accurate Heating And Cooling and generators, highly recommend them called on a Tuesday Wednesday morning. He was here. I don't recall his name, but he was super nice. Explained to us about everything so if we ever need another Heating And Cooling p we definitely know who to call read more

We've been service members plan since the middle of September and noticed our heating and cooling was inefficient. Electric bills were sky high and KWH usage was outrageous for our 1188 square foot home. We had Accurate out to service our unit as soon as we bought our home. Everything 'checked out.' We called them back out this past February because throughout the winter our shampoo bottles were freezing up in the shower and our thermostat was set to 66 but the heat gun we had purchased read a few rooms in the home to be as low as 54 degrees. Accurate came back out (same technician) and said all he could find was a dirty furnace filter. I found this hard to believe since it had been changed in the last 30 days. We called Eco out for a second opinion. He found our refrigerant to be under 2.5 lbs remaining, a failed TX valve and a coil that needed replaced. Being service members of Accurate's, we decided to call them back to our home to repair. The manager denied this being overlooked by his tech and still charged us $1258. The unit is only 3 years old so parts were under warranty but he still charged us for the refrigerant and the labor. This is absolute fraud and I'm ashamed that businesses continue operating when they display this much disregard for their customers. Not only has Accurate caused discomfort for my family for the longevity we have lived in this home, but they've also allowed us to pay electric bills as high as $600 per month, wasted our time, betrayed our trust in HVAC companies, and probably shaved years of life off our unit. The only true amenity we had when purchasing our home in Frankfort was this HVAC unit because it was so new. Now that our unit is repaired, my husband and I will be doing our due diligence in finding a company we can TRUST and we will be doing business elsewhere read more

I had to get a new furnace installed. The whole procedure was Excellent. Mike Paul the Sales Rep and Chris and Tony the technicians were all courteous, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. I have also had Accurate install a Generac Generator and a Split Duct system. All 3 experiences were Great. The only reason I'm leaving a 4 rating is because this project I decide to finance using their finance option. Everything associated with the financing claimed 5.99% interest and 5 year terms. This was just not true. I have a credit score in the excellent range and after I applied and took a hard inquiry hit on my credit report the % rate was 11.7 and the term was 84 months, so a bit of deceptive lending going on, on the bank's part. I would assume Accurate doesn't control the bank but needs to inquire from the bank why these deceptive practices are going on. Again back to Accurate's team I mentioned, top notch operators. Skill set of the technicians absolutely spoke for itself. Journeyman quality work. Good job!! read more

I had an odd plumbing configuration and called Accurate because I have always been pleased with their HVAC service. They should not be offering plumbing. Two guys came and did not know how to do what I needed and wound up giving me a quote of over $2000 to basically run a garden hose and sump pump to install a utility sink. A plumber working at Home Depot was able to work with my husband to figure out the configuration (for hot AND cold water WITH a drain!) for $200 in parts. read more

Bryan came out and checked out our backflow preventer. He was prompt, quick, and very nice to work with. Great price and response time. Recommend for HVAC and plumbing. read more

We brought them to our home to scope pipe and the kid doing it ended up breaking it on accident no big deal and he admitted it to us. They quoted to work at 7000 dollars and of course we wouldn't be willing to hire the careless company who broke it and called roto rooter for an additional quote and they quoted that to actually do the work right it would be 15,000. So weeks go by and we get a bill for over 700 dollars we think of course it's a mistake because no company would come over destroy piping then charge you for it. We call them between 10-15 times to get it resolved and we never got a true response back and now the bill is in collections . We will be taking them to court if necessary. I wish we had never crossed paths with such a vile company. read more

Had a contract with the company for years with no issues. Finally when the furnace aged, I needed it repaired. Went out once and took them two weeks to fix it and charge me a lot of money even when I had a contract. Went out again not even 3 months later. Now it's taking them another week or more to fix it and I have no heat. I told them I wasn't happy with service and wanted out of contract but they wouldn't do it. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. read more

Excellent service! These guys are the best! They went above and beyond to troubleshoot and fix the propane heater for my Endless Pool. It's so difficult to find someone who will service an endless pool. The folks at Accurate are total pros! They researched the equipment, came out and stayed after hours to help us get our pool up and running again so it wouldn't freeze in the cold temps coming this weekend. They just earned a customer for life! Thank you SO much!!! read more

