The lady that came and took care of me was outstanding in every way. I have been going to this location for many years. It has always been an excellent experience. But today was special. Duncan Oil charged me for 200 gallons of propane, but my tank…read more-- which has a Duncan-installed remote monitor -- only reflected a 30% increase (roughly 150 gallons on a 500-gallon tank). When they contacted me in response to my email to discuss this discrepancy, I expected a professional conversation. Instead, I got attitude, excuses, and a dismissive rep who told me their own monitor might be wrong and his truck is right because it's inspected by the county once a year. So apparently, their technology is unreliable and customers are just supposed to accept whatever number they're billed for -- no transparency, no accountability, no respect. This company's customer service is unprofessional and arrogant. I'll be filing a formal dispute with my bank and reporting them to the BBB. If you value honesty, accuracy, and respectful communication, avoid Duncan Oil.
