They showed us a few compositions to determine the size. Then they asked, "When do you need this?" "Today." A small exhale, then, "Okay." They charged an extra 10% for a rush order, but we still paid a reasonable $20-$30 for each frame up. The product looked great, the godparents were thrilled, and we felt like we had great service. I clearly stated upfront that my total budget was $200. When they told me $200, I trusted that we were discussing the same thing. They didn't make it clear that this was essentially the price for EACH frame. My bill ended up being $388. To me, that was dishonest pricing communication. When I called to address it, I was told they don't accept returns. But I hadn't changed my mind about the frames. I was upset because I had clearly communicated my total budget and ended up charged almost double. They eventually refunded $70, leaving me paying $318. That's still $118, or 59%, above my stated budget. I'm still paying significantly more than I expected, and the refund doesn't make that right. If $200 wasn't enough, they could have simply told me. I would have understood and gone somewhere else. Instead, something I was excited about now makes me angry to look at. I gave them the chance to address this, and their response left me feeling worse. I regret bringing my posters here, and I would not recommend them.

We chose one of her recommendations and DAS professionally re-framed the artwork. We even were able to pick up the work a week earlier than the time quoted. Never going back here to frame anything nor for anything at all…read more They first presented me the work with lint all over my artwork on the inside of the glass and they didn't even offer a discount after I drove so far just to come back again for their mistake. They fixed it only after I pointed it out. The job was sloppy, it's like expensive materials used to make a sloppy frame. They don't deserve to use such materials. Also I got a quote from 10k frames for the same materials and they were $200 less! I felt so bad I didn't go to them first. I'm going to reframe the work soon just so I can say someone else did it. And they had the nerve to put their information at the back of the frame so unprofessionally, of course I took it off! I will go elsewhere unless I wanted hobby work done with expensive materials that are not even that expensive they over charged me by $200. Walnut and museum glass is not that expensive! I'm not going to tell people where to frame their work but I will let you know I'm never recommending anyone when they ask me and I will never go here again.

I own tons of rock and roll memorabilia that I get directly from the bands themselves. Mike is the only guy I trust to handle my stuff. He always has great ideas and his workmanship is 2nd to none. A lot of my items have been in TV shows, magazine articles, and worldwide auction houses. I always get asked where on earth did you get that framed? Then they always say "where in the world is Zanesville"? Ha! If you are lucky enough to live in the Zanesville or Columbus area I highly recommmend Mike!