We recieved a quote for a heatpump. We agreed paid and then they came to our house and installed a smaller unit. Now they refuse to put in the unit we agreed to or one of that same size. What kind of company tries to bait and switch customers. read more

These guys, you can get a hold of in an emergency, even if you live outside of Circleville! Sure, that's gonna cost you extra, but have you EVER had your heat go out early Sunday morning on a three day holiday, or between Christmas and New Years? Or the air go out on the fourth of July? Yea, that's when these things fail, and NEVER on YOUR day off! They service everything, and have helped me keep "alive" a pair of ancient, contractor-grade-came-with-the-house-crap-heat-pump(s) (!) until one of them finally gave up the ghost, and had to be replaced. (We have two heat pumps here... You know The Old Woman who lived in the Shoe? Well.... I'm her Old Man, so we NEED two heat pumps!) They were "right in the middle" when I got estimates... and what good is hiring the cheapest guy when you can't get a hold of him other than during Bankers Hours anyway, and I am sure as Hell NOT going to be making the other guy's boat payments! So they get my vote, because they didn't try to pressure me to just scrap these old pumps, good thing, because that was OUT of the Financial Reality... Reference again the Old Woman who Lived in a Shoe! read more

This company is a joke. Providing very poor work. They dont follow code. Employees walking around job sites high out if their mind. If I could give negative stars I would. I would recommend going to any other business but this one. You dont get what you pay for even if they are the cheapest. read more

They were amazing! Professional and honest! I called several HVAC companies before someone told me to call them. They sent someone out right away. I can't say enough about how appreciative I am for such professionalism. In a day when it's becoming harder and harder to trust people, it felt nice to know that they weren't pushing me into purchasing unnecessary parts or replacing things that didn't need replaced. They have a customer for life! Thank you Accurate! read more

I would give a no star if I could I called them a year ago it was the coldest day of the year I called them and they said they could not come out until around midnight which I understand then the gentleman shows up and whithin 5 mine says I need a new furnace so he tells me my bill is 100$ for the call and says to call them to install a new furnace at my cost I so I go and buy portable heaters to keep my family warm through the night then I call another furnace guy to come in he shows up about 15 min later he says he can fix for 300$ and will be back the next day with parts he fixes it and 2 years later it's still running just fine so watch out who comes to fix your stuff read more

Would like to thank this company very much. They came out Today for a service call for my parents, and I was unable to be there during the visit. However, it was not necessary for me to be there as the technician was honest, and did not try to sell my parents anything. He was thorough in assessing the problem and discover it was just the filter they were using causing the problem. He took the time to explain to my parents what the problem was and the appropriate filters to use in the future. Their service fee was more if not better than average. Being a mechanical contractor myself, I am well aware of the "fly by night contractors" out there taking advantage of people and selling them parts they don't need and overcharging for labor. You never get to hear compliments about great companies out there striving everyday to keep this field of business where should be. It's really great to know there are still honest and reasonable contractors out there. Anyone looking for a HVAC contractor that is fast, reliable, honest, and affordable you can call these guys. Thanks again guys, I appreciate it a lot. read more

Installation of our new air conditioning system went smooth, however 3 days later I came to find my basement (where the unit had been installed) completely flooded with a half a foot of water, after one of their workers knocked the sump pump power cord loose during the install, in turn cutting it's power off. Because of this, not only did my basement completely flood over the next 3 days due to heavy rains that week, but once turned back on after discovering said flooding, a clog had developed which then caused our upstairs to be flooded by dirty basement water. Estimated water damage to both my basement and upstairs is in the thousands, and after initially admitting to their mistake and promising to "cover any damages and make it right", Accurate has gone silent and it would appear, does not care whatsoever about the stress and damage their worker's mistake caused. But hey, they got their money and that's all that matters apparently. Most of our family keepsakes and storage kept in the basement are now ruined, not to mention the major water damage to our upstairs kitchen floor area (all wood) - and appliances. I will NOT be using this company again and urge everyone else to do likewise. read more
