not, I simply told my salesman that my Alternate number was a simpler and more guaranteed way of reaching me. I offered any other information that was needed, Mark then again informed me that I didnt, have "enough local references". I repeated about being punished for moving to the area. To which I was informed "It was his decision and that's how it stood"!! It was obvious this company is only interested in doing business in their small town environment, if your not from their small town you are not worth their time nor effort. I asked many times for a reason not to trust me, he could not answer this, except to hint that, he would not trust me because I did not have friends in Chilicothe. Mark essentially discriminated against me because I wasn't a "Good Ole Boy" from his little town.

I have also had Accurate install a Generac Generator and a Split Duct system. All 3 experiences were Great. The only reason I'm leaving a 4 rating is because this project I decide to finance using their finance option. Everything associated with the financing claimed 5.99% interest and 5 year terms. This was just not true. I have a credit score in the excellent range and after I applied and took a hard inquiry hit on my credit report the % rate was 11.7 and the term was 84 months, so a bit of deceptive lending going on, on the bank's part. I would assume Accurate doesn't control the bank but needs to inquire from the bank why these deceptive practices are going on. Again back to Accurate's team I mentioned, top notch operators. Skill set of the technicians absolutely spoke for itself. Journeyman quality work. Good job!!

When they contacted me in response to my email to discuss this discrepancy, I expected a professional conversation. Instead, I got attitude, excuses, and a dismissive rep who told me their own monitor might be wrong and his truck is right because it's inspected by the county once a year. So apparently, their technology is unreliable and customers are just supposed to accept whatever number they're billed for -- no transparency, no accountability, no respect. This company's customer service is unprofessional and arrogant. I'll be filing a formal dispute with my bank and reporting them to the BBB. If you value honesty, accuracy, and respectful communication, avoid Duncan Oil.
